Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Monster Cash

"Last season on Total Drama Island," This was it, the next season of Total Drama was officially starting! And to start the season off strong, the host with the most Chris Mclain himself was giving the audience a good refresher of what happened last season. "Duncan and Gwen battled it out for the one hundred thousand dollars. In the end Duncan, a bad boy with a heart of gold, won the super-sized check. But then gave it all up for the chance to win one million big ones! With the million smackeroos stuffed into a briefcase, our twenty-four campers set off on The Race for the Case! Until it was stolen by everyone's favorite platypus, and then eaten by an alligator. Then a shark! Hahahaha! I bet none of you saw that coming. Now the seventeen who were closest to winning have been given the chance to win another million dollars…actually, hehe, it's the same money!"

We the see Chris walked up in front of a film lot, with various props and recording equipment and other such things for making movies littered all around. "They've been told to report this old film lot for a whole new set of challenges!" Chris announced before taking out a film clapper and clapped it, changing the screen to show a film real that showed the faces of all the 17 past campers that would be returning. "Forty two days, one million dollars, and 17 contestants all duking it out for it! Or…will it be 17~?" Just then the film reals changed to show black silhouettes with a question mark in them. "Welcome everyone to…"

"Total…Drama…Action!!!"

We then cut to the entrance of the film lot which consisted of an entrance gate and booth with the caution lines being made of decayed wood showing their age. At the very top was a golden colored metal sign, but many of the letters were missing having either fallen off or been taken making what the sign originally said impossible to figure out. No one in their right mind would come to this set to visit it…which is why multiple rundown buses each containing one or two of 17 contestants that made it to the next season. The first bus, that made funky noises and released visible fumes with every bit of movement similar to all the Buses, stopped in front of the entrance and opened up its door with the teen it was transporting quickly stepping out along with all their luggage.

The one to step out of the first bus was Duncan who took a deep breath through his nose before sighing in satisfaction. "Man I missed the smell of the city," Duncan let out as he walked out of the bus and onto the pavement that made up the ground. During the off season instead of going back to Juvie for a week he was allowed to go home to his family…with his parole officer there just in case. It proved to be a nice reunion though Duncan was a bit embarrassed by his mother being proud of him for the few good deeds he preformed as well as getting such a nice girlfriend and winning. It definitely was foreign for him but…he'd be lying if he said it wasn't nice.

Walking out of the bus next was Gwen but unfortunately for her Heather, who was on the same bus as the two ended up taking the same plane to and from home as it turned out they only lived an hour away from each other, tried to shove past her with the queen bee now sporting a wig. She tried to get one that resembled her old hair but had to settle with one that was a darker color and had a different style, it was the best she could find. "Step off!" Heather yelled at Gwen as she tried to push past the goth, but Gwen refused to let Heather get one on her, even as minor as that.

"You step off!" Gwen yelled back before the two growled at each other and stepped off the bus together.

All the contestants then began to step out of the various buses with some like Owen, Beth, Lindsay, and Tyler all having a single bus and a couple others like DJ and Leshawna, Bridgette and Geoff, and of course Lincoln and Dawn all came out of a bus together. "Hey guys," Trent welcomed everyone as he stepped out of his bus and gave a friendly smile to everyone. "Good to see all of you," Trent then walked up to Gwen and wrapped an arm around her with the goth girl happily leaning into him. "How was the visit back home Gwen?"

"It was alright, it was nice seeing the family again," Gwen shrugged, deciding to leave out the part where she found out her mother got their next door neighbor's daughter to pretend to be her while she was gone. Gwen's mother…didn't handle empty nest syndrome that well. Despite the fact that her brother was still home. "Mom wouldn't stop hugging me for the first three hours…or the last three hours I was home,"

"Aw, that's sweet," Trent grinned making Gwen roll her eyes but still gave a small smile. "It was pretty great be home myself, even got to visit my grandpa's grave while I was home. I'm glad I got to visit him."

"Lindsay!" Tyler grinned as he stepped off his bus and immediately ran up to his girlfriend with Lindsay quick to embrace him. "It's great to see ya babe!"

"Awwww, it's so great to see you again too Tyson! I missed you so much!" Lindsay gushed as she held onto Tyler tightly. Tyler sighed a bit, but still smiled and hugged his girlfriend. Well, her getting his name wrong was better than her forgetting who he was. "I'm so glad you're her! Now I got my boyfriend and my best friend competing with me!"

