One was a middle-aged man with his hair tied up, dressed like a samurai.
The other was a young man with long blonde hair and a cold gaze.
Both had swords at their waists. Moustache immediately recognized them.
They were both S-Class heroes!
Specifically, the Atomic Samurai, ranked 4th in S-Class, and Flashy Flash, ranked 13th!

And why were they at Fubuki's house?
Atomic Samurai and Flashy Flash exchanged a glance.
Their presence in City A, and at Fubuki's place, had a reason.
It all traced back to the Vaccine Man battle.
That battle nearly destroyed the entire City A, which alarmed the Hero Association. They decided to grant residence rights at the Association headquarters to heroes ranked A-Class and above.
Of course, the main recipients were the S-Class heroes.
This way, if monsters attacked again, having S-Class heroes permanently stationed at headquarters would prevent another disaster like this one, where the S-Class heroes couldn't arrive in time and heavy losses occurred.
The benefits of living at the Association headquarters were many, but since some S-Class heroes might be unwilling, the Association called a meeting to discuss it.
That was why Atomic Samurai and Flashy Flash had come to City A.
They were here to attend the S-Class hero meeting.
Their appearance at Fubuki's house was because they had obtained all the information about the Vaccine Man battle from the Association.

Learning this, Atomic Samurai and Flashy Flash naturally became very interested.
Especially Atomic Samurai, a master of swordsmanship and a member of the Sword Saint Association.
A suddenly appearing swordsman as skilled as Dracule Mihawk intrigued him deeply.
So the two came to see Fubuki.
According to the Association, Fubuki was the source of the follow-up information on the Vaccine Man battle.
They wanted to ask her directly how Dracule Mihawk disappeared and if she knew where he went.
Of course, Atomic Samurai and Flashy Flash were too lazy to explain all this to Moustache.
