Kinto was walking accross a bridge which seemed to have a large and deep river below, he looked around, only seeing some forests and bush parts "Wow, i forgot Baraka's house was almost at the edge of the city.". He looked down at the huge river below "No doubt about it, this place has gotten much more deadlier over time. There are definitely Crocadilons down there.". Meanwhile, Baraka just woke up from his nap, he scratched his head "Ahhh. Mahn my head hurts!". Baraka looked to his left and saw his mom standing by the door of his room, arms crossed "So? How was it? Your dream.", Baraka seemed confused "My dream?", he asked "Oh, that. Well I might have been dreaming, but I think I spoke to dad.". Marallda(Baraka's mom), scoffed "I see. So what did you both talk about?", Baraka replied while trying to sit straight "Just casual stuff. I spoke to him about how life has been since I became a Soldier. He spoke to me about how his life was as well. How he and his friends as kids went on missions and enjoyed themselves, the dangers of battle, how to never give up, and how to remained a good person.". Baraka paused for a moment and looked up at the ceiling "Basically, he just told me to always be myself. He told me that even while I'm in the toughest of battles, I shouldn't lose myself completely. He explained to me that I should fight like a mad man, but I shouldn't be an all out monster.", Baraka's eye's tilted to the side with a nervous smile on his face "That's something Kinto needs to hear.". Baraka turned to his mom "That's all I remember.", Marallda just smiled "Okay, I hear you. So, how was your battle with the dragons?". Baraka kept quiet for a few moments while recalling some moments with his fight against Ceneradaphio. Baraka took a sigh and replied Marallda "I don't want to talk about it. Let's just be grateful that I'm alive.", Marallda just smiled, arms folded "You're just like your dad. Each time he comes back from a devastating battle and I ask him how it went, he'd always like to forget about it. He'd say....", she started to flashback to when Baroka(Baraka's dad), would always sit down while taking his heavy armor off. Baroka had an exhausted smile on his face when Marallda asked him "So? How was the battle against the metal bomb country?","I don't want to talk about it at all.",Baroka replied. Baroka scoffed with a smile on his face "Whatever. I'm just glad I came back home alive."(End of flashback). Marallda while talking to Baraka with a smirk on her face explained "He was a war lord on the battlefield, one that was impossible to throw away from the battle. Despite his crazy strength and determination to crush his enemies, he never did it with a smile on his face. Instead, his serious attitude was that of respect to his enemies, one that showed that his enemies weren't a joke.". Baraka looked sad for a moment, he gripped his duvet tightly, Baraka remembered how he concoled Ceneradphio after he was defeated by him, Ceneradaphio was fading away into dust. "And that's why I want to be like him. Someone who breaks his enemies, but still considers the fact that they once had a life as well", Baraka muttered to himself. Marallda just smiled and walked out of her sons room "You'll make a great soldier, one that surpasses him.". Baraka got off from his bed "Whatever. Time to go about my day.", he goes into the shower to take a bath and freshen up. After that, Baraka cleans up his room and lays on his bed again. Baraka closed his eyes for a few moment before opening them once again "I guess I can go outside for air. No use dwelling on a battle that i already survived.". Baraka steps outside his house, he see's Kinto already walking to his front door. Both Kinto and Baraka were stunned "Yo, Kinto. What's up?", Kinto replied with a satisfied smile "Ah, I see you're doing well. I was scared when I texted you and you didn't reply.". Kinto and Baraka were walking on the bridge that led to Baraka's house, Kinto asked "This place seems a bit dangerous for a brige. Don't you think?", Baraka replied "The bridge is fine, it's the river below and the surrounding forest area that makes the place look dangerous.", Kinto looked at the river "There are atleast 300 to even 10,000 Crocadilons down in that river. Aren't you wary that they would one day break the bridge?", Baraka scoffed "Nah, that can't happen. This bridge is made from the hardest material in the world. It's something that puts the strongest of metals to shame.". Kinto asked "You mean levicribilum?", Baraka replied "Yeah. Levicribilum is a material that is hard to find, it's almost rarer than energy stones. Those things are expensive and can survive nukes. It's a shame the element is hard to find, otherwise, buildings wouldn't be torn apart so easily during large scale city invasions.". Kinto took his time to think "Yeah, you're right. Back when the dark sign invaded the city before calling out a full blown war on the world, the city was in shambles. Buildings being destroyed, things being blown up. I still remember the destructive fight you had against that Garou guy.". Baraka had a nervous smile on his face "Please don't remind me. Either way, how are the rest of the gang doing?", Kinto replied "Oh, Alex and the rest are doing fine. Mori and Alex had a fight tho.", Baraka turned to him with a dumbfounded look on his face "Really?", Kinto replied, almost laughing "Yep, they fought. The fight was cool tho, you should have been there.". As the two friends kept walking, they both went silent. Kinto and Baraka paused to look at the clear blue sky "Baraka, I'm so glad you and I are still alive.", Baraka replied "Yeah, I'm glad you are still alive and breathing too.". As they kept walking, a huge Crocadilon that was eighty feet tall, jumped out of the water to attack them. Kinto swiftly used his left arm to pierce its jaws off its face, and Baraka summoned a huge sharp sword made of rock to slice the creature in half. The two boys paused before laughing out loud, they continued to walks as they enjoyed the calm after their storm.