"I'm so excited for this season!" Beth grinned as she walked up to Lindsay and Tyler, and when she smiled everyone could see there was something different about the shorter girl now.

"Oh cool!" Tyler looked down at Beth and noticed the metal that was now missing from her teeth. "Beth you got your braces off, that's sweet!"

"I must say it's not just your physical appearance that's looking nice Beth," Dawn complimented as she and Lincoln walked over to them. Everyone's aura's was mostly how she remembered them when they last set off for home last week, but Beth's aura had some noticeable positive difference. "Your aura is looking a lot brighter now."

"Aaww thank you!" Beth gushed, blushing a bit at the compliment. "Now that my braces are off, I feel like a whole new person!"

"You look great Beth," DJ complimented the girl with the now flawless and shiny white teeth. "Better be careful, might blind someone with those pearly whites."

"Look out world," Lincoln grinned, glad that Beth was feeling a lot more confident with herself now. She needed it after how the last season was for her. "There's a slayer on the loose."

Beth was smiling at all the praise, but just then Justin walked up to Beth and leaned close to her and grinned, making Beth blush even brighter now that the hottest guy in the world was walking up to her. "Hot as ever~" Beth gasped a bit at the compliment Justin gave her…but in reality Justin was just looking at his reflection in Beth's shiny teeth. Lincoln rolled his eyes at this.

"Hey Lincoln!" Just then approaching Lincoln from behind was Bridgette who gave the white haired boy a hug with Lincoln glad to return it as he and Dawn smiled at Bridgette as Geoff followed close behind her. "How are you two doing?"

"We're doing great Bridgette, thanks for asking," Lincoln told her as Bridgette gave Dawn a quick hug before returning to Geoff's side with the party dude wrapping an arm around his girlfriend. "Had a killer time back home, Dawn's folks even came along so we were able to spend the week with both our families."

"It was the same for us bro!" Geoff grinned as he held his fist up allowing Lincoln and Dawn to bump it. "We had a wicked party back home! It was awesome! My best bud Brody ate up like three whole pizza's by himself!"

"And then promptly threw up three pizzas," Bridgette giggled a bit at the memory. Bridgette then looked around and noticed the lack of a platypus with the couple in front of her. "Say, where's Edward."

"Oh we decided to leave him at home," Lincoln explained to them. Yeah he and Dawn would miss the little guy but he figured it was for the best, Lana promised to take good care of him. "With how crazy things get I figured it'd be safer for him back home than deal with more of Chris' madness."

"Makes sense," Gwen shrugged, she could understand that.

"Aw man, I'm gonna miss the little dude," Geoff looked down a bit. He was excited to see Edward again but looks like that wouldn't be the case.

"I won't," Heather growled out as memories of that stupid freak of nature entered her head. She was glad he wasn't coming back. "If I ever see him again, I'm turning him into a purse!"

"Before or after he stabs you for a third time?" Dawn asked with a smirk.

"Third? Oh haha! He got her again?" Leshawna grinned and laughed at hearing that Edward managed to get Heather with his barbs a second time. She couldn't believe she missed that! "When was that?"

"None of your business!" Heather glared viciously at Leshawna and Dawn in response.

"Aw that's a shame," Owen spoke up and of course in his hands was his best friend in the whole world, Mr. Coconut. "I was hoping he and Mr. Coconut could have some fun together while we're busy with the challenges!"

Everyone was a little off put by the fact that Owen was still carrying Mr. Coconut with him. Especially when it came to Tyler. "Oh you gotta be kidding me…" Tyler let out as he saw the fruit in Owen's arms. "Owen please don't tell me you actually brought that thing with you?"

"Hey Mr. Coconut isn't a thing! He's my best friend!" Owen said defensively as he hugged Mr. Coconut close to him. "And of course I brought him along, he gets upset when he's away from me for too long."

"…That just ain't right man," DJ muttered in a creeped out tone.

Harold soon stepped out of his bus and smiled upon seeing Leshawna. Remembering Lincoln's advice, Harold cleared his throat before walking up to the girl of his dreams. "Hey Leshawna," Harold politely greeted as Leshawna turned around and smiled at seeing the ginger boy. "It's great to see you again, you're looking aa beautiful as ever,"

"Well ain't you a little charmer," Leshawna couldn't stop the dust of pink from coming to her cheeks at Harold's compliment. The skinny white boy certainly knew how to make a girl feel special didn't he? "How you doing baby?"

