"Not everything," Dasom said. "But you'll need to reinforce what's already there. There needs to be a balance between body and spirit when it comes to cultivation, especially as a martial cultivator. We tend to neglect our spirit and focus too much on the physical, which often diminishes our qi output. It's not strange that your qi refinement levels are lower than your martial stage since you've been focused a lot on training the outside of your body. Try doing the opposite now, and you'll see you'll break through with relatively few problems. Just make sure you don't train too hard, either."
The seriousness in her voice made him look at her. Dasom wasn't smiling anymore. Her expression had turned thoughtful, even a little somber.
