Of course there was no scar, it was the water from the Lazarus Pit, it never left a scar. I didn't want a dead Zoom, a live one would be much more useful. So I had to spare him, though I was tempted to kill the bastard.

How did this happen? He's so fast, how could he miss an attack like that? Well, it's quite simple. A slight confusion from my gaze and he got angry. Rainbow Raider's abilities can be useful sometimes too. Especially when it comes to temporarily disorienting the enemy. Speedster or not, he was powerless against the abilities of other meta people. Temporary anger overtook him and he became careless, I easily teleported and struck. Unlike Raider, my ability has a slightly weaker effect and lasts for less time. Even so, this ability can be a great help in situations like this.
Of course teleportation plays an important role, it's good because even a speedster has too much trouble reacting to it. Flash also couldn't stop Pikaboo, but her physical strength wasn't enough to fight him. But with me it's different, I'm stronger than humans and much faster. I teleport much better than Peekaboo at his best times. Still, I train my abilities every day and try to improve them. She's been wielding them for a few days though, so experience counts too. If she had physical strength like me, she would have defeated Barry just as easily.

I know anatomy so well that I can rip out a spleen with surgical precision and a man can even survive. Speaking of Zuma, he could have seen me, but his emotions failed him. I could have accomplished the same thing by showing his parents' faces and I would have had him in my hands. Although, I'd prefer Grodd's powers for a job like this. If I could get inside his head temporarily, speed wouldn't help him.
The problem with speedsters is that they rely too much on speed and forget their instincts. They still have the same instincts as humans. And it's only by using speedforce that they can do anything. Without it, they're just people. Even their bodies don't change much, they just adjust to the stresses of the speedforce, nothing more.
Putting the flask away, I stood up and looked at the others. The three metas were staring at me shocked and unmoving. I had just defeated the one they were so afraid of without even bothering. They were probably surprised by the situation.
I grinned and said:

«Remember, sucker, if I want to eat you, I will. The ones I've chosen can just stick their necks out and await their fate.

Throwing Reverb aside, he slammed his head against the wall and passed out. The smell of fresh blood made me smile; it was the first time I'd felt such a strong urge to kill. I even felt like ripping him apart right there.
"Hmm, something's not right... Where is this bloodlust coming from?" - Thinking about it, I was reminded of the Lazarus Pit. Unpleasant... Looks like the side effects are starting to kick in, oh shit...
Turning away from Cisco, I looked at the couple left behind. Ronnie frowned and covered Caitlin with him:

Appearing in front of Killer Frost, I easily knocked her out. That's how easily they were defeated. It's funny, but that's how it happened. If they had strategized and fought together, it would have been much more difficult. But it seems like all they know how to do is rely on their meta abilities. I can't say I don't do that, but at least I remember to use my head. The ability to use powers is important too, although, sudden teleportation is pretty hard to fight against. Sometimes you can't win using only force. That's why I build a company and strive for power. Of course absolute power can do anything, but it's not easy to get it. There are monsters in the world that can destroy me without blinking an eye. They could wipe out worlds, too.
You can't beat the likes of them without using everything you've got. Super speed? Super strength? Against some of the monsters in the comics, it's nothing. I remember such creatures well, and I'd hate to face them. But will anyone ask me? Even though this world is different from the comic book world, something tells me that there are enough omnipotent creatures here. I guess that's why I want to get Reverb's powers....