"Doing quite well thank you, I took the time off from the show to work on my mad skills," Harold bragged a bit as he made a few fighting poses to show off his heightened abilities. "Now I'm stronger, faster, and smarter than ever!"

"Not to mention nerdier, dorkier, more annoyinger," Duncan listed off with a smirk with Harold glaring at the delinquent. "Don't forget those too."

Thankfully before Harold could get too upset at Duncan, Lincoln walked up to the ginger and wrapped his arm around Harold's shoulder. "Heh, good to see ya bud," Lincoln told Harold as the two grinned at each other. Their friendship remained strong as ever as the two texted each other during the off season, but it was great to see each other in person again. "I bet you're gonna make it all the way to top this season."

"That's the plan," Harold stated as he puffed his chest out.

"YeEeEeEeah!" Last one out of the buses was Izzy who, instead of exiting through the doors like a normal person had leapt straight out of one of the windows and in the middle of everyone. "Oh my gosh! It's so good to see everyone! It feels like it's been a week since I've seen everyone!"

"Uh, that's because it has been a week Izzy," Bridgette informed the crazy red head with an amused smile.

"I know! Just so long!" Izzy giggled wildly as she looked around a bit. "Wow camp looks a lot different than I remember it being, what happened to all the trees?"

"…She for real?" Leshawna asked as everyone merely shrugged in response. No one was willing to tackle the mystery that was Izzy.

"Say Izzy," Dawn spoke up as she approached the psycho hose beast. "I thought you were changing your name to E-Scope?"

"Oh right that! Well I was gonna but then I did some digging around and it turns out Kaleidoscope is a stripper name!" Izzy informed everyone making their eyes widen. "I might be crazy but I know my standards!"

"Well…good for you Izzy," Dawn slowly patted the girl on the shoulder. Owen looked on in sadness, as much as he wanted to try and say hi he was confident Izzy was still mad at him.

"At least she's aware she's crazy," Duncan dryly let out.

Just then the buses drove away once all the contestants had exited them allowing the contestants to properly see where they were staying and much like the summer camp last season they weren't too impressed.

"Um, starting to think we got off at the wrong stop," Gwen pointed out as they looked at the old abandoned film lot.

"Those buses only had one stop," Justin pointed out. "Pretty sure all of them had a 'to be crushed' sticker on them."

"Well I am not hanging around here," Heather stated, crossing her arms and getting many eye rolls from the others.

"You're gonna give up the chance to win a million big ones?" Leshawna pointed out, egging Heather on a little bit as she pointed to the wig on her head. "Heh, that's a lot of hair weaves."

"…" Heather was silent for a bit as she thought about it before adjusting her wig. "I guess I could stay for a bit!"

"Face it," Beth pointed out with a shrug. "The money is the reason we all put up with Chris."

"Can certainly say that again," Duncan nodded, still a bit salty from losing his 100 grand.

Honk! Honk!

Turning towards the sound of the horn, everyone saw Chris driving a golf cart with a bunch of passenger carts attached behind it. "Greetings contestants!" Chris welcomed everyone with his signature grin as he hopped out of the cart. "Good to see you all again! Ready for another season of pain, drama, and more pain!"

"Well I'm certainly ready to get another win under my belt and get my money back, and then some," Duncan stated confidently before pointing a thumb towards the film lot. "So can we get a move on here?"

"All in good time Duncan my man," Chris halted Duncan's attempts to speed run the game as the host looked at all the contestants. "I've got a little announcement to make before we start things off."

"This can't be good," Gwen muttered with many of the others nodding in agreement.

"As you've noticed we only have 17 competitors here," Chris pointed out as Lindsay looked around before silently trying to count everyone here with her fingers. "So we decided to add three new competitors this season to round out the number to 20. The candidates did apply to compete in the first season but were turned down for one reason or another. Buuuuuut, since I'm such a nice guy I decided to give them a chance. Hehehe."

"So fresh meat huh?" Heather asked, showing a bit of interest in the new suckers she could explo-I mean, new competitors.

