"You are Rachel," Kieran said, not like he was guessing, but like he already knew.
Ever since the day he spotted Josephine on the street, he had started digging into everything about her.
Of course, that included info on Rachel.
Rachel was Josephine's friend.
It was for her that Josephine had rushed back from abroad, taking the fastest flight home, running around to find lawyers and gather evidence for Rachel's case.
Basically, it was all because of Rachel that Josephine had suddenly left him.
Thinking about that made Kieran feel this weird sense of frustration. If Rachel weren't a woman, he might've seriously treated her like a rival.
"Yes, that's me," Rachel answered, lifting her chin with a proud look.
"You have no right to interfere in what goes on between me and Josephine. There are things that shouldn't be touched. I've never been the type to go easy when it comes to women," Kieran said coldly.
Josephine panicked. "Kieran, don't involve my friend in this!"
