Serafina del Dolor Sanguinoso
Mother: Neliel
Neliel was serene. Graceful. Regal.
And still nearly crushed Gabriel's hand mid-contraction like a vice forged from guilt and maternal vengeance.
"She's almost here," she whispered softly, voice trembling but composed, one hand glowing faintly from her own internal spiritual pressure. "...She's perfect. I can feel it."
Then—a divine stillness.
Like the sky bowed in silence.
Serafina was born in utter tranquility, cradled in light and Reiryoku so dense it made the walls sing. Her soft cry came with a shimmer of silver-pink energy that made even the Royal Seal tremble.
Gabriel—half-conscious from the emotional whiplash—stared down at her.
"She's... smiling."
The child smiled, and immediately Gabriel knew this child would be strong. Not because she wasn't on absolute demon timing like her older brother—
But because even if she was calm, her power was rivaling the demon child that was the heir. He doesn't know why he keeps calling them demon spawn as if he wasn't the demon in question.
Well fuck it. We ball, I guess.
🐍 Baby #3 – Víborran Malnato Sanguinoso
Mother: Sun-Sun
Sun-Sun did not scream.
Sun-Sun hissed.
Well, he should have expected this—she was in fact a snake.
And she gave birth third, even though she was pregnant second, because the child took longer for her than it did for Nell. Nell had the standard 9 months. Sun-Sun had like 10 to 11 months—maybe a year—since Gabriel wanted to stretch it again when he saw how weak she was, but she was so petty about it.
Saying she wouldn't give birth after the two idiots.
The two idiots in question weren't so happy about being called dumb.
"I told you this child would be different," she purred through gritted teeth, as Reiryoku coiled around her like phantom snakes. "I was right. He's slithering."
"SLITHERING?!" Gabriel shrieked. The fuck.
"I mean metaphorically—ow, no, literally now—"
The birth of Víborran was like a ritual, complete with flickering shadows, shedding scales of spirit energy, and what might've been a spectral cobra hissing lullabies.
He came out with eyes already open and tongue tasting the air.
Hm. Maybe he should have expected this, considering Sun-Sun was a snake, with a snake dragon sealed inside her, and the child inherited his primordial energy. And with the Beast liking snakes... yeah, should have expected the snake features from him... but still.
Sun-Sun beamed. "I love him."
Víborran hissed something unintelligible.
"...Did he just say 'father'?"
"Close enough."
🐺 Baby #4 – Lobéria Sangredía Sanguinoso
Mother: Apacci
There were no doctors for this one.
Apacci refused.
"I'm pushing this monster out the same way I fight—SCREAMING AND BITE-FIRST!!"
The palace walls shook.
The guards ran.
Sun-Sun casually cast a barrier.
Lobéria burst into the world in a tsunami of crimson Reiryoku, claws already scratching at the blanket and fangs actually visible.
She wailed like a war cry.
Gabriel cried like a man who saw God and got slapped for blinking.
"She's adorable," Apacci cooed, holding her gently even as Lobéria tried to bite her breast out of instinct.
"She's trying to maul me already," Gabriel whispered.
"Better you than me," Apacci smirked.
Gabriel wondered why the child seemed to have wolf-like features when Apacci was a damn deer, and Gabriel was... a dragon, a snake... a demon. Hm. Hard to choose. Was it because she sported a wolf cut?
No clue. Was it because wolves hunted deer? He was confused. But oh well.
🦁 Baby #5 – Leonido Abrasán Sanguinoso
Mother: Mila Rose
Mila Rose? Oh, she did the entire birth standing up. Roaring. Glowing. Screaming victory chants.
Gabriel ran to help—only to see her holding her newborn like Simba over Pride Rock, spiritual flames igniting behind her like a damn Lion Queen.
"HE HAS ARRIVED!" she bellowed.
Leonido blinked once—and roared.
Not cried. Roared.
A spiritual quake erupted across the birthing sanctum. Windows cracked.
"He already has lungs the size of an elephant," Gabriel coughed.
"And the spirit of a king," Mila grinned, pulling him into a sweaty, fiery, exhausted embrace.
A Few Hours Later...
Gabriel lay on a mountain of royal pillows.
His face? Blank.
His soul? Shattered.
His heart? Full.
All five babies were lined up nearby in their bassinet-bunkers, glowing like miniature divine weapons.
The mothers, though exhausted, were radiant. Strong. Smiling. Each held their child, swaddled in warmth and unholy Reiryoku.
Gabriel exhaled slowly.
"...I have five children."
"Welcome to hell, darling," Sun-Sun whispered into his ear, smirking as she nuzzled against him.
He chuckled weakly. "I'm the king of Hell, and I've never been more terrified."
Neliel gently kissed his temple.
"You'll be fine."
Aurelón giggled from the corner crib, and suddenly...
Every child turned to stare at Gabriel.
All of them.
All. Of. Them.
"...Why do I feel like I'm about to be jumped?"
He was, in fact, jumped.
How the fuck are newborn children, possessing so much strength, jumping on him? Their little hands trying to see his face, kiss him, touch him, pinch him, punch him, bite him.
Only Serafina was calm. She merely went to her mother.
Her mommy.