"Hope they know what they're getting into," Trent said with a bit of worry, knowing these new guys would be in for a world of pain.

"And here they come now," Chris pointed out as another old bus pulled out to the lot and opened its door, everyone looking in interest at what the new competitors would be like. "Make sure to give them the Total Drama welcome everyone." Chris then pulled out some queue cards from his pocket before clearing his throat as he starting introducing the new faces to Total Drama. "First up, from the most venomous continent on earth and also Edward's stomping grounds of Australia, a master survivalist, and is known to dance with danger itself we have…Jasmine!"

Everyone watched as the bus shook as its first occupant begin exiting. "Whoof!" Letting out a sigh of relief out of finally exiting the bus was a woman that towered even over the imposing Chef. She had dark skin with black hair and black eyes and wore what looked to be an outfit a seasoned survivalist would wear consisting of a beige colored explorer's hat, a white t-shirt that exposed her midriff with a beige sleeveless vest over it that contained pockets on both sides, a pair of beige shorts that went halfway to her knees that had a black belt around them along with a pair of black combat boots and white socks. And everyone could see the firm muscles on her limbs and the abs that her shirt allowed her to show off. "Finally outta that tin can,"

She spoke with a heavy Australian accent and if eyes weren't on her before they certainly were now as everyone looked up at the dark skinned Australian gal with shocked looks. "Woah…" Harold was the first to break the silence.

"That's a whole lotta woman…" Leshawna spoke up next.

Looking down, Jasmine smiled at seeing all her now fellow competitors. "G'day mates!" Jasmine gave a friendly greeting as she stepped up to everyone. It was kind of hard to believe, after watching all these guys on TV she would actually get to be competing alongside them now. "Happy to be here!"

"Uh, hey," Gwen was the first one to give a greeting back to the Jasmine, everyone feeling more than a little intimidated by what could only be described as an Amazon. "Nice to meet you too,"

Jasmine then blinked a few times before frowning at seeing all the looks she was getting. "Somethin' wrong?" Jasmine asked as she scratched the back of her head.

"Oh, uh, sorry," Bridgette quickly apologized on behalf of everyone. She and most of the others didn't mean to be rude but Jasmine was just…a lot to take in. "We didn't mean to stare it's just…"

"Oooooh, hehe, right," Jasmine nodded in understanding, finally getting why everyone was looking at her like that. Not everyday one sees a gal like her after all. "Sometimes it slips me mind. No worries, I get that reaction all the time!"

"If you don't mind us asking…" Lincoln slowly began, hoping he wasn't overstepping any boundaries. "How tall are you exactly?"

"Hmmmm, last I checked…about seven foot six I believe," Jasmine answered, once again making everyone shocked. Ok…unspoken new rule. Try not to piss off the woman that looked liked she could body them in less than a second. "But it's been a while since I checked."

"She was a rejected audition?" Duncan turned to Chris in utter disbelief. "She's basically a super human!"

"Believe me, it was a hard decision." Chris stated as he remembered Jasmine's audition standing out. Chris and the producers were honestly trying to decide between her and Eva last season and in the end, they flipped a coin for it. "Well Jasmine, come and make yourself comfortable with everyone else."

"Sure thing," Jasmine nodded her head and went to go stand with everyone else, ending up right next to DJ that Jasmine looked down at to give a warm welcome. "Hi there mate," DJ was silent as he looked up at Jasmine…and proceeded to faint taking her and everyone else off guard. "Uuuuum…"

"Don't worry about it, basic defense mechanism hehe." Chris laughed at DJ's reaction to the Australian Amazon before tossing Jasmine's queue card away and began to read the next one. "And next up he's a season gymnastic with multiple first place trophies under his belt, has earned a large majority of Muskrat boy badges, and even has a little bit of a record, Mike!"

