"The main street for the exhibition is expected to be completed in five days. Residential construction will gradually be finished over the next three months."
Kneeling respectfully before Hinata, a female ANBU with long, elegant purple hair gave her report. Hinata, resting her chin on one hand with eyes closed, replied flatly, "Very well. What about the craftsmen's wages and meals?"
"Wages are paid daily. Meals are prepared per head by designated chefs to ensure nothing goes awry."
The woman's voice was composed and refined, clearly not a member of Danzo's Root, but from the ANBU directly under the Hokage's command.
That made things rather interesting. It was obvious that the Third Hokage had given Danzo the reins over Akihabara's development, but had still assigned his own ANBU to oversee construction—clearly intending to keep a firm grasp on every inch of the place and prevent Danzo from getting too bold.
"Good. Keep things as they are. Akihabara will soon be one of the pillars of Konoha's economy. You'll all witness that yourselves in time. So, work hard."
Straightening up, Hinata lifted a nearby teacup. The purple-haired ANBU gave a crisp "Hai!" and withdrew silently.
"Tch... those two old men using me as a buffer while they spar behind the scenes."
Setting down her cup, Hinata shook her head and opened a nearby box, pulling out a set of garments. With practiced hands, she picked up a needle and thread and began to carefully stitch the final parts.
Despite her quiet exterior, Hinata had several strange hobbies and talents. Sewing was one of them.
Her mood was clearly good. This garment had taken her five days to make, and with the final fluffy detail stitched on, she smiled in satisfaction and nodded. "Done. Time to go deliver this outfit."
Standing up, she instinctively activated her Byakugan, scanning the surroundings to ensure no one was nearby. Once confirmed, she opened the trapdoor leading to her underground room—her personal, sealed sanctuary.
"Sorry for the delay. The outfit took some time to finish. In this world overflowing with spies and where the aesthetic tastes are stuck in a 'District 11' rut, you can only rely on me to make something proper for you. Even a single detail could cause trouble if noticed."
Cradling the completed outfit in her arms, Hinata looked gently at the figure lying on the futon. There was no doubt—this was the existence she had "created."
Hashirama's cells, Haku's body, and Hinata's own blood. These three elements had been fused under the forbidden technique Gedò Senjutsu (Demonic Sprout Fusion Technique), forming a new, refined form.
The originally black hair had turned into a pure, moonlight silver-white. Her body size seemed slightly reduced—perhaps due to the energy expended in the fusion. Her eyes, likely a side effect of the forbidden jutsu, had become an eerie violet-pink. Hinata wasn't sure if the body had inherited her Byakugan, but the enormous chakra pulsing through it left no doubt: this was the benefit of possessing the Sennin Tai (Sage Body).
"Alright, get dressed. We're heading to the Land of Waves to meet with Pain."
Lying beside the new body, Hinata kissed her gently on the cheek and then closed her own eyes. Konjiki no Yōriten (Soul Possession Technique) was activated. Slowly, the new body opened its mesmerizing pink-violet eyes and sat up.
A black gothic dress, high boots that reached the knees, and a rose-adorned headband—each part of the outfit was donned as though they had always belonged. Feeling the seemingly infinite chakra inside her, Hinata's mood soared—an emotional high she rarely experienced.
"Perfect… Absolutely perfect. This body matches me better than I imagined."
Flexing her fingers, Hinata could feel every inch of this vessel's capabilities. Likely because it carried her own blood, it had none of the sluggishness of the previous body. It was even more agile and perceptive than her original self—she could practically sense every fluctuation in the air.
"So this is the Sage Physique… Truly worthy of its name. Then next..."
As Hinata inhaled, the air around her abruptly chilled. Crystalline snowflakes began forming in the air, summoned by her presence. They quickly coalesced into an ice mirror, reflecting the image of the newly born Suigin Tō.
This was the power of Hyōton (Ice Release), inherited from Haku—a kekkei genkai that freely turned moisture into ice and allowed its manipulation.
