ACT 1 : THE REAWAKENING
The sharp clang of metal echoed through the cavern as Aster's group fought off the illusions swarming their path. The faint glow from their spell crystals lit up the damp dungeon walls as sweat clung to their brows. Aster led the charge, a calm fire in his eyes, while his teammates followed closely.
"Left! One more coming!" barked Ren, the swordsman of the group.
"On it!" replied Astoria, dashing forward with dual daggers, her blades flashing in the dim light as she carved through the illusion.
"This place feels strange," muttered Tolan, the shield bearer, his voice wary. "Too quiet."
"We're moving well," Aster responded, his eyes scanning ahead. "Focus. One more token and we're done."
Their steps were quick, practiced—too practiced.
Suddenly, a shadow shot from the side of the path.
"Incoming!" screamed Lysa, the mage, raising her staff to cast a barrier—but it was too late.
