As Jack reviewed the memories he had just received from his parallel self, he found he was satisfied. Even though it wasn't this physical body that had enjoyed sex with Miranda, he didn't feel jealous or horny. He, too, felt the satisfaction that came from the experience, and remembered it as if he had personally experienced it, because, in a sense, he had. As for the fact that his parallel self was presently balls deep inside Miranda, this wasn't as much of a distraction as he thought it would be. It felt good, like someone rubbing your shoulders while you read. Not necessarily distracting, not not entirely ignorable either.
He finished eating his pizza, then checked the time. It was only 5 am and he and Madison were scheduled to meet with Abigail at 9 am, so he had time before he needed to meet her. He suspected Madison would not be released in time to join them.
