Chapter 2 - Holcris's request

The Holy Kingdom of Trinity stood magnificent as ever, the buildings created from where marble decorated with the colours of the Trinity.

Vision

Nature

War.

In the Kingdom, the holy cathedral stood where the tree pillars all gathered to discuss the vision granted by the Goddess through the Oracle and also the Vision Pillar.

The girl with the blindfolds also known as Oracle or the Vision Pillar pouted as her favourite blindfold got stained with blood and now she is using a gift blindfold that was from the War Pillar.

The nature War Pillar had his Axe on his lap, cleaning it with a rough clothe. "Where is that damn Nature pillar, the Goddess is going to be angry when she descends her consciousness here and finds he isn't around."

The Vision Pillars white hair slightly fluttered and she spoke. "He's currently taming a wild beast that is rampaging the nearby villages, he will be arriving in a minute."

The Warfather rolled his eyes, the Vision pillars authority over sight gives her a slight advantage of witnessing things from the beings she has marked as 'allies'. He wasn't jealous of such abilities, he was more of a person who thrived on the battlefield, commanding battalions of soldiers to spil blood and tear open the flesh of his enemies.

Oh how he misses War.

The Oracle raised an eyebrow. "Stop thinking of the past, your old now and the future is just a vision away."

The Warfather snorted, this kid really wanted her ears to be pulled. "You're only 180 years old and you act like this, kid the past can't be easily forgotten, the previous Vision Pillar let his position because of that, he was forced to move on and forgot his past mistakes."

The Oracle turned her head away from The warfather with a dissatisfied humph. Before the two start to insult each other, the Nature pillar arrived, a wild and earthy scent on it's body.

He was a man that had wooden horns, brown hair and green eyes, he had a huge smile on his face as he saw his comrades. "The Oracle is as cute as ever even if she did pass on knowledge to this inherited. They are all of course virtually the same but individually different."

The Oracle clicked her tongue. "Hey, don't compare me to that old bag of bones, he was almost at the cups of insanity."

The Pillar of Nature smiled as he took his seat. "The true Nature of a person can change and so their personality will change but the ideals they carry on, sometimes they will not change, even of they did, someday their roots will start to transfer it back to them."

"Hello Dryad, how was the beast taming." The Warfather asked with a smile.

Dryad nodded. "It was not that tough, the beast was a small Forest deer and the First circle Acension and it couldn't co trol it's power and went berserk, thankfully I have stabilised her and it seems she wants to follow me everywhere....though I would say I never thought she would be young when she tranformed to her human form, a 50 year old Forest Deer that has entered the First Circle Ascension, it is truly a miracle."

The warfather sighed. "It must be the sudden Mana Eruption three years ago."

"The Goddess descended." The Oracle said as she removed her blindfold, her eyes were the colour of ash. Her forehead squirmed as if something was underneath the skin and then a slit appeared in which it expanded revealing gold irises.

The Oracle clasped her hands. "We are grateful for your presence oh great Trinity."

---

When I woke up, I felt the remnants of something near me, I moved from my curled position and heard cracks near my legs, I looked down and realised it were the remnants of my shed shells.

I could hear not only the vibrations of hearts now I can see the cold energy in the air, no to be exact it was something resembling ice bit I could not understand it.

I hissed, my mind returning to the endless hunger I felt, I needed to consume more.

I stood, my body was now slightly large, I walked out of the cave leaving nothing of the now extinct creatures behind, now it was time to hunt for something else.

I followed the vibrations in the air and was lead to a dead end, the passages were ever confusing. I hissed and continued walking, listening to my Instinct as it lead me.

Time passed.

I wondered, endlessly finding nothing around me, going higher up, I felt a the hearts of prey becoming something, becoming...predatory. I was displeased...but the sudden realisation of consuming something thay eventually fights back.

"Hissss?!!." It brought me deep satisfaction, deep mockery. More time passed and I felt my body stop it's growth as if the benefits of devouring those measly prey from some time ago has matured and I felt something forming in my mind.

A voice beside instinct, intelligence is what came to me then it was a question, a simple thought. "Can i devour something warm?."

It was complex̌ to say the least, I was as if my mind, once formless began to take on characteristics from the environment in order to strive. I was becoming sentient and soon it won't belong to truly begin interpreting things I should not know.

I ignored it, since it was helpful, I would acknowledge it.

I continued climbing up...

--- Three Months Later ---

"I'm finally out of that annoying gave?!!, oh? Is this what fresh air smells like?, is this how the sky looks like...well I still see everything covered in ice but it's the sentimental that counts." I thought excitedly, the last three month's as I one day began counting from the flow of light and dark falling on my skin.

I have been developing a consciousness if it can be called that, of course the hunger didn't disappear as it is an eternal part of my unknown existence, I was still glad at finally leaving those annoying caves and now I can finally tear apart flesh while slowly enjoying it. Oh how I miss the taste of blood.

