After uncovering the personal data of The Reminder, Ana hovers her mouse over another file. Its name is simple: "Survivors List."
She clicks it.
The file opens, displaying a long list of names.
"…These are… the survivors of the Narita Mall incident," Ana mutters, scanning the screen.
Ren leans in, eyebrows furrowed. "Wait... our names are here too."
Izumi stares at the screen in silence, unease crawling up his spine.
Ana then moves on to a third file — this one labeled "CONFIDENTIAL."
As it loads, a sprawling mind map appears on screen. Lines, names, arrows, red circles. It's a plan — a future plan. A Reminder operation.
"They're planning to bomb a building...?" Ren says, reading the lines aloud.
Izumi's eyes widen, voice trembling with disbelief. "They're seriously planning to bomb a building near Raidon's place? Are they insane? Isn't killing random people enough for them?!"
Ana scrolls through the notes attached to the plan. "It says the bombing is to intimidate Raidon. And to send him a message."
"A message..." Izumi repeats quietly, thinking hard. He clenches his jaw, mind racing.
"If the goal is to make a scene that only Raidon understands, then maybe—no, it has to be more than just a bomb. Maybe... fireworks? Or a smokebomb? Something symbolic. Something only he would get."
Ren raises a brow. "Fireworks? You mean like... a pattern or symbol? That could make sense if it's meant to be public. But would Raidon even understand what it means?"
"We still don't know what Raidon's full history with The Reminder is," Ana adds. "Just that they're after him."
Izumi exhales sharply and stands up. "I don't care. I know he's a good person. Whatever his past is, I want to save him. He saved me... he didn't have to. That meant something."
He looks back at the screen.
"For now, let's focus on figuring out the target building near Raidon's. If we can narrow it down, we might be able to stop this. We don't know when they'll strike… but we know they will."
