"are you sure about this?" Zach growled as both of them, Zach and Auro stood before a small door in the neighborhood, "umm I'm not sure.." Auro pondered.
"What, so you're not actually sure if this is the place?" Zach, surprised, asked, "I've only been to valgard once, and that was when I was eight".
"so you have no idea if this family was are even alive or.."
" We won't know untill we find out", Auro knocked on the huge black door, the noise echoed around, the compact building meant to hold many residents.
"The door snapped open, and an old lady poked her head out", what are you two mud Brains looking, I thought I gave you guys your fees last week?", she snickered, or have the prices increase again" her tone changed to sarcasm.
"Miss Julius, it been a long time", he laughed rubbing the back of his neck.
The old lady squinted her eyes, "who are you?" She asked as Auro brought out a silver pendant, miss Julius gazed upon it her facial expression shifting from anger to something unrecognizable, her held the pendant, caressing it between her fingers.
"Little A is that you?" she asked as Auro laughed, yes it's me aunt.
The woman eyes widened as the realization hit her, she held Auro's face as she caressed it.
A few moments later Zach sat on a comfortable, bed as he looked at he spacious room. This old lady was so kind as to lend the duo a room on the upper floor.
Now that Zach thought about it what did the old lady have to do with Auro, he mentioned him being here when he was a child so maybe she was his aunt?.... Zach mind drifted.
The building was like a combined duplex, with each of the neighbors having one, back on earth it would cost a fortune to even pay the rent of the a bungalow building.
Zach sighed... he had been walking non-stop for the past week, so his whole body was exhausted.
He plopped on his bed, head finally cleared, he couldn't remember when he heard astryx, it had been at least a week.
He could think too much about it though, walking for days had took a a toll on him, his legs ached l, and his spine hurt, he closed his eyes, as his consciousness drifted.
In the grand palor of the quadripple duplex, miss Julius sat atop a massive chair. The maid came in, dropping the tray on top the wooden table and placed a cup of tea on it, Auro, fully changed, carefully carried the tea and sipped.
"What the situation at creed?", Miss Julius asked as Auro calmly sipped his tea, "there is no such thing as creed anymore" he replied indifferently as he dropped the cup on the table leaning backward.
What do you mean "last time I heard, Creed was being devastated by Valgard, but you guys were still holding on" she asked worried, Auro's eyes lazily glanced at her and he spoke "when did you receive that information?" He asked, "About four months ago" she replied.
He sighed... "That should answer your question.." he stated, as he relaxed on the couch indifferently
"so.. that means...",
"Creed is gone..", he stated, "mom, dad, even the royal knights, all dead" he sat up resting his fingers on his forehead, "Creed is a waistland" his tone softened.
" I watched that bastard stab a sword into mothers chest, father was ripped apart by that old fart", Auro gritted his teeth clenching his fist.
The old woman, maintaining a straight face calmly sipped her tea, "I'm sorry to hear that" she sighed.
The parlor was silent for a moment as miss Julius spoke, " when I left creed eight years ago I didn't think it would go this bad" she sighed.
"It's power.." Auro's words rang, "power corrupted them.., they were all powerful so why not destroy everything in order to create Monopoly and dependence?.." he said "they want to seize power in all of The nine".
" Hmm seems so.." Miss Julius nodded.
The old woman radiated an aura of calm around her while listening to Auro story, her face was riddled with wrinkles but her eyes were like that of a newly born infant, the old knitted sweater that a
She wore were perfectly knitted which was quite note worthy because in this region you don't get a lot of wool.
Their are 12 continents in all the world, and each of those continents are supported by a few smaller kingdoms know as strongholds, and each of the stronghold was built by a lord.
The lord regulates all affairs in that kingdom, and that was how the nine thrived, that was until power corrupted valgard of course.
"So what is your next plan?", the old woman asked, Intrigued.
My next plan?" Auro looked at his palm, " I'm too weak to do anything right now" He stated, "I plan to create an identity for my personna, that way I can grow among the knights, becoming a great master" Auro picked up the tea, wriggling it slowly in his hands.
"But that would take a long time, possibly decades.." the old lady's tone sharpened a bit, "Then I'm willing to wait" his lip curled grin, I'll wait till I'm ready, no matter how long it takes.
The temperature in the room plummeted as the old lady shivered,
"No matter how long it takes I will kill those bastards.."
