"No matter where she moved, she won't leave Heidelberg," Emily sneered. "Dean is her son, she'll definitely try to use him for something. You need to stay alert."
"Mom, do you think she might've moved back to that white villa? We did give it back to her, after all."
"She wouldn't be that stupid, would she? Moving back there would be like putting herself right under our noses," Emily rolled her eyes at her daughter. "You're a grown woman, how are you still so brainless? No wonder you still haven't managed to win over Gilbert."
Emma pouted.
"We can't threaten her anymore. That woman is cunning, she's no longer the naive girl she was six years ago. You better watch yourself," Emily tapped her forehead. "Remember, these three days are your ovulation window. This is your chance. Make it count. If you get pregnant, you won't have to worry about a thing."
Emma's cheeks turned scarlet, and she nodded shyly.
