It's spring of 2017, the sun is out smiling at the world. Anna, a working class citizen of the Russian Empire is walking home from work as Easter is around the corner with her taking the entire week off to celebrate with her family.
Currently she's waiting at a traffic stop waiting for the light to turn green while looking at the News in her Phone.
[Breaking News. Her Majesty the Empress has sent out a message to all people across the Nation celebrating the Holy Week and prays for the prosperity of our Country.]
Anna smiled, she's lucky to live in such a prosperous Nation. As she thought about it, through the corner of her eye she saw a Truck stop in the middle of the crossing blocking traffic.
'Huh? What's this Truck doing'
Before she could move an inch the Truck exploded, bursting into a great inferno throwing her across the street and hitting the side of a building.
Before she closed her eyes for the last time the last thing she saw was the smoldering Truck and other people who suffered the same fate as her.
'What happened, is this death. I fell...free.'
As she lay there for a long time, first responders are trying to move her into a Ambulance.
The shattered screen of her phone lit up with worried messages of her Mother asking if shes alright.

She calls for the full mobilization of the Armed Forces and issues Article 6 involving the Holy Orden to this War on Terror]

"Urgh, where am I?"
Anna opens her "eyes"?
"Huh? What's this place."
Anna looks around and sees nothing, absolutely nothing.
"Ahh! Oh no oh no! Is this Limbo?! The Abyss?!! Hell!? Help anyone!?"
She is panicking as she frantically moves around finding out that wherever she is, is seemingly infinite.
Until she saw a light. But not the light like the end of a tunnel or when opening one's eyes.
One moment there's nothing, the next light!
"Owowowow!"
"Huh, I can see! But what's this. Wait didn't I die!? Where am I then!?"
She looks around seeing only solid rock.
"But why does this look like I'm looking through a screen. This isn't my body is it?"
She then tries to stand up, which it works.
"Must be some cave, am I really reincarnated? No, this is dumb, right?"
She can still remember her death, she clearly died. What about hee Mom, her Dad? Did she leave them alone? Back on Terra.
As she moves her "body" toward the entrance of the cave she sees the blue sky.
"Ahh~ fresh air. What are those trees!!? They are enormous!"
The Trees before her are atleast 300 matters tall. That's like, big!
"Ah yes water, I need to find water and see what I've become because these claws are not Human." She raises her frontal appendage and looks at it. It'd some sort of claw or hook?
As she moves she finds a body of water. But to call it a puddle would the right thing.
"Alright moment of Truth! Please no scary monster. Please no scary monster."
As she saw her reflection she stood still. Frozen in time. Then she jumps back.
"What is that!"
"That looked like a Norn Queen from Warhammer 40k!- Wait, Norn Queen? Tyranid?"
She realized what she has become. That feeling as if she's looking through a screen rather than the feeling of a body. That look identical to a Norn Queen.
Yup, she's non-other than the Hive Mind!
"I'm the Huve Mind! Wait, I'm the Hive Mind!!!
The brief moment of joy got dispelled by the horror. She's no longer human!
"Ah well, I guess I'll make with what I have. Hey it's a new life. And being the Hive Mind of the Tyranids is awesome! And judging by the surrounding I'm in some sort of Fantasy World because no way Terra has Trees that big."
"I'll just need to know how to do the entire Hive thingy and I'm set, just one problem. Where exactly am I?"
