Jason stared at her for a second too long, she felt quite uncomfortable, but she didn't let it show on her face.
"What about you? What's your name?" Jason asked.
"Shayla," Shayla replied with a smile as her eyebrows danced in mischievousness.
"Are you both freshmen? I have never seen you both here," Jason asked.
"Yes," Shayla was the one who replied.
"Oh, that explains it. You know, I am the Students' Council President, I should know almost everyone here, if not all," Jason laughed.
"I will catch you guys later, you'll enjoy Preston, I assure you both," he said to them, followed by a laugh afterwards.
Jason lingered for a moment, watching Camille with narrowed eyes. He smirked slightly before walking off.
"He's hot," Shayla gushed.
On hearing no reply from the other person, Shayla turned to look at Camille who looked like she had fallen into a trance.
"Cam, what's wrong?" Shayla asked, snapping Camille out of her reverie.
