In the well Hidden Room
Aisa stepped deeper into the secret chamber, the air thick with iron and silence. The cold stone floor was stained red—pools of blood long dried, but no bodies in sight.
Chains rattled gently from the ceiling as if disturbed by a phantom breeze.
Her eyes scanned the room, landing on the center where Kael lay bound in ancient restraints, surrounded by crimson sigils pulsing faintly with dark energy.
Aisa knelt beside a pool of blood, her expression resolute.
"I'll revive you, Kael…" she whispered, placing her hand in the blood. "With this… I'll bring you back."
The moment her voice faded, a sudden gust rushed through the chamber.
CLANG!
The stone door burst open behind her.
Aisa spun around.
Ryker, Sol, Izumi, Tasuya, King, Shin, Amelia, Hiroshi, Saki, Arisu, Mio and Jasmine.
They stood at the entrance of the well chamber—some with weapons drawn, others frozen in shock. Dust rose around them, and tension filled the air like thunder before a storm.
Ryker took a step forward, eyes fixed on the blood-soaked floor.
"Aisa…" he said darkly. "What are you doing?"
She stood up slowly, blocking Kael with her body.
"I won't let you stop me," she said. "He's not just anyone. He's Kael. And he doesn't deserve this."
Celica's voice cut in sharply. "This isn't just about him anymore! The whole island's energy is shifting—this room, that magic—it's forbidden!"
"Get out of the way," Sol growled. "Now."
Aisa's hand tightened into a fist, her back still to them all.
"No," she said. "If you try to stop me… I will fight."
Silence.
Then Ryker narrowed his eyes, stepping forward as power flared faintly around his body.
"So will we."
Some Time Earlier — Nightfall
The house was silent in the deep of night—until Ryker suddenly sat upright in his bed, breath sharp, eyes wide like he'd seen a ghost.
"I know where," he whispered.
He threw off the blanket and stood.
A few moments later—
Bang! Bang!
Ryker knocked on every door.
"Wake up!" he shouted.
One by one, groggy voices echoed back.
"Hah? What's going on?" Sol asked, rubbing his eyes as he stepped out. "You trying to give us a heart attack?"
Ryker's eyes were glowing faintly in the dark.
"I know where I am gone ,yesterday."
Sol's sleepy expression vanished instantly. "Wait—what? Where?"
Ryker turned, already walking toward the exit.
"The well."
Everyone tensed.
"The… well?" Shin repeated, blinking.
"Where is Aisa?" Celica asked, stepping forward. Her voice had an edge of panic.
Ryker didn't stop walking. "She's gone. She left alone."
"Left?! What do you mean—left?" Izumi asked, alarm rising.
Ryker clenched his fists.
"She's been possessed… by the Ice Princess."
Everyone froze.
Celica gasped. "No… that can't be."
"It is," Ryker said, eyes flashing. "I saw it. In my dream. In my mind. I felt it."
Sol's fists tightened. "Damn it…"
"We have to go. Now," Ryker ordered, his voice firm. "Before it's too late."
He turned toward the night, the others hesitating for only a heartbeat—then one by one, they followed him into the darkness.
Toward the well.
Toward the truth.
Toward the battle that awaited below.
In room
The cold air bit at their skin. Blood stained the stone floor. At the center stood Aisa—or rather, something wearing Aisa's face.
She turned slowly, her eyes glowing an icy blue, her voice like frost.
"So... you've all come to stop me?"
The voice wasn't Aisa's. It was colder. Ancient. Detached.
"You're not Aisa," Ryker said calmly, stepping forward. "You're the Ice Goddess."
She smirked, lips curved into something cruel.
"Hmph... clever boy."
Without warning, she raised her hand—and a spear of ice shot toward them.
"Look out!" Sol shouted.
Jasmine leapt in front, raising a barrier of wind.
Shkkk! The ice shattered against it, but the pressure shook the entire room.
"Aisa!" Celica called out, hope clinging to her voice. "I know you're in there! Please—wake up!"
The Ice Goddess tilted her head. "There is no Aisa. Only me."
