Hazel Morgan arrived at the hotel early, knowing that Martin Riley had work in the morning, so she planned to approach him in the afternoon. However, when she went downstairs for lunch, she saw the Riley family of three sitting in the restaurant.
She couldn't hear what Crystal Foster was saying, but it was enough to bring a rare smile to Martin's usually serious face. Hazel clenched her fists tightly, took a deep breath, and adjusted her emotions before slowly walking over.
"Martin, what a coincidence! What are you guys doing here?" Hazel's familiar yet irritating voice made Crystal roll her eyes discreetly. However, when she turned to face Hazel, her expression was as composed as ever.
"It is quite a coincidence. It's only been a few days, and here we are bumping into Hazel again. Hazel, don't you think we have some sort of fate between us?" Crystal's words were loaded with meaning, and Hazel's face froze as she recalled the humiliation she suffered at the supermarket.