After the beast that was Jasmine everyone looked to the bus again expecting some kind of beast among man to step out…but instead they saw a rather skinny looking guy step out. He was about Trent's height and had tanned skin, dark brown hair that was spiked up at the front and reach the back of his neck where it was also spiked a little. He also had brown eyes and a gapped tooth and wore a blue shirt with highlights around the sleeves and neck hole, blue jeans that were tucked into his white and gray shoes. "Oh wow, haha," Mike let out as he saw the cast of Total Drama in front of him. Well most of them at least, plus that Australian girl he was on the bus with. He was a bit intimidated at first but she seemed nice, definitely nicer than that other girl appeared to be. "C-Can't believe I'm actually meeting you guys! Nice to meet you all, happy to be here,"

"Oh yeah," Heather smirked, shaking her head. She could see that Chris was just hyping him up, he looked to be another dork just like many of the others here. Coming after an Amazon certainly didn't help him. "He won't last long,"

But contrary to Heather, Trent was there to give Mike a warm welcome as he walked up to the tanned teen and offered his fist to him. "Hey dude," Trent told Mike with an easy going smile. "Welcome to the show."

"Hey, nice to meet me." Mike gladly accepted Trent's offer of a fist bump. But he quickly realized what he said as Mike began stuttering in embarrassment. "I-I mean you! Meet you! Haha, s-sorry I'm a little nervous…"

While some laughed a bit at Mike's expense, Trent didn't shame Mike at all for his slip of the tongue. "Hey don't worry about it," Trent reassured the new guy, helping Mike calm down a little bit. "There's some pretty chilled people here. Just avoid Heather."

"I heard that!" Heather yelled in response, but everyone ignored her.

"Alright Mike, join the others," Chris gestured to the other contestants. He really wanted to introduce the last one, it was his favorite. But as Mike and Trent went back with everyone else Duncan narrowed his eyes a bit at the new guy. He can't quite put a finger on it…but he's seen that dork before.

Also eyeing Mike with interest was Dawn, who current help but note Mike's rather…unique aura. "Oh wow…" Dawn muttered at as she stared at Mike.

"Something up Dawn?" Lincoln asked, having heard his girlfriend speak up.

"Well…definitely," Dawn slowly said, looking between Lincoln and Mike. "But I don't believe it's my place to tell,"

Lincoln rose a brow at that, but nodded and trusted Dawn's words. Just then Chris tossed away Mike's queue card and brought up his last one and immediately starting snickering. "And last…hehe…bust not least…hahahaha!" Chris couldn't help but laugh, greatly concerning everyone else. "I'm sorry. Hard to keep a straight face with this one,"

"What has he cooked up this time?" Leshawna asked as she glared at Chris, what could possibly be more of a shock after Jasmine?

"Our last new contestant. She, is from the USA," Chris paused briefly, looking up at Lincoln for a reaction. "Specifically…from Great Lakes City~"

After hearing this Lincoln suddenly froze up. He felt like his heart stop for a good second or two as color drained from his face. A girl…from the USA…from Great Lakes City…no. There's…there's no way it could be her. Chris wouldn't do that…right?

"Her family originates from Mexico~" Crap! He would! Before Chris could continue forward Lincoln quickly hid behind the mountain of a man that was Owen. "Ronnie Anne!!!"

There were two types of reactions from the contestants. Those that knew that name gasped as their eyes widened and those that didn't rose a brow, wondering why Chris was hyping this up so much. "Um Lincoln" Owen spoke up to the white haired boy hiding behind him. "What are you-"

"I. Am. Not. Here!" Lincoln silently yelled at Owen making the big guy flinch. Lincoln couldn't believe it…not her…anyone but her!

Then finally, coming out of the bus was an angry looking Hispanic girl. She had block hair done up in a wavy pony tail that went down to her butt and had brown eyes. She wore an open magenta hoodie with a white top that exposed her midriff, black pants with pink horizontal stripes on the bottom of each leg with the pants tight fitting on her wide hips, along with a pair of pink and white shoes.

The girl known as Ronnie Anne looked around, as if looking for someone, while giving everyone a look that could kill. "Yikes," Duncan let out as everyone had their eyes on the Hispanic teenager. "What's her deal?"

"Sheila was like that the entire bus ride," Jasmine informed everyone. The whole time she and Mike were on the bus with Ronnie Anne she was completely silent but always had that scowl on.

"It was kind of intimidating…" Mike added, a nervous tone to him. He was just glad she didn't try anything during the bus ride.

"Of all the low things Chris could do…" Bridgette growled out as she glared back at Ronnie Anne. She was among the ones that knew Ronnie Anne and needless to say she was certainly not happy to meet the girl in person.

"Babe, what's up?" Geoff whispered to Bridgette, wanting to know what his girlfriends beef with this girl was.