My tails excitedly coiled around each other, making the air around me cold, actually, my entire body was cold. It was ad if it was frozen in the most coldest of ice, it was also comfortable.

Above me I could decipher something resembling a long, huge gash that peered out into the skies from where I stood, it covered an incomprehensible distance.

But that does not concern me. NO?!! I want to feel the sensation if flesh, the ripping of bones in my ear and the gushing if blood flowing into my bottomless void?!!. I am a creature of eternal hunger that seeks satiety from my gluttony, so I have to be greedy and devout everything of my prey until I become perfect and grow and grow and grow until this eternal hunger can be suppressed.

I am in pain, SO MUCH PAIN?!! Yet I cannot simply make myself non existent, no that would be insulting the Nothingness that birthed me. So this pain, it is not something unbearable as I devour more it decreases.

So to reduce this pain, I must evolve into a perfect form that completely negates it. My tongue liked the air as I felt a nre heartbeat approaching. It was big and it was also filled with something, a white flame that burned idly in its heart.

I suddenly hungered for such a thing.

---

The would of the world, an eternal scar made by the Fifth Startra diety Holcris, it was said the corpse of his child fell upon this world and the dieties that governed it took apart his child's body into five different parts.

A deceitful creatures with a single eye took both his eyes.

A heartless object tore open his chest and devoured it.

A weak and innocent Human, a victim, his child's mind willingly submitted himself to him.

A manipulative scum drained him of all his blood.

And the his bones were torn apart by a perverted Monster.

In his anger Holcris tried to retrieve the remaining body of his son, but he saw that the child's body didn't want to leave this world.

Soon Anger turned to sorrow. Holcris honoured his child's wishes to stay in this world, so he tore it apart, created a would, eternal, a scar to remember. It was the grave of his child.

The Maw of Holicirs, the grave of Holian.

But that did not mean the Fifth Startra God would not seek vengeance, no if he could he would but he is barred from descending in this particular world due to it being a Second Order World.

But he did leave a message, if someone were to help him get revenge and if they ever reach the Third Startra and leave the world, he would get his favor and eternal friendship.

The one to transmit that message is almost fading as thousands of years have past, but it flickered back to existence when it saw a peculiar creature nit in any of it's knowledge appear and then glanced at the sky before looking down and staying still.

The Vassal of Holcris thought for a moment, can a mere beast that has showed intelligence be capable of taking revenge?.

But he didn't question that anymore, when it scanned through the so called beast, he realized it was an Abomination, it had no soul. No that's wrong?!!. It did have a soul but it's pure black and the only thing keeping it from escape was this beasts body.

But he was shocked as it scanned the Abominations body thoroughly, it was beginning to form an elemental core releasing a pressure comparable to five no six elemental spirits.

Seeing this, the Vassals heart finally reignited with glee, it could finally fulfill what it was created to do and it would be much satisfactory if the Abomination agreed?!!.

With a swoop downwards, the vassal crahed towards the large wound, closing in on the abomination before it slammed into its mind.

---

Something's wrong, I could feel a deep itch in my head, I growled and hissed.

"Hello."

Who dare I trade upon my mind?!!. GET OUT?!!.

"WAIT?!!!, I need to tell you something, maybe you can even fulfill your wish or...desire?!!."

I hissed, wish or desire, I have no such things, there us only endless sin within me, can you satiate this hunger and lessen this endless pain?.

"I see you're still young, why not this, if you listen to my request I would provide you knowledge on the basics, I can see you do not know the hierarchy nor do you seem normal, a monster normally gets sentience at First Nascent Realization."

He was irritating. Enough with your endless blabbering and get to the point.

"A-ah sorry, so here is the request."

I heard what this strange intruder said, I heard the story of what his creator did and I heard the so called 'sad' day he spoke about.

But.I.Felt.Nothing .

These emotions are meaningless, they have no use, they were created just to die down everyone, I only care about satiating my hunger and trying to evolve into the perfect form. My mind formless and vast was about to eject this vast impostor.

But.

"Please, if you ever do get that strong, I hope you do what my creator asked, now I shall face but before that, please accept this small but unique knowledge."

The voice was getting weaker and weaker until it fully disappeared, forever erased as it seems my hunger devoured the lights of it's death and began affecting me a bit.

I felt irises forming in my six eyes, the two in each were blank but the blue one still shined and then a vast amount of knowledge began to enter my mind and I then began to understand, I felt my mind becoming more...compact.

....The stream of knowledge was over. I grinned with my reptilian like face. A grand feast awaits me.

I could feel a few heartbeats coming our of the ground, some coming down from the skies and others coming from the other sides of the ravine.

Ah, I could already smell blood that was about to be shed, how delightful it would be to devour and kill this amount of Monsters and then I would look more into this knowledge.
