AUTHOR POV
Ayzal stopped in front of the track in her Ford Mustang ecoboost. She looked at her surroundings many men and women were throwing themselves at each other but it wasn't something she was here for, she sighed softly and drove towards the race starting line, she was silently sitting in her car without letting anyone know that she is here but, everyone started noticing her and a big crowd walked towards her car, she looked at the crowd and rolled down her window reluctantly and spoke "why it is taking so much time, today I don't have much time" she spoke from under the black mask in grumpy voice, one of the girl from the crowd spoke mockingly "c'mon girl, wait for a bit more, maybe real drifter will come today and let you know your place still then why don't you let us see your face" Ayzal rolled her eyes and spoke "oh, we'll see, who will get to know their place and now start the race or I'm leaving" a man spoke in flirty voice "c'mon don't be like that" Ayzal reverse her car a bit, but immediately a man spoke "ok ok, jees! don't be offended we're starting the race" Ayzal smirked and again moved her car towards the racing point, everyone started getting in their cars
On the other hand
Maaz was honking horn loudly in frustration but he was still in heavy traffic, he looked at his wrist watch and slammed his hand on the steering wheel irritatingly, he kept looking at his wrist watch occasionally and getting more frustrated because he was already too late, he walked out of the car and walked a bit forwarded to see what happened, as he saw it was an accident of few bikers and he huffed in annoyance and spoke to him "pwpf!! Not some idiot again, because of their stupidity I'm getting late, well great I have to keep sitting in the car like an idiot because I can't go home nor I can reach the track." He again walked back towards his car and got in the car, he slammed the door loudly in frustration. On the other hand Ayzal was continuously beating every car in the race while everyone was praying for their mentor of car driving and drifting to arrive because they think he is gonna beat her in no time,
Ayzal drive towards the starting line again for the last lap in which she has two competitors, as she heard the gun shot shot sound, she immediately pressed her foot on the accelerator, but she noticed that her competitors were teaming up against her together, both competitors come in the either sides of her car and started moving closer to her, Ayzal feel a bit baffled because it took a bit time for her to understand their strategy against her, they started pressing her car from the both sides and continuously hitting her car, Ayzal tried to speed up her car but they kept her car trapped between them, she was continuously struggling with it then she saw that finish line was near, her competitors moved a bit away from her car to hit it again and they moved towards her car with a good force and speed but Ayzal immediately pulled the handbrake and pressed the brakes in the middle of the race, as she did that both car couldn't hit her car but harshly and badly collapsed with each other one car gets completely crashed while the other catched the fire, the whole crowd gasped but started shouting in excitement and thrill, Ayzal smirked and pulled down the handbrake, she accelerate the car at high speed and crossed the finishing line in a one go and her car moved towards the crowd but she pulled the handbrake and make them amused with her sudden drift, her drift make the whole crowd go wild, they immediately ran towards her car while hooting and screaming for her victory and excitement.
On the other hand
After an hour, maaz got out of the traffic, he was completely frustrated and irritated because he knows that he got late and can't join the race but still he drove towards the racing track, he heard that everyone was so excited and completely out of their minds, he got out of the car and saw that, on the racing track two cars were completely crashed while the other one just crossed the finishing line and that's was the reason for the crowd to go wild.
He saw a familiar figure got out of the car which makes his heart squeezed, he immediately recognized that she was Ayzal, he saw she was looking exhausted and tried but her figure was confident, her hair was wrapped in a black hijab that framed her face with quiet grace and her face was covered with black mask, a crisp white shirt peeked from beneath a black sweater vest, the layers giving her a smart, effortless look. Draped over her shoulders was a slightly oversized leather jacket, matte and structured, adding a bold edge to her presence. Her black fitted pants flowed seamlessly into chunky combat boots. Maaz let out a shaky breath because her presence makes his heart beating at the high rate, he walked towards the crowd and as the crowd felt his presence their attention immediately moved towards him from Ayzal because he is the star of track race there, but maaz eyes were still stuck on the one familiar figure, maaz friends come near him and started talking to him and all the eyes were on him. Ayzal looked at the man that took the whole crowd's attention towards him and she saw he walked towards her but it doesn't even budge her a bit, as maaz stood in front of Ayzal they held each other gaze which makes them feels like the whole world stopped, Ayzal couldn't see his face but she immediately recognised him by his eyes, the whole crowd went silent because of maaz and Ayzal silent eye meeting and they saw maaz and Ayzal was continuously staring at each other, no one knows Ayzal and maaz in the crowd they didn't even know their names but everyone feel like maaz and ayzal know each other for decades, which was totally correct
Maaz was silently staring in her eyes and he started gaining his sense back, he let out a soft sigh and spoke "ayz-" but before he can complete his word, Ayzal pushed her hands on his chest with a force, maaz stumbled and fell on the ground, his back hit the ground which makes him slightly winced and he joined his eyebrows in confusion.
Ayzal POV
We were staring at each other silently and the whole crowd was silent too but maaz broke the silence and was about to say my name but I hit my hands on his chest with a force while make him stumble on his feet and he fell on the ground, I felt my heart drowned at my behaviour but I stayed composed and I also can't let him expose my name or myself in front of everyone here, i just wanna keep my identity hidden, I took a step near his body that was on the ground and spoke in straight voice "don't you dare to say my name here". I didn't let him speak and got in the car, I immediately got out of that place because my whole body was sweating and my heart was beating faster than ever.
Author pov
The whole crowd again went excited as maaz was about to expose ayzal's name but she hit her hands on her chest and pushed him on the ground, the whole crowd gasped loudly because not a single woman ever touched maaz but she has the audacity to pushed him, everyone groaned in annoyance but they saw Ayzal immediately left the track in her car, everyone already understand that they both know each other so well, a few girl crouched down in front of maaz to help him to stand up but maaz pulled back before they touched and spoke " no,no ladies don't touch me otherwise my soon-to-be lady will peal my skin" the girls rolled her eyes playfully but they were a bit frustrated because they just wanna touched him but reluctantly stood up again and one of them spoke " we were so close to know her name" maaz smirked and placed his hand on his chest where Ayzal hit.
Not every love is meant to stay,
