The last time Yuhara gained points, his clan's Prosperity Level hit a pretty interesting number—but for him, it still wasn't enough.
He had control over the massive Uchiha clan. Sure, not every clan member had Mangekyō-level potential that could net him a thousand points, but there were plenty of Sharingan users. And yet, the total points barely added up—it didn't sit right.
Through the system, Yuhara learned it was because even though he held real control over the Uchiha, he hadn't yet gained formal, legal authority.
So the points had been limited. But now that he was both the de facto and de jure clan head, the system responded.
Back during the meeting, Yuhara already felt a tremor in his system—like it was trying to alert him.
He hadn't had the time to focus on it then. But now, he did.
As soon as he turned his attention to it, his system interface appeared:
[Current Binding: Uchiha Clan]
[Status: Relatively Stable – You've resolved internal issues and officially become clan leader, but external threats remain]
[Prosperity Level: 14,396 (Normal baseline: 10,000)]
[Suggestion: Reform the clan appropriately to reintegrate with Konoha]
Yuhara stared at the number and couldn't help twitching a little.
Not because of what it meant exactly—but because if you dropped the 1 from that number, it got... suggestive.
Regardless, he was thrilled with the increase. He'd gained over two thousand points from this alone!
Even if the system clearly discriminated against non-Mangekyō users and kept the reward rates low, this was enough for two spins.
More importantly, the system's suggestion aligned perfectly with his own plans.
Reforming the clan had already begun, even before he moved against Fugaku—they'd laid out a long-term ideology and political framework for the clan's future.
Of course, pushing it further would take time. Like expanding ideological and cultural education.
In this world, ninja were trained well in certain technical areas—like math, which Yuhara had once struggled with.
Things like calculating kunai trajectory, adjusting for variables mid-fight—yeah, that was standard training.
They also taught battle techniques and some tactical knowledge.
But when it came to worldview and critical thinking? Practically nonexistent. Shisui was the perfect example.
Before Yuhara explained the nature of war to him, the guy still thought war was just payback fueled by hatred.
Yuhara didn't plan to go too deep with reforms—it was a world full of superpowers, after all. He just needed them to grasp the basics.
"The most important thing is having a stable sense of morality. If you're going to be a political keyboard warrior, at least understand how things are connected—what causes what, and where the contradictions lie."
Internal work was only half of it—external matters needed handling too. Especially the issue of the Police Force.
Yuhara wanted to open it up, sure, but that didn't mean others would immediately jump on board. He had to start changing it from within.
At the very least, they needed clear rules and proper codes of conduct for how the Force operated—and how Uchiha members behaved while enforcing the law.
"So, yeah. The system's suggestion isn't far off from what I was already planning."
Yuhara smiled internally. But soon, his attention returned to the Prosperity Level.
Planning could wait—right now, the important part was he had enough points to roll twice.
Two ability draws—merged into one super-roll. Even if he didn't consider himself particularly lucky, the system's rewards had always been practical if not flashy.
[Congratulations, Host. You've become clan leader. A clan's prosperity depends on the leader's effort. Though external threats remain, internal unity has been achieved.]
[A united clan has cohesion and power—and a future.]
[Current points exceed 2,000. You may draw twice. The results will be merged.]
[Secret Technique – Blackflame: Blackflame was once divine fire used to hunt gods, though it has since lost its divinity. Even so, its power is immense.
Once acquired, you may replace standard flames in ninjutsu with Blackflame. Its intensity and quality far exceed ordinary fire. It's not eternal, but it's unimaginably destructive.]
Yuhara twitched a little. Wasn't this the fire used by those skinless nightmare monsters?
He remembered using it in a game once—the one with that oversized Olympic torch sword. Looked great. Hit like a truck.
He rubbed his chin. If he could draw that pseudo-divine teardrop tech next, that'd be awesome... but didn't that guy get nerfed before he transmigrated?
Still, this was already a killer option. Probably a reward tied to his official promotion to clan leader.
And now that he had two draws, he had six choices total. Time to review the rest:
[Secret Technique – Heaven's Prison of Ten Thousand Thunderbolts: Unleashes a thunderstorm over a wide area. Power scales with chakra output.]
[Secret Technique – Crowstorm: Forms death crows using chakra. Traps enemies in endless illusions and fear, with potential for irreversible damage.]
[Secret Technique – Voidstep: Instantly teleport within 100 meters. Causes spatial shockwaves.
Using it again within 15 seconds increases chakra cost and shockwave power, leading to devastating effects.]
[Secret Technique – Unstoppable Blade: Infuses chakra into your weapon, granting five seconds of defense-piercing attacks.]
[Sword Style – Bloodblade Dance: A whirling assault that rains blood from enemies like a dance. Ferocious, relentless, and flexible.]
Yuhara stared at the six options and swallowed hard.
No doubt about it—this was the most stacked selection he'd ever seen.
