After my parents left for Konoha, my training started. It was difficult at first; after a week, it started to feel easy. Seeing this, Shizune increased all of them by 10 for each, so I continued. Every time it's easy, she increases the training.
So I continued my training. It was hell, but if I want to survive this world and protect people I love, I have to be strong no matter what, so I started putting in a little extra effort, pushing myself and my body every single day. I was exhausted, but the next day I was already on my feet. I don't know how, but I think I have a healing factor in my body or something else I don't know.
*Konoha*
Hokage office
Arriving in Konoha, Jiraiya and Tsunade both went to the Hokage office to meet their old sensei. Standing before the Hokage Tower, looking at the building, Tsunade had all her bad memories coming back. Tsunade felt nervous and didn't move.
Seeing this, Jiraiya put a hand on Tsunade's shoulder. After nodding, they went inside the building. Standing before the door of the office, they knocked on the door. After hearing entry permission, both of them went inside the office.
Standing before them was their old sensei in Hokage attire, pipe in his mouth, sitting behind the huge pile of papers. He looked up and said, "Tsunade, Jiraiya, welcome back to Konoha." He greeted them.
"Good to see you, sensei. How are you?" Tsunade asked. Jiraiya nodded his head.
"I am good, but coming back from retirement is not a good thing for my body and mind. If one of you accepted my offer, I would enjoy my retirement." After saying that, he stood from his chair and came to Tsunade to give her a hug.
She returned the hug.
"Nah, not now; we'll discuss that later." As soon as she said those words, Hiruzen startled. Before this, she always downright said no or insulted the Hokage, saying, Only fools will want to be Hokage.' Saying something like that, after he looked at Jiraiya, he just smiled.
"Okay, we'll discuss that later." After a little pause, he continued, "So you know the situation in Konoha, so I may think you came to help." Hiruzen asked, "Oh, where is your student Tsunade?"
"Shizune had some work to take care of, so she is not here." After seeing him nod, "Oh, I came here only for one reason: to cure my student, nothing more, nothing less," Tsunade said.
After hearing that, Hiruzen smirked, saying, "Oh, I see. Any plans after that?" he asked.
"We have the same thing to discuss, not now and also not here; we will visit your home for dinner," Jiraiya said.
"I must be very important, then. Ok, I will wait for both of you." They both nodded.
"Ok, old man, I will be going," Tsunade said.
"Okay, come to visit me. If any problem occurs, send a word." Hiruzen said
"We will do it, ok, Jiraiya? We have a lot of work to do." After saying that, both of them left the office.
Looking at them both leaving, Hiruzen smirked.
'I think I have the same idea of what you want to discuss,' but he didn't know that he was going to learn about his own death in a few hours.
Hospital
After leaving Hokage Tower, both of them went directly towards the hospital. After reaching there, many greeted them. After the greetings, they went towards Kushina's hospital room. After arriving at the room, they went inside the room.
Inside the room she saw a child sitting beside the hospital bed after looking at her carefully.
She looked like a mini version of Kushina with red hair, a round face, and violet-colored eyes. She looked at her and asked Jiraiya, "Is she the girl?" He nodded, expecting what the next question was. He had a bead of sweat on the back of his head. "Where is the boy?" As soon as that question left her mouth, Jiraiya knew everyone involved in this issue was in deep trouble facing a mother's angry wrath. He shivered.
"He is in an orphanage? Tsunade lifted her eyebrows. "The council decided" as soon as those words left her mouth. Tsunade's face twisted; she was angry. No, she was more than angry; she wanted to kill every single one in the council. She looked directly into Jiraiya's eyes and said,
"I am warning you, I want the boy here. In 30 minutes, if not, I will heal her. After that, both I and Kushina will kill every single one of them. Make this discussion," she said angrily.
Jiraiya said nothing; he ran towards the Hokage's office to clear this. He knew both the women could do what Tsunade could, and he also couldn't stop them.
Tsunade looked at the mini version of Kushina and asked, "Sorry for scaring you. What's your name, cutie?"
"It's ok. I know maybe the same is going on."
My name is Mitsuha Uzumaki.
Are you here to cure my mother?" Mitsuha asked,
"Yes, my name is Tsunade Senju. I was your mother's sensei when she was a genin." After looking at Mitsuha, Tsunade continued, "Don't worry; she will be okay."
Just as they are talking, a dog-faced ANBU appeared behind Tsunade. Seeing him, Mitsuha waved her hand, calling him big brother, and Tsunade looked at him angrily. He turned his face away.
"Lady Tsunade, the boy is outside. If you want, I will bring him in," the dog said.
She nodded and said, Send him in." After the boy entered the room, both Tsunade and Mitsuha looked at the boy's blonde hair, blue eyes, and face just like Kushina. All in all, he looked like a mini Minato. Mitsuha was thinking he just looked like Father.
Tsunade went to him and knelt down. "Come here. What's your name?" He came closer to her.
He hesitated, looking at the girl, and looked back at the older woman and said, "Naruto Uzumaki."
That girl stood up from her chair with a shocked expression on her face and asked the boy again, "Is your name really Uzumaki?"
He nodded.