Ronnie Anne scanned the group, creating an awkward silence. She saw a few glared back at her, especially that dumb hippie. But she didn't care, she'd handle her later. Finally Ronnie Anne's gaze came to Owen causing the big guy to tense up and-

Pfffffft!

"Gah!" Lincoln came up from behind Owen, finally revealing himself while coughing after Owen fired a butt blast at him. "Dude!"

"Sorry…" Owen apologized while holding on to Mr. Coconut tightly. "I got nervous…"

Finally, taking a few steps forward and glaring daggers at Lincoln Ronnie Anne finally spoke up. "Well…" her voice was dripping with venom and hate. "Long time no see Lame-O."

Lincoln gulped a bit as he was once again face to face with his ex-girlfriend, and of course she was using the same nickname for him. "H-Hi…Ronnie Anne," Lincoln stuttered heavily, wishing he could just disappear right now.

Many looked confused, wondering how Lincoln knew this girl and why she seemed to hate him. All the while Chris had the biggest shit-eating grin on his face. "You know that girl?" Leshawna turned to Lincoln while pointing a thumb at Ronnie Anne. How the heck did Lincoln know this piece of work?

"Oh he knows me alright," Ronnie Anne pointed out as she leaned closer to Lincoln, causing him to take a few steps back. "I was his girlfriend after all…"

A series of loud gasps were heard throughout the other contestants other than the ones who already know. Ronnie Anne was Lincoln's ex-girlfriend?! Wait…no wonder why Chris was so excited for this! The host knew exactly what he was doing here. "Dude, that is just low," Duncan told Chris who just looked proud of himself.

"Why thank you Duncan," Chris grinned, raising his head up high. "I aim to please,"

Some sent Chris glares, the guy was just blatantly attacking Lincoln with this, and stepping up against Ronnie Anne first was Gwen who sent the Hispanic teen a harsh look. "Hmph, so you're the trash Ex we heard about," Gwen told right to Ronnie Anne's face, not fearing the girl at all. While she wasn't as close to Lincoln as some of the others, he did have that heartfelt conversation back at the Island and Gwen thought they were friends.

"Trash?" Ronnie Anne growled out as she sent Gwen a nasty look before going back to glaring at Lincoln. "Is THAT what you've been calling me behind my back?"

"R-Ronnie Anne I-" Lincoln tried to defend himself but it was clear his Ex wasn't having it.

"ZIP IT!" Ronnie Anne snapped at him, but before she could try to approach him Dawn quickly stepped in front of her to protect her boyfriend.

"Back. Off." Dawn said firmly, having a much more threatening tone and look then anyone was used to seeing from the peace loving hippie.

"Oh, look," Ronnie Anne cockily said as she looked down at Dawn with an unimpressed look. "It's the twig you replaced me with."

Dawn narrowed her eyes, but she wasn't about to let herself be put down by this Latina bitch. "Better than some troll who mistreated him," Dawn stated, looking Ronnie Anne right in the eye.

"Tch," And just like that Ronnie Anne's anger came back full force as she stomped up to Dawn. "Now listen here you little-"

"Hey!" Getting in between Dawn and Ronnie Anne, glaring right at the latter, was both Leshawna and Bridgette who looked ready to throw down to protect their friends. "You heard the lady! You better step off sista!"

"Or else," Bridgette said with narrowed eyes. She wasn't usually one to resort to violence but in certain occasions she would make exceptions.

Ronnie Anne growled at all the girls in front of her, figured Lincoln couldn't fight his own battles and had to rely on others to protect him. Tension was high, but before anything could go down Geoff and Trent quickly stepped in and tried to separate everyone. "Ok…let's all just chill out dudes," Geoff spoke up, playing peacemaker so no one did anything they would regret. "No need to make things violent."

"Maybe we should start the tour of the lot now," Trent suggested as he pointed a thumb to the film lot. "Ya know, don't wanna be behind schedule and all."

"Heheh, alright, get in!" Chris, as much as he was enjoying this right now, stepped back into his cart and gestured for everyone to jump into one of the carts. "Hehehe, the show hasn't even started yet and there's already action."

Everyone proceeded to grab their luggage and headed into the tour carts, Ronnie Anne making sure to send another venomous glare towards Lincoln before boarding. Lincoln tensed up, but soon felt a soft hand squeezing his own. "I'm here," Dawn whispered to Lincoln, quickly comforting her boyfriend due to how distressed he was.

