It had been one year since Leo had been with the dragons and training under them. He stood just outside Arcania kingdom. He had sneaked out and down the mountain he had been staying on with the dragons, without their knowledge. He moved quickly but quietly, navigating through the cliffs and terrain until he reached the outskirts of civilization.
His heart raced with anticipation as he snuck into what was once his home, stepping into the busy and vibrant market square. Familiar smells, sounds, and colors flooded his senses. Excitement lit his features. The weight of nostalgia tugged at his chest.
Not wanting to draw attention to himself, he immediately stole a cloak with a hood from a distracted vendor and threw it on to hide his identity, just in case. "Now let's do this" He rubbed his palms together excitedly.
