Chapter 119 - Chapter 119

As the smoke and dust gradually settled, the Konoha ninja army stood frozen, eyes wide with disbelief at the mountain of corpses littering the battlefield.

"The battle... is over?"

"It should be..." someone muttered, still unable to comprehend the devastation before them.

"That man... he's too strong. Too damn strong."

Murmurs of awe rippled through the ranks as countless shinobi turned their gazes toward the lone figure standing amidst the carnage. Towering over the battlefield, the monstrous form of Susanoo loomed between the mountains, its spectral armor glinting ominously under the crimson-streaked sky.

At that moment, jealousy and resentment vanished, swallowed by sheer reverence and terror.

When a person transcends the realm of mere strength, all that remains is faith, fear, and absolute devotion.

Tsunade, standing at the head of the Konoha forces, exhaled a slow breath, her expression unreadable. As the supreme commander, it was her duty to lead them home.

"Let's go back," she ordered, voice steady despite the chaos still roaring in her veins. "We've won."

Relief washed over her, mingling with something more complex. Before, she'd thought Uchiha Shin's arrogance would be his downfall—that his disregard for hierarchy and his relentless pursuit of power would lead him to ruin.

But today, her concerns had been obliterated.

The "God of Destruction" had spoken through action, his divine might rendering all opposition meaningless.

By the time they returned to Konoha, word of their victory had already spread. The villagers, who had initially feared Uchiha Shin, had witnessed his terrifying strength through a live broadcast relayed by informants on the battlefield.

Fear, uncertainty, and doubt had been burned away—what remained was fervent worship.

Though he had yet to return, thousands had already gathered at the heart of Konoha, filling the village square in a feverish frenzy, awaiting their Hokage's return.

The air thrummed with voices, a chaotic symphony of celebration and hysteria. Konoha was alive with trembling anticipation, their fear and awe of Uchiha Shin morphing into something almost religious.

And then, the god returned.

A sudden gust of wind heralded his arrival. The sound of rushing air filled the night as the wings of Susanoo beat like an omen of destruction.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

The colossal warrior descended upon the village, its massive frame casting a shadow over the throng below. Then, as if bestowing a divine blessing, the armor peeled away, revealing Uchiha Shin within—clad in his black cloak, eyes burning with a power that set the sky ablaze.

"Ahhh! Hokage-sama!!!"

"Lord Hokage!"

"Lord Hokage!!"

Their cries were deafening, a tidal wave of unhinged adoration that swallowed the night whole.

The entire village roared as one, the force of their worship shaking the ground. Even those who had once doubted him now stood in rapture, their belief absolute.

The golden god had descended.

From above, Uchiha Shin gazed upon his people, eyes lidded with satisfaction. A faint smirk ghosted his lips as he surveyed the sea of fanatics below.

His unseen pressure, the overwhelming force of his presence alone, wrapped around them like an inferno. Their bodies trembled—not in pain, but in euphoric submission.

They craved him.

Their devotion bordered on madness, the kind that had no cure. They screamed his name, their voices raw, their lungs desperate. The sheer fanaticism spread like wildfire, consuming even those who once harbored doubt. The hesitation, the fear, the rebellion—

All had been crushed beneath his heel.

Standing beside him, Tsunade swallowed thickly. The oppressive atmosphere had reached an unbearable peak, and against her will, her body reacted.

A sudden wetness between her legs.

The realization sent a violent shudder through her frame.

"These are my people," Uchiha Shin murmured, his voice a low purr, meant only for her ears. "Hundreds of thousands under my command, kneeling before me. And soon... it will be the entire world."

Tsunade barely heard his words over the deafening roars below. She could feel it in the air—the complete and utter submission of an entire nation. It was intoxicating.

Her knees nearly buckled beneath her, but before she could fall, an unseen force caught her—his power, his control, lifting her like a puppet on invisible strings.

Shin chuckled, the sound laced with amusement.

"Hah… don't get weak-kneed on me now," he murmured. "This is a moment to savor."

His gaze flickered toward the masses below.

"After all, what's the point of absolute power… if not to revel in it?"

Uchiha Shin raised a single arm.

The crowd erupted into a fresh frenzy, their screams shaking the night.

Whether they were influenced by the electromagnetic force surrounding him or simply driven mad by devotion no longer mattered.

Some clawed at their skin in fevered ecstasy. Others howled his name until their voices gave out, collapsing from sheer exhaustion. The line between insanity and worship had vanished.

And the god before them drank it all in.

Then, he spoke.

His voice was calm. Measured.

"Stop."

It was a simple command, but its effect was instantaneous. The deafening hysteria ceased as though the world had been plunged into a vacuum.

Silence.

No one moved. No one even dared to breathe too loudly, lest they miss a single word from their god.

Seconds stretched into eternity before Uchiha Shin finally spoke again.

His first words were a question.

"Did you see it?"

A wave of tension rippled through the air.

"Did you see my battle with the Fire Nation's army? Did you see my power?"

The moment the words left his lips, the village exploded into chaos once more.

"Yes, Hokage-sama! We saw!"

"Lord Hokage is invincible! The Fire Nation is nothing before you!!"

Shin's eyes gleamed with amusement as he let their cries wash over him. Then, his smirk widened into something darker, something sharper.

And he spoke again.

"You miserable fools. You doubted me. You questioned me."

The crowd fell deathly still.

"I have absolute power," he continued, his voice dropping into something lethal, "and yet you hesitated. You whispered doubts. You feared."

A pause.

"Didn't I tell you? This land belongs to me. Konoha is mine."

The sheer weight of his words pressed upon them like a storm, and the people quivered beneath its force.

"And because you belong to me, I will protect you, no matter how worthless or pathetic you are. But understand this—"

His gaze darkened.

"If you ever doubt me again… if you so much as hesitate… then leave.

Because in my land, there is only one voice.

Only one law.

Only one god.

Me."

His grin widened, sharp as a blade.

"You don't need to worry about war. About coups. About betrayal."

He stepped forward, his presence alone forcing the people to their knees.

"Here, your only concern should be whether you can keep up with my will. Whether you are strong enough to serve me."

His voice dipped lower.

"Because in my eyes… I am your god. And I am your greatest treasure."

The moment the words left his lips, the village erupted into hysteria.

"YES, LORD HOKAGE!! WE WORSHIP YOU!!!"
