Kenthelion returned to Terra Aeterna, bringing with him the forces he had successfully recruited from the Wandering Earth universe.
As the Emperor of the Imperium Caelestis, he immediately ordered the Terra Concordia Legion to be stationed alongside the new recruits. They were indoctrinated with the ideals of human supremacy, strict military discipline, and, of course… the sacred art of mercilessly exterminating aliens.
With the military matters under control, Kenthelion returned to his palace, choosing to spend some peaceful time with his family before the next interdimensional headache arrived.
Three months had passed since the integration of Wandering Earth into the Imperium. The empire's various departments had quickly begun migrating—military affairs, judicial branches, courts, and intelligence units all began establishing bases. Large-scale investigations were also launched across the planets of the Wandering Earth universe, scouting for suitable worlds to colonize.
Meanwhile, the Adepta Sororitas—those fanatical Sisters of Battle—had now opened branches in several worlds: Resident Evil, Ling Cage, Nihilum Aeternum, and now, Wandering Earth. In other words, the Imperium Caelestis had just gained one more dangerous faction that could easily give Kenthelion a migraine if left unsupervised.
There were now four main organizations that constantly gave the emperor a royal headache:
1. The Adepta Sororitas, now united with the Church of Kenthelion, worshiping him as a literal god—despite Kenthelion repeatedly insisting, "I am NOT a deity!"
2. The Department of Military Affairs, which believed any problem could be solved with an orbital strike.
3. The Department of Justice and Courts, which had a concerning addiction to passing new laws weekly.
4. The Inquisition, which... well, the name says it all.
Even worse, these four groups had somehow reached an agreement to brainwash all students across the Imperium with an education system designed to instill unwavering belief that Kenthelion was the divine god-emperor of humanity. Naturally, Kenthelion had no idea this was happening—and even if he did, there wasn't much he could do to stop them. After all, that's just how people behaved in the Warhammer universe.
As for the remaining troops stationed in the Wandering Earth universe, they were reorganized into Planetary Defense Forces (PDF). Civilian leaders and former heads of state had now taken charge of newly established colony planets. Citizens were administered enhancement serums developed by the Imperium Caelestis, boosting physical capabilities and drastically slowing aging.
Meanwhile, former business tycoons began founding logistics companies to serve the growing needs of the Imperium and its conquered universes. However, unlike in the old modern world, their freedom was limited. Kenthelion had drawn a red line—if they crossed it, they could expect a visit from the Inquisition.
Everything was moving in the right direction, and now, Kenthelion was ready to conquer another universe.
Before his departure, he delegated the task of overseeing each conquered universe to the women closest to him. Trusted individuals like Wong, Jill Valentine, Alice, Claire Redfield, and the mysterious women from Ling Cage were each assigned to govern and manage a sector.
However, Kenthelion still felt uneasy. The forces recruited from the Wandering Earth universe weren't fully accustomed to the new military technology. Basic drills weren't cutting it. He concluded there was only one real solution—throw them straight into actual combat.
And so, he gathered the Legion of the Adepta Sororitas and several newly-formed Space Marine squads, preparing them to cross into the next universe.
Kenthelion ascended aboard the mighty Gloriana-class battleship—his personal flagship—and set course toward a glowing interdimensional portal.
Before them, the warp rift pulsed ominously, its chaotic energy forming jagged, swirling cracks that shimmered like fractured glass in the fabric of reality.
"Navigator, go."
With that command, the Gloriana surged forward and vanished into the rift—charging toward a new universe.
