Chapter 26 - CHAPTER 26 – THE STRONG FINDS AN EQUAL OPPONENT AND THE FORBIDDEN ARTS

Solanky drew out his dagger and raised it to defend against the incoming attack. There was a CLANG!! As a result of the two weapons colliding, the disciple of the bloody sect rolled away in the distance, and Solanky took a step back. The disciple of the bloody sect in the distance felt his hands tremble intently as it felt like he had struck an unbreakable barrier. He stood and dashed towards Solanky, but Nokopolie ordered him to stop because he was no match for Solanky.

He stopped in his tracks and backed away. Nokopolie approached and said, "Finally, a worthy opponent. I admit it; I underestimated you. Now show me what you've got; don't hold back because I won't do the same." Nokopolie dashed towards Solanky at a terrifying speed, which reached 40,000 m/s. Solanky was shocked because, according to the intelligence system, the fastest a god emperor could achieve in the god-realm was six million meters per second and 15,000m/s in special spaces and trial grounds.

Nokopolie made a clawing gesture in which hands and a glove with claws appeared on both hands. Solanky was amazed at the fighting of Nokopolie because it showed his pure, ruthless nature. Nokopolie swiped his claws towards Solanky's chest, but it was blocked by Solanky with the dagger. Nokopolie struck hard on the dagger, and Solanky was sent three steps backwards. Nokopolie saw this and said, "Good, I can now unleash my bloody claw skills to my heart's content."

Solanky still kept his cool and played along, as he wanted to see the ruthless techniques of the best disciple of the bloody sect. Nokopolie activated his bloody claw technique, and instantly, his aura surged, his strength reached 95,000 times the god emperor level strength, and his arm swelled to twice its original size.

The smell of blood permeated the area of the battle. He dashed towards Solanky again, and this time his speed reached 95,000 m/s. Nokopolie swiped ruthlessly at Solanky at a rapid rate, and within two breaths' worth of time, he had swiped at Solanky two hundred times, and one could see claw marks on the clothes of Solanky and the ground below. Nokopolie smiled sinisterly at Solanky and stomped his feet on the ground, and the ground shook violently like a quake had occurred, and dust rose into the air.

Nokopolie seized the opportunity to deliver the killing blow to Solanky. Solanky smirked and said to Nokopolie, "I have been away for a while, and I forgot that after becoming a god-emperor in the god-realm, one can fully control the element. Well, playtime is over; it is my turn." Solanky turned and caught the approaching hand of Nokopolie; this shocked the onlookers of the bloody sea sect. Nokopolie tried to free himself, but he realized Solanky's aura was rising rapidly and sensed that his strength reached 100,000 times at the god-emperor level.

Solanky smiled sinisterly at Nokopolie, who was still trying to break free. He was then kicked hard by Solanky and was sent flying into the distance. The disciples who saw their best being handled so easily decided to flee in different directions, but how could Solanky allow that to happen? Solanky formed seals with his hands, and the rocks around them sealed all the escape routes, and the sky above them was covered in a thick layer of ice.

The disciples of the bloody sect flew into the sky to test the toughness of the ice barrier, but before they could even get ten meters from the barrier, they felt that the barrier was charged with electricity, and they could see an array formed on its surface. One of the disciples at half a step into the god emperor level charged directly towards the barrier without any care in the world. Solanky, seeing this, smiled. The moment that disciple got within three meters of the barrier, the engravings of the array shined brightly and rotated once, and a bolt of electricity struck the approaching disciple, and instantly he was reduced to ashes together with his treasures.

The remaining Bloody Sect disciples, who were also approaching the barrier, quickly halted and retreated in fear. With Solanky's magic reaching the world-defying level, he could infuse his magic with the elements and amplify the power output with little to no effort. Nokopolie, seeing this, was shocked and started questioning why the old man Zenom forcibly told them to kill Solanky and even decided to gift anything they requested from him.

Nokopolie crashed into a boulder before coming to a stop; he coughed out blood, and his bloody claw technique instantly wore off because in that state the user must not lose any blood during the process. Solanky ignored him and dashed at two of the disciples of the Bloody Sea Sect who were fleeing in different directions. Solanky's speed instantly hit three times the speed of light, which made him appear like a blur in the eyes of the bloody sect disciples. After some time all the fleeing disciples were killed with a stab to the chest or cut to the throat.

All Nokopolie could see was a flashing figure who didn't look anything like Solanky but like a vicious monster. Solanky smiled because it was all his doing. He used the moment Nokopolie let his guard down to quietly plant an illusion in his mind. Solanky said, "Because he was in denial that I could be this strong, it was easy to replace my figure with that sinister evil baboon man lurking in the shadows. I need to finish this quickly. I need to leave the trial grounds; otherwise, it will raise suspicions."

Solanky raised his hands, and the ice barrier above shot out countless bolts of thunder and electricity toward the dead corpses of the disciples of the Bloody Sea Sect and turned them into ashes. Solanky looked at Nokopolie and smiled. He knew if he killed him, the last moments before his death would be seen by the sect master of the Bloody Sea Sect because the sect masters always imprinted a sliver of their spiritual sense on their most outstanding disciples.

Solanky was in deep thought on what to do with Nokopolie; he flew and entered the ice barrier and appeared above it. He sat on the barrier and closed his eyes to comb through the inheritances of the ancient devil-god race, and he came across a spell or seal called the Forbidden Bewitching Arts.

The Forbidden Bewitching Arts worked like the great bloodline taboo, but it was more advanced and much more sinister. The information poured into Solanky's mind; he closed his eyes and activated the blood essence he left behind in the space. "The Forbidden Bewitching Arts can only be used by beings with the bloodline of source gods or world-defying magicians who merge the bloodline and magic path perfectly. This art uses the blood of the super being to forcibly control the victim; once the victim submits to an illusion from the caster, blood is drawn from the being and used to draw two seals."

One is placed on the victim's head or anywhere their consciousness is located, and the other is mixed with the caster's blood, and the role the caster wants the victim to play is said on the mixed blood. Once the role is spoken on the blood, the blood needs to be placed in water or ice that is highly charged with electricity, or it could be left to drift away in the rain with thunderstorms. After, the victim becomes forever loyal to the caster unless someone discovers the blood within four hours after the spell has been cast and returns it to the victim to break the bewitchment or the caster destroys it on their own."

Even before Solanky's massacre of the other bloody sect disciples, he had already silently drawn blood from Nokopolie without his notice. Solanky started the process of The Forbidden Bewitching Arts; he split the blood he stole from Nokopolie into two. He mixed the first with his blood, and the other he converted into vapor to travel carefully in the air, and it fell on Nokopolie's forehead, and it merged with his body, and the bewitching symbol appeared and vanished on his head.

Solanky smiled as the merger with the victim was successful; he then slapped the blood before him onto the barrier. And in that instant, Nokopolie jumped into the lake as his way and style of death were narrated by Solanky. During the bewitchment, he was to act like he was being chased by something, and that was how he got away from his pursuers. Solanky, sitting on the ice barrier, saw the blood dissipate after four hours, and at that instant, he could see the creatures in the lake rush towards Nokopolie to feast on him as he let his defenses down to make his body comparable to that of a mortal.

The ice barrier beneath Solanky dissipated without a trace. He looked down at the lake and the blood of Nokopolie rising from the bottom to the surface, where he was completely dead. Solanky formed seals with hands that erased his existence from the crime scene and flew off to the portal leading to the third forbidden space. He adjusted his energies to the half-step god emperor as he knew the moment he left the space his wristband would be back online and his power would be recorded and sent to the various sect masters.
