One of the Lunavida pack's family cars came to fetch them. Even if some students took photos, none of them knew why those five people had to leave. Since it was a ten-seater, Courtney and Jane were quite too far from Len, Irving, and Claude. It was not like any of them spoke to others during the ride. Perhaps it was only the driver who asked them about the school. He just graduated from it a year ago.
The Widow's Manor looked so eerie and oppressive when sunlight cast on it. Claude still saw the last bits of the sun glaring at the towering peaks of the manor. However, the night had arrived with them.
"The Alpha has arrived!"
Claude heard someone announce their presence from inside the double doors. He stood there with Len and Courtney. Jane and Irving were not allowed inside, so they had to wait outside. When the doors opened, the three walked in as if anticipating their deaths.
