Mel entered the bathroom barefoot, relaxed by the warm steam that filled the spacious room.
Polished white marble stretched across the walls and ceiling, reflecting a warm glow from the magic light bulbs mounted on the ceiling.
A massive bathtub was carved into the stone and set to the side, steaming with fresh water, almost reminding her of the hot spring in her old world.
Draping her towel around her shoulder, she glanced back with a teasing smile. "Lila... you were nervous, huh?"
She watched how Lila's towel clung tightly to her chest, the blushing cheeks beneath the emerald eyes spreading a little too widely.
The Witch of Envy hung her head, embarrassed. "Thinking I'm childish?"
Mel shrugged and stepped closer inside. "Of course not."
Then she dragged a tiny stool, flashing a slight grin at Lila. "But I do feel lonely being the only one naked. Care to take off your towel?"
As she sensed her Lila's hesitation, she chuckled a little.
