Chapter 4 - Warriors in making(Time skip)

Third Person's POV:

The days at Gurukul passed quietly, though not without transformation.

Parth gradually embraced his new identity.

With each sunrise, the memories of his past life faded, blurring into something distant, dreamlike.

He was slowly becoming Kaunteya Arjun, and he was fully aware of it.

No longer was he the nerdy, always-distracted kid lost in his thoughts.

He began standing up for his brothers whenever the Kauravas tried to insult or provoke them.

After the embarrassment of the sword-fighting incident, he had gone to Guru Drona to apologize.

Guru Drona, of course, forgave him.

From that day on, Arjun trained relentlessly.

He practiced with every weapon—under the guidance of both Guru Dronacharya and Guru Kripacharya.

His hunger to improve surprised them. They didn't see arrogance in him—only pure, focused effort.

He didn't strive to be the best; he just wanted to be better than he was the day before.

Some days, he trained until his body gave out. Sometimes, he fainted on the ground, sword still in hand.

Bheem grew increasingly anxious watching his younger brother punish himself like that.

The other Pandavas were worried too.

Bheem was shocked when Arjun had once failed against such a weak opponent, yes—but there was no need for this level of self-punishment.

He vowed to protect his baby brother from both others... and from himself.

---

One Year Later,

With much effort from Yudhisthir—or more accurately, with Nakul's blackmail tactics—Arjun finally stopped torturing himself.

He still worked hard, yes, but now with balance. And he had regained his skills—the skills of Dhananjaya Arjun.

Yet tension within the Gurukul was growing.

The animosity between the Kauravas and the Pandavas deepened with each passing day.

---

Arjun's POV:

I never wanted to taint Arjun's name.

So I worked hard—so hard that I lost myself in it, as expected...

But I was failing miserably at my true goal.

My cousins had no intention of making peace.

Any time I tried to speak casually with them, they looked at me like I had three heads.

Only Vikarna showed any sense or reason.

Out of the hundred, he was the only one willing to listen.

As for Duryodhana and Dussasana—their taunts pushed me to the edge more than once.

But I didn't react violently—not just because of my self-control, but because of Jyesth's (Yudhisthir's) command.

Bheem, however... didn't share the same patience.

So yes—sometimes, we ended up in fights. But only sometimes... trust me.

Eventually, I realized I couldn't do this alone.

If I truly wanted to bring an end to this enmity, I needed someone else.

Someone unexpected.

Angraj Karna.

---

Meanwhile...

Karna had completed his training under Lord Parashurama and was returning home.

---

Karna's POV:

I was finally going home—after what felt like a lifetime.

My heart felt heavy.

I had gained incredible skills and wisdom under Lord Parashurama… but in the end, I was cursed by him.

And I deserved it.

Still, I was grateful. I had learned more than I could ever imagine.

And now I would finally see Radha Ma, Pita Adhirath, and my childhood friend Vrushali again.

I had always been drawn to archery and warfare.

But my journey wasn't just for me—it was for my father and for people like us.

We Shudras have no proper place in this society. We are looked down upon.

I will change that.

With my skills, I will prove that a Sutputra can become the greatest archer in the world.

And for that... my target is Arjun.

(Here we go again 😌👍)

Guru Drona may call him the best—but I'll prove him wrong.

I will defeat that Rajkumar Arjun.
