Maria:
It was a really beautiful morning and everything was quiet and perfect. These past few days have been the best times in my life. Seeing Daniel as his best self was one memory I was going to make sure I held onto.
He was home more, we talked and even painted together. It was safe to say I loved him so much. He was very real with me and to top it off, he was truthful. A truthful man is who I need.
I wore my cute outfit for the day and glanced at my phone hoping Frankie would reply to my two hundred records of voicemails. I decided to place a call to him again.
"Hey this is Frank, I'm busy right now please leave a message after the beep…." It rang.
"Hi, Frankie. This is the thousand messages I'm sending you. I need you to call me, please. I don't know you to be a person who just shuts people out like this. Not because we had a misunderstanding, you will just throw off the twenty-three years you and I have been best friends." I said over the phone.
