"Urgh… What is going on here?" The little parrot in the group, Kaya, groaned weakly, feeling like the beam of sunlight hit her eyes. "Is it morning already?" She said weakly, still trying to adapt to the new atmosphere.
"Well, hello there, Sleepyhead." Someone suddenly greeted her with an amused tone. When the little bird finally opened her eyes, she could see that it was Levin, the soldier and the leader of the group, who did so.
"Uh… How long have I been asleep?" She asked confusedly, narrowing her eyes slightly to adapt to the bright sunlight above.
"Hmm…" The soldier pondered for a moment before saying, "It should be about 7 or 8 hours, right?"
"Seven or eight hours, huh…" The bird parroted his words unconsciously. However, after realizing what Levin said, the little bird widened her eyes in surprise, and all the sleepiness was gone instantly. "Wait, what?! Eight hours?!"
