Chapter 22 - CHAPTER TWENTY TWO

Sophie jumped into Kyle's arms, and he quickly wrapped them around her, holding her close. She kissed him suddenly, her tears falling onto his lips like raindrops. Kyle's initial hesitation melted away as he responded to her kiss, pinning her against the wall.

His mouth pressed against hers, his lips tracing the curve of her neck, and slowly making their way down to her breasts. He looked sad for a moment as he pulled off her dress, revealing her bare skin underneath. Sophie's breasts were exposed, and Kyle's eyes drank in the sight.

He swept her off her feet, carrying her to the bed, where he gently laid her down. His hands cupped her breasts, his mouth sucking on them as she moaned and groaned with pleasure. Kyle's fingers danced across her skin, touching every part of her body, sending shivers down her spine.

As he made his way down to her thighs, his hands touched her warm skin, and he started stroking her gently. After removing his hand, a gush of water flowed out, washing over his fingers like a tap. He smiled, pleased with her response, and inserted his hand again, his fingers moving slower and slower, then faster, as Sophie's moans grew louder.

She widened her legs, inviting him in, and Kyle's eyes locked onto hers, his gaze burning with desire. Sophie pushed him onto his back, changing their positions, and kissed him slowly, her lips teasing his.

As they kissed, Kyle's hands roamed her body, touching every curve and contour. Sophie's cries of pleasure filled the air, and Kyle's passion grew, his desire for her consuming him.

Finally, he took her, their bodies moving in perfect sync. Sophie's cries grew louder, and Kyle's groans deepened, their passion reaching a crescendo.

Afterward, as they lay entwined, Sophie began to cry, her tears falling onto Kyle's chest. He held her close, his arms wrapped around her, and gently stroked her hair.

As the tears subsided, Kyle carried Sophie to the bathroom, where he bathed her, washing away the sweat and tears. He gently massaged her skin, his fingers kneading her muscles, relaxing her.

As they stood under the warm water, Kyle's eyes locked onto Sophie's, his gaze filled with love and adoration.

"Babe, I'm sorry for ignoring you too. I love you and I miss you too."

Sophie smiled, her eyes shining with happiness, and Kyle knew in that moment that their love was rekindled, stronger than ever…

Brian sat by the water's edge, mesmerized by its beauty. He snapped multiple photos, capturing the serene atmosphere. As he reviewed his shots, he noticed one particular photo—of Vicky, who was standing nearby, engrossed in her phone.

Vicky looked stunning, her beauty radiating even from a distance. Brian's eyes lingered on the photo, admiring her. Just then, Vicky started walking toward him. Brian's heart skipped a beat as he panicked about having taken her picture without asking.

But instead of confronting him, Vicky sat down beside him and asked, "Can I use your phone for a moment?" Brian, still nervous, quickly said, "I didn't take a picture of you." Vicky looked confused, unsure how to respond.

She recovered smoothly, saying, "I just wanted to check my account page." Brian handed over his phone, and Vicky began scrolling through her social media. Her expression shifted from blank to sad as she read a message.

It was a cruel comment on one of her recent posts, criticizing her appearance. Vicky's eyes dropped, and she looked crushed. Brian noticed and asked softly, "You okay?" Vicky handed the phone back and mumbled, "Thanks."

Brian smiled, trying to reassure her. But then Vicky said, "You know, in America, we'd call you a creep for taking someone's picture without their consent." Brian flushed, his cheeks burning, but he chuckled and reached out his hand. "Truce?"

Instead, Vicky surprised him with a warm hug. Brian's smile widened as he wrapped his arms around her, feeling an unexpected connection. As they hugged, he realized that sometimes, the most unexpected moments sparked something real.

Brian turned to her and asked, "Can we be friends?" But before Vicky could answer, the sound of police officers approaching cut through the quiet night, their stern voices echoing across the water.

They were joined by a crowd of locals holding torches—maybe twenty of them—scattered along the water's edge. The flickering lights cast an eerie glow, making it look like the officers were hunting someone. And it felt like that someone was them.

Panic struck. They had nowhere to run. Being caught now, especially as students out past curfew, would mean serious trouble—maybe even suspension.

They spotted a large rock at the edge of the water and quickly ducked behind it. Brian sat down and Vicky slid between his legs, his arms wrapping around her to shield her from view. They held their breath as a flashlight scanned the area, beams slicing through the dark.

It passed over them once… then again… but didn't stop. The guard moved on.

They both exhaled in relief, still staying completely still. Vicky stayed nestled against him, his arms tight around her.

When they finally stood up, they started walking quickly but quietly, trying to blend in with the remaining shadows. They were grateful to be in casual clothes and not their school uniforms—it made them look less suspicious.

But just as they thought they were in the clear, one of the officers spotted them. "Hey, you two! What are you doing out here? Where are you going?" the officer called out.

Brian and Vicky froze. Then Brian stepped forward and said, "She's my girlfriend. I was walking her back. She's not feeling well."

The officer looked Vicky over, clearly evaluating her. After a tense pause, he said, "Yeah… she looks weak. Fine. Just carry your girlfriend and get moving."

Brian wasted no time. He wrapped his arm around Vicky's waist, pulling her close, and they started walking again. Vicky gently rested her hand on the back of his neck. He felt that spark again—warm, electric, impossible to ignore.

They moved together like they'd done this a hundred times before, but the moment was new. Brian didn't want to let go. And neither did Vicky. Even after they were out of the officer's sight, she kept her hand where it was, and he kept his arm around her.

When they finally reached their tents, they paused. Brian let go of her waist reluctantly, and Vicky let her hand fall away.

"Bye," Brian said softly, still smiling.

"Bye," Vicky replied, and slipped into her tent.

Brian ducked into his own with a grin on his face, his heart still pounding from everything that just happened…
