Theon stark will be reborn in the same timeline.
Also, for those asking clarification about ice dragons. It is not that difficult to make connections who will be their rider, if any other house has them why would they let starks rule them. I'm telling this from southern lords perspective.
But we know the other northern house have ice dragons, and they cannot turn their backs on Starks because they have been given wolf potion before bonding to ice dragons. For those who don't know if you take the wolf potion they will have a pack mentality the cannot betray the pack.
