Synopsis
In the fourth year of my marriage to Lu Fei, my son said to me, "You are just a blood bag for me and dad." He said, "I don't want you to be my mom, I want Aunt Mingcan to be my mom!" Looking at Mingcan's fair neck, I finally understood everything. He stabbed my neck without hesitation to draw blood, but he exercised utmost restraint with that woman. I suddenly realized everything and dropped the divorce papers. Lu Fei threatened me, "If you walk out of this door, don't expect to see your son again." "I couldn't wish for anything better."

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

"Look and sign it."

I tossed the divorce agreement onto the coffee table.

Out of habit, it slid right over to Lu Fei.

Lu Fei had barely come back once, and the first thing he said to me was: "Neck."

He wanted to suck blood again.

This time, I didn't let him have his way.

Lu Fei was restless because he couldn't drink any blood.

He tugged at his tie and impatiently picked up the document.

"Tch, what's this?"

After flipping through two pages, his face gradually darkened.

He slammed it back onto the coffee table and spoke coldly.

"What does this mean?"

A CEO who's busy with a million things doesn't know what this means?

I couldn't help but let out a snort.

"The literal meaning."

"Reason."

That tone again, like he's issuing an order to a subordinate.

It's really annoying.

"I'm making room for your perfect woman and Lu Zhiming's ideal mother, isn't it good?"

He froze for a moment, as if he didn't expect me to say that, and frowned at me.

"What wild thoughts are you having again?!"

I ignored his words, staring at him, not missing any hint of emotion.

"I've always been just a blood bag, right?"

For once, he seemed a bit evasive, saying nothing.

I clearly heard it from Lu Zhiming, so why was I still harboring a sliver of hope?

Hoping there was at least a trace of genuine feeling in those years.

But in the end, it was just a luxury.

I didn't want anything from him; those things weren't mine.

I only took my Hunter's Box.

When I came, I had it in my hands and was filled with joy.

When I left, it was all I had.

Just as I was about to step out the threshold, Lu Fei's threatening voice came from behind.

"If you walk out this door, don't think about ever seeing your son again!"

I scoffed: "I couldn't ask for more."
