I blinked rapidly in disbelief once recognition hit me. The lady who had replaced Louis, my new business partner, was no other than Nicole, my own wife!
But how? I mean, how is it even possible?
"Well, well." I said slowly while I allowed my eyes to travel round her body in a quick and careful movement.
And what is that dress she is wearing?
Idris, now grinning as one possessed moved towards Nicole, and offered her a handshake which she took delightedly, and smiling all the way. I took a few steps towards them but stopped when Idris started to speak.
"Welcome to Litt's int'l ma'am. I'll show you to your office." Idris said to Nicole who still hadn't stopped laughing, and was leading her to the other side of the building where his office was located. My guess was that he was leading her to Louis' office, or he was pulling my legs.
