Chapter 4 - The Body Obeys

Control Over Flesh – 40% Brain Power

"The brain is not in the body. The body is in the brain."

Time: 6:19 a.m.

Location: An abandoned school gym. The boy trains alone, surrounded by silence and shadows.

• A Painful Childhood

From the beginning, the boy was different.

He didn't speak much, but his mind was sharp—cutting through problems others found impossible.

At age 6, he solved puzzles meant for adults.

At 9, he memorized entire books just by flipping through them.

But this world, cruel and shallow, never rewarded him.

Instead, it gave him pain—. small, silent cuts.

- Teachers mocked him for asking questions they couldn't answer.

- Classmates called him broken, strange, even dangerous.

- His own family never understood him—they only feared what they didn't know.

These pains weren't physical, but they disturbed him—constantly trying to pull him into the noise of the world.

And one night, while sitting alone, staring at the stars, he asked himself a simple question:

"What is the brain? Why is it that everything—pain, love, anger, power—starts inside here?"

That question... changed everything.

• Training the Flesh

Now, at 40%, he knew that the brain wasn't just for thinking—it was the command center of the body.

He began testing limits.

- He learned to slow his heartbeat to nearly nothing.

- With deep focus, he could increase white blood cell production , boosting his healing.

- He controlled pain by simply shutting off neural signals.

- He trained in the cold, barefoot in snow, while his body remained warm.

He wasn't just thinking anymore.

He was commanding his biology.

• The Physical Upgrade

His abilities now included:

- Olympic-level speed and stamina

without fatigue.

- Immunity to cold, heat, and minor illnesses.

- Instant recovery from injury through focus and breath.

- Near-complete control over adrenaline and cortisol —he decided when to feel fear.

• Others Take Notice

One evening, during a street fight he didn't start, three grown men tried to harm him.

He didn't blink.

He moved faster than their eyes could follow—redirecting every attack with precision.

No wasted motion. No effort. Just calculation.

When it ended, he hadn't touched them.

Their own momentum had destroyed them.

People called it luck. Some filmed it. Others whispered, "That's not human."

But he knew the truth:

"My body is a machine. And my brain is the code."

•The Voice Returns

As he meditated in the gym, his pulse slowed to near silence.

He could hear his own blood move through arteries.

He could feel his muscles repairing in real time.

Then came the whisper:

"You have unlocked 40%. The body now obeys completely."

He opened his eyes. His breathing was calm.

He stood up—and it felt like gravity itself had lowered in respect.

He was no longer bound by nature.

The brain had claimed the body.

And now, he would move toward something even greater…

A mind that could bend matter itself.