But that wasn't all. Hinata's temple throbbed slightly, and the signature bulge of Byakugan veins rose on either side of her face. Her enchanting violet-pink pupils transformed into the unmistakable field-of-vision of the Byakugan. Though the eye color was different, the function remained—the Byakugan had been inherited, without question.
And considering that Boruto possessed a blue-eyed Byakugan, this alteration was acceptable.
"A true 3S-class jackpot~ Sage Body, Ice Release, and Byakugan. This… this is the real Suigin Tō!"
Stretching her limbs, Hinata breathed deeply. Her chakra flowed smoothly and obediently at her command. Snowflakes from around her converged rapidly at her back, forming a pair of broad, translucent frost wings.
This was the Byakugan's hidden utility: the ability to release and control chakra from every tenketsu (chakra point) on the body.
"Now that the best formalwear is ready, it's time to head out—to greet our most valuable partner."
Facing the mirror, Hinata gave a graceful curtsey, her tone laced with indescribable emotion.
"Ganbatte ne, Suigin Tō~~"

"Hmm? Why did it suddenly get cold?"
Sitting inside the hotel, Kisame was the first to sense the sudden climate change. Deidara, sipping from his cup, also blinked in surprise. As a hot-headed ninja, he definitely felt the unusual shift.
Other Akatsuki members began to look around. In a world overflowing with ninjutsu, a sudden change in weather was rarely natural—it could mean someone's technique had been activated.
Silently, Itachi's eyes spun—the three black tomoe of his Sharingan appeared. The air around them became sharper, more alert. Everyone could feel the temperature drop.
"What's going on? Why is it so cold all of a sudden?"
"Wait… is that snow?!"
From a nearby room, startled voices could be heard. Konan, sitting closest to the window, stood and pushed it open. What she saw made her eyes narrow slightly.
The night sky was clear. A round, silver moon hung like a polished plate, casting its glow over a dark blue, crystal-like sky. There wasn't a single cloud in sight. And yet… pure white snowflakes were falling steadily, as if drawn here by someone's presence.
"What is this?"
Sasori reached out and caught a flake that drifted in. He blinked—it wasn't an ordinary hexagonal flake, but something more feather-like, delicate down to the barbs and veins.
"Hehehehe~~ Ahahaha~~~"
With a soft, ethereal giggle, white feathers suddenly appeared, floating outside the window. They converged into a mirror of ice, in which a figure began to form—rising like a spirit from a frozen lake. The figure's ascent captivated every pair of eyes in the room.
She stretched out an arm from the ice, then slowly emerged in full. A pair of crystalline wings unfurled from her back, formed entirely of snowflakes, lending her an otherworldly grace.
"Ooh~"
Even Hidan glanced over in awe. He had to admit—this figure had an undeniable charm. As flawless as a doll, and as cold and crisp as freshly fallen snow.
"Heh~"
The girl in the black gothic dress descended softly in front of the entire Akatsuki. With perfect poise, she lifted her skirt in a delicate curtsey—graceful and haunting. Her confidence and pride contrasted beautifully with her genteel manner.
"My deepest apologies for keeping you waiting, Lord Pain~"
Hinata's lips curled into a faint smile. Behind her, the icy wings faded away as she withdrew her chakra, leaving only her elegant figure behind.
"Whoa~~ So cool~~ That look~~"
Before Pain could respond, Deidara had already leapt to his feet, circling her curiously. He examined her outfit and features with the eye of an artist, trying to memorize every detail.
"Definitely impressive… but I've never seen clothing like that. Is this a new form of art?"
Sasori also scrutinized her carefully before speaking. In this ninja world where fashion had long stagnated in "Zone-11 aesthetics," Suigin Tō's gothic ensemble gave both artists a brand-new visual jolt.
"Heh. Looks like you've found yourself a fine outfit again, Suigin Tō."
