Chapter 232: The Majestic Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast

"I'll take the first turn, draw!" Hayato declared. Thanks to the convenience of the Duel Disk, he had seized the right to go first.
"I Summon Ojama Red in Defense Position. Then, I activate Ojama Red's effect to Special Summon Ojama Blue from my Hand."
The Duel Disk's Virtual Projection Device activated. On Hayato's Field, the red and blue Ojama Monster duo appeared.
"Let's go!" "How about a bath after this?"
Seeing the Ojama Monsters appear, Manjoume Shouji complained with great dissatisfaction, "Hey, Kobayashi Hayato, why are you using these disgusting Monsters again! Don't you have a whole bunch of other Decks!"

Under Ojama Blue's surprised gaze, Ojama Red's figure vanished from the Field, replaced by the adorable Armed Dragon LV3.

He was left with only one card in his Hand, Ojama Yellow, which he had added earlier through Ojama Scramble!'s effect. All other cards were Set. Hayato ended his Turn.

Manjoume confidently played the card from his Hand. "I activate the Spell Card, Polymerization! I use Giant Dragon and Lesser Fiend from my Hand as Fusion Material! Come forth! Fiend Skull Dragon!"
Lesser Fiend, with its multiple arms, and Giant Dragon, a Dragon-Type, were sent into the Vortex that appeared on Shouji's Field. A Demonic Dragon, tall and standing upright, with several Claws on its abdomen, appeared on Shouji's Field.

Because this Card has two abilities: "negate the effects of Flip Monsters" and "negate and Destroy Traps that target it," it's very suitable for dealing with Stall/Burn Decks.
"Hehehe, This Great One's Turn isn't over yet! Be amazed to your heart's content, Kobayashi Hayato. I enter the Battle Phase!"
"Hoh? You're not avoiding Battle but coming closer? Even though my Back Row is like a minefield with three Set Cards, you're still coming closer?"
"If I don't come closer, how can I beat you up?" Manjoume Shouji laughed smugly, pointing his hand towards Ojama Blue on Hayato's Field. "Fiend Skull Dragon, take down that annoying Monster!"
A copper-colored green Dragon Breath spewed forth, engulfing Ojama Blue. By the time Fiend Skull Dragon closed its mouth, all that remained where Ojama Blue had been was a pile of charred bones.
ATK 2000 attacking DEF 1000, the Battle was one-sided. However, since Ojama Blue was in Defense Position, Hayato took no Battle Damage.
"When Ojama Blue is Destroyed by Battle and Sent to the Graveyard, I activate its effect." Two cards ejected from Hayato's Deck Zone, which Hayato caught and added to his Hand. "From my Deck, I add two cards with 'Ojama' in their Name to my Hand."
"Then, I activate the Trap Card I Set last Turn."
"Muda muda muda! Any Trap Card that targets Fiend Skull Dragon is negated!" Manjoume said with a laugh, but there was a hint of nervousness in his voice.

Just like when Fiend Skull Dragon appeared, a Vortex appeared on Hayato's Field, sucking in all three Ojama brothers. The bulky Ojama King descended onto the Field doing a ballet dance, then backhanded three Seals onto Shouji's Field.

A ball of Energy condensed from Dark Magic was kneaded out by Lesser Fiend's four arms as if rolling a dumpling. It smashed into Armed Dragon LV3, which was in Attack Position on Hayato's Field, and Destroyed it.

Hayato's Life Points decreased. However, what was strange was that Armed Dragon LV3, which was Destroyed by Battle by Lesser Fiend, did not go to the Graveyard. Instead, its body gradually became transparent in front of Hayato and was banished.
"An ability to Banish a Monster directly after Destroying it, huh? So strong, truly too strong." Hayato said, flipping over a Set Card. "I activate the effect of Dig of Destiny when I take Battle Damage."

Manjoume Shouji said, flustered and angry, throwing a small tantrum. "My Turn is over! Hurry up and start your Turn, Kobayashi Hayato!"