Suddenly, dozens of sharp ice shards erupted from her palm, slicing through the air toward them.
"Scatter!" King shouted.
They dodged—barely.
"She's fast," Shin muttered. "Too fast…"
Aisa—no, the Ice Goddess—floated upward slightly, her presence overwhelming.
"You think you can win by numbers?" she said, lifting her hand. "Then come."
She smirked, challenging them.
"Attack her at once!" Sol ordered.
In a coordinated flash—
Sol summoned fire, a blazing arc from his palm.
King charged with a power-packed punch.
Amelia and Mio attacked from a distance with light and shadow.
Hiroshi, Saki, Tasuya, Arisu, and Yumi unleashed a flurry of magic, swordplay, and ranged force.
Celica stayed behind, hands glowing, ready to heal.
The room lit up with a storm of power.
But just as they struck—
Aisa spun.
"Ice Mirror: Reflection."
A swirl of frost surrounded her—and their combined attacks stopped mid-air… then turned back at them.
"What?!" Sol gasped, forced to dive away from his own flames.
"Damn it!" King growled, barely blocking his own punch energy now flying back at him.
The room exploded in chaos—shattered stone, smoke, magic cracking through the air.
And in the center, Aisa hovered. Calm. Untouched. Unmoving.
The Ice Goddess smiled.
"Pathetic."
The smoke parted.
Ryker walked through it—slow, calm, eyes burning with silent rage.
His coat fluttered behind him. Power radiated from him with every step.
The Ice Goddess narrowed her eyes.
"Ah… so the leader steps forward. Are you here to die for your precious teammate?"
Ryker didn't answer.
Instead, he vanished.
SHOOM!
A blink—and he was already in front of her, fist glowing with energy.
"Haaa!"
He slammed a punch at her face.
She blocked with an ice shield—CRACK! The shield shattered.
Elena was knocked back, skidding across the icy floor.
"You're fast," she hissed. Ice rose beneath her feet, launching her forward again.
CLASH!
Her ice sword met Ryker's glowing blade—a blade forged from condensed energy and raw will.
"You're using Aisa's body... and hurting people with it," Ryker growled.
"I won't forgive that."
"Then die with her."
The room chilled instantly.
She raised her arms—thousands of ice spears formed above her, aimed directly at Ryker.
"ICE RAIN — JUDGMENT!"
FWOOOOOM!
The sky fell. The spears shot down like divine punishment.
Ryker didn't flinch.
Time slowed.
He activated his ability—Temporal Slip. The world blurred. The spears slowed.
He weaved between them, dodging gracefully, eyes never leaving her.
He reappeared mid-air.
"Too slow."
He struck with a flying kick, sending her crashing into a wall.
But she smiled.
"You forgot… this body is hers."
Suddenly, ice wrapped around his leg—freezing fast.
"Tch—!"
BOOM! She blasted him with a wave of ice energy. Ryker flew across the room, slamming into the ground.
"Ryker!!" Celica screamed.
He stood—bleeding from the mouth, hair wet with frost.
He wiped it away and smirked.
"I've been through worse."
He held out his hand. The air crackled.
His blade returned—this time glowing black and blue.
"Let's end this, Ice Witch."
They both lunged—
CLANG! BOOM! FLASH!
Strike after strike—fist against frost, sword against ice.
The ground cracked. The walls broke.
Sol whispered,
"...they're evenly matched."
But deep inside, Ryker wasn't fighting alone.
His voice echoed in the room—calm, warm, directed at Aisa.
"If you're in there... fight it. Take control. I know you're stronger than her."
The Ice Goddess hesitated—just for a second.
Her hands trembled.
"Aisa… wake up."
Suddenly—her eyes flickered. Blue to brown.
Just for a moment.
Ryker saw it.
"NOW!"
He dashed forward, driving his sword—not into her heart—but into the ice crystal embedded in her chest.
CRACKKK!
The crystal shattered.
"GRAAAHHHHHH!" she screamed.
The room exploded with light.
And then—silence.
