"We can't just sit here. We need to find her. She's been missing for hours. That's too long."
Liam muttered.
Sehyun stood by the window, arms crossed. His eyes were narrowed, calculating, and colder than usual.
"Has anyone contacted Miss Heinsberg yet?"
Eric's head snapped in his direction, and he scoffed.
"That woman? She's the last person I'd call for help."
Sehyun raised an eyebrow.
"She's still Emelia's legal guardian. And the mansion's owner. She has influence we might need."
Eric rolled his eyes.
"She's a bitch, Sehyun. Emelia went to her today and that woman wouldn't even meet her. The secretary practically slammed the door in her face. You really think she'd lift a finger for us now?"
Sehyun didn't flinch.
"I think we're out of options. If she doesn't help, I'll use my own contacts. But for now, we should exhaust all possibilities."
Liam nodded.
"It's worth a try."
Eric let out a long, exhausted breath and slumped onto a nearby chair.
