Vice Admiral Tsuru, usually composed, suddenly spoke up: "Sengoku, you said there were only two enemies? Just two people defeated Borsalino and the others?"
Sengoku replied gravely, "That's right, only two! And after the battle, they left completely unharmed!"
At this, the Navy officials erupted in uproar.
Just two people had defeated one of their admirals and destroyed nine Pacifistas!

All the Navy high command was stunned.
Even Vice Admiral Garp, who had remained silent until now, spoke up in surprise: "Are these two connected to Wano Country? But is Wano's so-called ninjutsu really that powerful? I've heard their 'ninjutsu' is just Devil Fruit abilities in disguise."
