Chen Liang's voice was low and commanding:
"Ren Duyi's collapse was expected. Zhang Wei's network severed — a dangerous blow."
He turned his gaze toward the large holo-display.
"But the system user, Su Chen, grows stronger."
"He disrupts our order."
A murmur spread.
One council member, voice dripping with contempt, spoke up.
"We underestimated him."
"How do we respond?"

Chen Liang's fingers tapped a slow rhythm.

"We weaponize his past."
