Shin and hiro were standing in front of door of chief's house, hiro rang the bell , shin asked him about bell and he said it was made from runes , that generated sound , then shin asked him about runes to which he replied that he will tell him later.
Then a maid came answering the door she said , " may I know the reason of you coming here " her tone was professional .
To her hiro replied " we want to meet with chief , and tell chief that it is an important matter" .
After hearing hiro's reply the maid closed door and went to inform chief, after a while she came back and said " chief is waiting inside".
They got inside and guided tham towards where chief was , shin entered the room with hiro and maid , and he saw a middle aged main sitting on a chair , his face was comparable to old earth's most handsome main , his hair were black like every Asura , two horns were extending from his head , he was wearing a black robe , there was strange calmness in his face , shin felt as if he was looking at deepsea .
Chief looked at them and said " welcome at my place hiro , who is the person standing next to you , I don't think he is an Asur where did you met him " , his tone was very calm , his voice pleasant to ears , if he sang in shin's previous world mo doubt he will be best singer.
Hiro bowed towards chief , and greeted him " long live chief " , without bowing shin also greeted him " nice to meet you sir" .
" Nice to meet you both " said chief in calm tone .
Hiro answered his previous question " chief I met him , on that side ofthe forest , he have lost his memory, when I was being attacked by boar , he saved me".
"Hiro I said many times to you , that don't go to that side untill you awaken , it is dangerous out there and.." chief said in worrying tone " you met him outside ,you have brought him here that must mean you trust him "
" Yes chief , i think he is not dangerous and he is also strong", said hiro in a confident tone.
" I understand your trust hiro , even than I have to ask him some questions " said chief.
Chief gastured them to sit , shinand hiro sat on chair opposite to chief , then chief said " hell stranger it is respectful to introduce yourself first before asking , my name is Oliver , and I am chief of this little village, can you tell me your name " oliver's voice tone was respectfull and calm like always.
" Hello mr Oliver , my name is shin , I only remember my name , and I have forgotten everything else ". Shin's voice was also calm and respectfull towards Oliver .
As they were talking hiro was only observing both of them , he was worried that chief may not reject shon , because shin was only person with whom he could be friends. Hiro did not have any friends, even when he was considered genius , because he could not get along with any of them , because after training he had to earn money , he did not have any time to make friends, because he is orphan .
Shin and Oliver were talking about how much did he remember, then Oliver said " so you defeated a boar , a goblin and centipedes without awakening" Oliver was surprised.
" Yes and not one boar but actually two boars " shin corrected him .
Oliver wondered about something when looking at shin , then said " I think that you are not dangerous for our village, in fact you could even be s great asset for us in future, so I will allow you to live here , but you have to live with hero till you awaken ".
In a appreciating tone shin said " thank you ... Since I am a part of this village now I will also call you chief, so thank you chief".
Then Oliver looked at hiro and said " hiro you will have to guide him about our culture and traditions, and also about the rules of village and what he have to do after he awakens ".
Hiro answered immediately " yes , chief".
Then shin's voice came " sir , may I ask some questions ".
" Yes , you can " Oliver allowed him to ask questions.
" Sir what are the six great worlds " shin asked.
Oliver answered in calm tone " from what I know that these world are rich in mana and knowledge and they are advanced , even I don't know much about this knowledge , because our knowledge is lost in countless ruins in this world , and this is only a small village ".
" Do you know how this world fell" shin further asked .
Olvier said "" you look very intrested in history , sorry to disappoint you I don't know much about it , but only that it was also once a main world".
Shin was a little disappointed by his answer, he was a little intrested in these worlds and their history.
Looking at his dissatisfied expression Oliver said " you can learn ancient language at academy , then once you are strong enough I will allow you to , explore these ruins " .

To his question Oliver replied " because these people here are not interested in this world's history they only want to get strong , survive and go to big city to live a happy life , but I can see that you don't want to pursue a normal life".
Oliver then said in firm tone " shin , the people that live here are disgrace on our bloodline , for our bloodline to fully bloom , there needs to be fire in your heart and sn unwavering pride , the people here will never be able to unlock our bloodline , because our bloodline seeks battle and blood , we are a warrior race , and these people want a happy life , they will never be called true asur"
Shin could sense anger and disappointment, and he asked " what are true and false asurs ".
Then Oliver looked at him and said " sorry shin but it is a matter regarding our race and you are still a stranger here ".
As Oliver and shin were talking hiro was just listening to them .
After some time Oliver said " shin I have told you all I know about this world , now if you want to know more you can go to library ".
Shin thanked him " thank you chief for answering my questions".
Oliver called maid and asked her to bring something, then he turned to hiro and said " hiro take shin with you , and make him familiar with this village ".
Hiro yelled l" absolutely chief ".
Oliver lauged " didn't I tell you don't be so formal with me ".
The the maid came and gave him some kind of token , which he gave to shin and said " here take this shin , with this you can acces library , academy and other village services".
After that olvier led them towards exit and said " see you next time ".
With that shin and hiro were gone then his maid said " sir , this is first time I have seen you talk with someone this freely".
To that Oliver replied " I think that he may be the one who will change this place".
