Chapter 76 - MSOC: Chapter 76

"Braised?"

The Three-Tails' expression changed abruptly.

Those words sounded like a joke, but after experiencing Kai's abilities firsthand, it knew that Kai was definitely capable of doing it.

This battle, from the beginning to now, had been fought by the three summoned toads, except for the initial encounter.

Although the Three-Tails was sealed and suppressed, its strength was greatly weakened.

But Kai could pull it into the genjutsu space with just a glance.

This was enough to show how big the gap between them was.

"Alright, let's go out now," Kai's blood-red eyes receded like a tide.

The illusions in the Three-Tails' consciousness space dissipated into the world. The next moment, Kai vanished.

Outside, everything that had happened in the consciousness space seemed complicated and long.

However, in the eyes of the three toads, it was only a blink of an eye.

Seeing the reflection of the nine-tomoe Sharingan in the Three-Tails' eyes suddenly disappear, their nerves tightened.

"That kid probably failed. We need to quickly reapply the sealing jutsu," Gamabunta roared urgently.

He didn't want to obey Kai's orders, but at this critical juncture, he couldn't afford to think too much.

If the Three-Tails successfully went berserk, they wouldn't be able to handle it.

"What are you making a fuss about? What are you so nervous about?" Kai's voice suddenly rang out.

The three toads, who were about to form hand seals, suddenly stopped. They looked at Kai, who looked relaxed.

They couldn't hold back anymore and hurriedly looked at the Three-Tails.

When they saw that the Three-Tails had regained consciousness and was unusually docile, calling out "Uchiha-sama," the three toads turned to stone.

This was brainwashing!

No!

If it was brainwashing, it was too fast.

Just a glance, and the thought sent a chill down their spines.

"Alright, calling him 'Uchiha-sama' is so awkward," Kai rolled his eyes. He didn't expect the Three-Tails to be so shameless and change his tune so quickly.

"From now on, call me 'Kai-sama.'"

"Also, your body is a little too big. You should be able to become the size of a doll, right?"

Kai said as he gestured. It was clear that he intended to carry the Three-Tails around with him.

"Kid, I'm already giving you face by calling you 'Uchiha-sama.' You want me to become a doll? Where is my Tailed Beast dignity?" The Three-Tails' chakra surged.

It felt like he would rather die than be humiliated.

Even the three toads couldn't help but take a step back.

Kai rolled his eyes and said, "Are you going to go back and reflect on yourself as a fish on a chopping block, or be sealed in a chamber pot? You choose."

Looking at Kai, who was examining him with interest, the Three-Tails couldn't help but shiver.

He quickly put on a fawning smile. "Kai-sama, I was just kidding. Don't take it seriously. Actually, we Tailed Beasts are quite cute when we're young."

"You don't know, those tanuki and foxes, they're just tsk tsk tsk, always fighting."

"Back then, I was the one who played the good guy and stopped them from fighting. Otherwise, they wouldn't have grown up."

Looking at the Three-Tails, who was spouting nonsense, the three toads, as well as Zabuza Momochi and the other Mist ninjas, were completely petrified.

They couldn't help but be ashamed of their own flattery skills compared to the Tailed Beast's.

The next moment, seeing the Three-Tails transform into a cute and cuddly mascot, Zabuza Momochi couldn't help but slap the Mist ninja beside him.

"Tell me, you don't feel pain now. You're dreaming."

The Mist ninja, looking miserable, covered his cheek and said, "Can I say I'm in pain?"

"And why didn't you slap yourself? Why did I have to be the one who got hurt?"

Kai didn't care about everyone's shock.

He motioned for the Three-Tails to land on his shoulder. After adjusting its size a few times, he finally looked at the three toads with satisfaction.

"Gamabunta, I owe you this time. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to deal with it."

Gamabunta's cheeks twitched.

After witnessing firsthand how Kai had petted the mighty Tailed Beast like a cat, he didn't believe Kai's nonsense.

"Kid, don't talk nonsense. With your strength, you're strong enough to deal with the Three-Tails," Gamabunta took a deep breath and said solemnly. "You're planning to use this Three-Tails incident to make us submit, aren't you?"

"Since you know about the elders, Fukasaku and Shima, are you planning to learn Sage Mode like Jiraiya?"

Looking at Gamabunta, who could unleash his imagination, Kai smiled warmly. "You're half right."

"But I definitely need to learn Sage Mode."

"I know you'll think I have ulterior motives, but this isn't something you can decide. Go back and suggest it to the elders. Maybe they'll agree."

Kai paused before continuing. "Also, tell them that the world is about to change."

Gamabunta's face changed, as did the two toads behind him.

His words were vague, but they had lived for a long time and knew what Kai meant.

The three toads looked at each other. Gamabunta snorted and said, "Don't worry, I'll tell them. This time, we'll let it go. Don't randomly summon us out next time."

Leaving those words behind, the three toads instantly released the Summoning Jutsu.

"These three stupid toads. I wonder what their expressions will be when they encounter other Tailed Beasts next time I summon them," the Three-Tails said gleefully.

Kai rolled his eyes and said, "I'm hungry. Go catch me two fish."

"Make the Tailed Beast catch fish?" Zabuza Momochi, who had just arrived, watched the battle end.

He saw the Three-Tails actually running off to catch fish.

He almost stumbled and fell flat on his face.

As one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist village, he was considered one of the higher-ups.

Of course, he knew that the Tailed Beast was usually treated like a god in the village.

Now it was different. Its relationship and status with Kai had completely reversed.

If he hadn't seen it with his own eyes, he wouldn't have believed it.

"Sir, is there anything else you need?" Zabuza Momochi regained his senses.

Even the mighty Tailed Beast was so humble. He dared not be presumptuous.

"Nothing for now," Kai waved his hand. He sat down on a rock, then raised an eyebrow. "Right, your Mist village has a newcomer named Kisame Hoshigaki, right? Find him for me."

"If you can bring him to me, that would be best. If you can't, contact me, and I'll go myself."

Kisame Hoshigaki?

Zabuza Momochi was stunned. "Sir, are you talking about the shark-faced guy under Fuguki?"

"That guy is pretty simple. He's always being tricked by Fuguki, but he's very strong. I heard he's qualified to compete for a position in the Seven Ninja Swordsmen."

Kisame Hoshigaki, as one of the few S-rank rogue ninjas in the Mist village, both in the original story and here, was a shining star. His unique appearance and outstanding strength meant that he was definitely a valuable asset.

"Zabuza, you're wrong," Kai shook his head. "He's stronger than all of you."

"Someone's coming. You should leave now."
