1. Purpose of Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Shane Fisher and Ariana Quinn will enter into a marriage arrangement to achieve mutual goals.
By establishing clear guidelines and expectations, the Parties aim to maintain a harmonious and respectful relationship throughout the Arrangement.
2. Duration of Marriage
Commencement Date:
- The marriage shall commence in four months.
Termination:
- Only, Shane reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement.
3. Living Arrangements
- Shane and Ariana shall reside at Shane's current residence for the duration of the marriage.
4. Financial Arrangements
Shane will be responsible for managing and covering all expenses.
5. Public Appearances
To maintain the appearance of a committed and harmonious relationship, Shane and Ariana agree to:
- Attend social events, and work functions together
- Coordinate social media posts to present a unified and loving image
- Engage in public displays of affection and interaction that are consistent with a committed couple
- Manage public interactions to avoid raising suspicions or creating unnecessary attention
7. Emotional and Physical Boundaries
- Limit physical intimacy to public displays of affection necessary to maintain the appearance of a married couple (e.g., holding hands, hugs, or kisses on the cheek)
- Respect each other's personal space, boundaries, and privacy
- Avoid any behavior that could be misinterpreted as romantic or intimate
8. Conflict Resolution
Recognizing that disagreements may arise, Shane and Aria agree to:
- Address conflicts in a calm, respectful, and constructive manner
- Engage in open and honest communication to understand each other's perspectives
- Work collaboratively to find a mutually acceptable resolution
9. Termination of Agreement
This agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:
- Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree to terminate the contract, no financial compensation will be exchanged.
- Unilateral Termination: If Ariana decides to terminate the contract without mutual agreement, she will pay the other party $7 billion as stipulated in this agreement.
Termination Restrictions:
- Ariana Quinn may not terminate the contract without Shane's explicit consent.
Post-Termination Obligations:

- Both parties commit to trying to make each other happy and supporting each other to the best of their abilities.
- Both parties agree to support each other in times of need, within the bounds of the law and ethical standards, even if it includes disposing of a body.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
Confidentiality Obligation:
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of this agreement and its terms.
- They shall not disclose the true nature of their marriage arrangement to anyone outside their trusted circle.
Non-Disclosure:
- Both parties shall refrain from sharing any information about their personal lives, financial matters, or other sensitive topics with individuals outside their trusted circle.
18. Review and Amendments
Regular Review:
- This agreement shall be reviewed every three (3) months from the effective date.
- Shane will assess whether the agreement continues to meet his needs and interests.
Amendments:
- Any proposed amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- Amendments shall be effective only upon mutual execution and shall form part of this agreement.
