This days Adrian and Cassie got frequent visit... Adrian worked like how he would have in his own world, in the morning, everytime he wakes up he leaves on an empty stomach, eats outside and comes back in the evening
At first Cassie didn't mind but somehow she felt something pinching her each time Adrian left without eating and came home not touching the food
She wasn't a good cook and Adrian was a picky eater, she had no other choice but to be learning online but it was always dismissed coldly
Cassie decides to contact Adrian parents before visiting, she had remembered the place through the memory of our Cassie
When she arrived at the house, she was greeted by a comfortable yet big house... It was only 2 floors
The memory never really showed the house but the direction, which means Our Cassie never visited but was planning to
Cassie got into the house, greeted by maids, it seems they knew Cassie because even the security let her in through the gates without any question and all
When inside, she was offered a seat and a drink, Cassie willingly accepted... When Adrian mom finally came down, Cassie got up respectfully with a smile "Aunt"
Adrian mom smiled and rushed to hug Cassie "what changed, no longer calling me mom?"
Cassie hugged her back "slip of the tongue"
Adrian mom pulls away "take a seat" Cassie sits down slowly before Adrian mom sat beside her happily "uh, what of dad"
"Oh, he's still sleeping, that old man had overworked himself" Adrian mother laughed and Cassie followed suit which shocked Adrian mom because Cassie rarely laughed and doesn't laugh so casually, normally when Adrian mom said something like this, Cassie would immediately scold the old man when he came down, keeping a serious face
"So Cassie, it's not like your u're not allowed to visit but you've never actually come to see us since we moved here, something happened"
"Mom, I'm sorry, those times I was lazy"
Adrian mom pat her back "it's okay"
"Actually mom, I came because of Adrian... I want you to teach me how to cook so I'll cook for Adrian"
Adrian mom blinked in surprise "weren't you always good at cooking plus Adrian ate anything you cooked"
Cassie chuckled awkwardly 'this Cassie seems so flawless' Cassie thought before saying "well, I've lost my touch... So, can you please help"
" Anything for you" Adrian mom smiled brightly before adding "I'll teach you one dish today so you'll cook for Adrian, which one would you like to learn"
Cassie wasn't sure if the original Adrian and the Adrian she's living with had the same taste but she just decided to say it simply " his favorite"
During the process of learning, Cassie failed multiple times but she motivated herself with 'if Cassie can do it then I can do it's
And finally when the sun was about to set, Cassie made the food 2 last time and those 2 last time came out perfectly,Cassie and Adrian mom ate the two and it was good
Cassie decided to rush home and cook it

When she arrived home, Adrian wasn't around, the servants were off since Cassie sent them back today,she directly went to the kitchen, tossing everything aside, preparing to cook with the ingredients she had taken from Adrian mom
It took her a while because immediately she served the food, the door opened and Adrian was walking in, still wearing her apron, Cassie put the food on the dining and rushed to the living room
