Harry Hunter asked calmly, "Where did she go?"
The girl, however, refused to answer and instead asked him, "Are you her boyfriend? Do you truly care for her?"
"Yes!"
Perhaps because his answer was too straightforward and firm, the plump girl breathed a sigh of relief and said softly, "She dropped out and left. She took all her things from the dormitory and likely won't come back. I heard the school forced her to withdraw."
Harry Hunter listened, his expression turning cold.
The school forced her to withdraw?
Isn't that essentially expelling her?
If such a reputation gets out, which company would want her? In today's society, with only a high school education, one can only take the lowest and most exhausting jobs.
This is cutting off all her paths completely!
"Do you know where she went?"