"Dude," Harold walked up to Lincoln and put a hand on his best friend's shoulder. "Are you gonna be alright?"

Lincoln took a few deep breaths, he most certainly wasn't going to be ok. "Harold…" Lincoln spoke up after getting his nerves at least somewhat under control. "What's the legal penalty if I break my contract and leave the show?"

"A massive lawsuit I'm afraid." Harold told Lincoln solemnly.

"Great…" Lincoln sighed out as he picked up his luggage. Geez why was it so much heavier than he thought it'd be? Then again everything else was heavier now. "Guess I'm stuck here…"

As they boarded the cart, Jasmine walked up to the still fainted DJ and lightly shook him. "Come on big fella," Jasmine said in her efforts to wake up DJ. "Up and at em!"

"H-Huh…" DJ finally opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was Jasmine causing him to shoot up with widened eyes. "W-Woah!"

"Hey, hey, easy there mate," Jasmine spoke with a gentle tone as to not startle DJ anymore. "It's ok, sorry about spooking ya earlier. Didn't know you would take a tumble."

"N-No I should be apologizing," DJ told her as Jasmine helped him stand up, DJ still a bit intimidated of this Amazon that towered over him. "I shouldn't have r-react like that, sorry."

"Ah don't worry none, believe me happens more often than ya think," Jasmine reassured DJ by giving him a tip of her cap. She's used to intimidating people. Small guys, large guys, girls, she just intimidates people.. "Now come on, let's get a move on. Just wait till ya hear the dirty stunt Chris pulled."

"Oh boy what'd he do?" DJ asked as he and Jasmine sat next to each other in one of the carts.

Once DJ was informed of the situation he spared Lincoln a sympathetic glance as Chris began the tour of the film lot. "Welcome to the set of Total Drama Action!" Chris announced as he turned to the cameras. All the while Bridgette, who was in the front cart with Geoff and was right behind Chris glared at the host for his stunt of bringing Ronnie Anne into the show. "This season's hottest reality show will be shot here, on an abandoned film lot!"

"Omg, does this mean we're gonna be in the movies?" Lindsay asked excitedly, sitting in Tyler's lap.

"No, it means you're gonna be on TV," Chris pointed out before glaring at Lindsay. "And don't interrupt me. Ever!" For emphasis, Chris leaned back and gave Lindsay a flick on her nose.

"Oops, sorry," The dumb blond apologized.

Chris continued driving them through the film lot, showing them different movie sets each one a different genre than the last. "You'll all be spending the next six weeks here," Chris explained to them as they passed by the set of a cowboy movie. "Competing against each other in challenges and for rewards. All for the chance to make some monster cash!"

"Yeah baby!" Owen let out excitedly, Mr. Coconut placed on the seat next to him, as he rubbed his hands together. "I'm gonna make me some moola!"

"Shush!" Chris scolded him, making Owen zip his lips shut.

"And ya know, this lot actually has a bit of history to it," Chris told everyone as they left the cowboy set. "For instance, this is actually where they filmed Batman vs Superman…"

"Ooooooo!"

"Dawn of Justice!" Chris finished.

"Aaaaww…"

"Now, like last season, one team will win and another team will have to send one of their own packing to the dreaded walk of shame and into the lamosine!" As Chris said this he pressed a button on his cart causing windows to rise up…but only for his cart. He then passed by said lamosine which looked like a limo that was begging to be put down, and it was running leading to everyone getting a good face full of smog causing them to cough while Chris remained protected.

"Couldn't you have spun for a better ride?" Trent asked between coughs.

"No." Chris stated as he lowered the windows after passing the lamosine. "Now since we no longer have the outhouse to dump your deepest darkest secrets in, you'll be dishing the dirt in our new make-up confessional!" As Chris announced this he passed by the very same make-up trailer he was talking about.

CONFESSIONAL – Lindsay

"Oh my gosh! A whole trailer full of make-up!" Lindsay said excitedly as she looked around the trailer which had not only make up but various cloths and costumes inside as well. Just then the hand of an intern stuck out with a tube of lipstick and offered it to Lindsay though the ditzy blond passed on it. "Oh no thanks, I don't use that brand."

CONFESSIONAL – Mike

"Wow, ya know I was a bit nervous about having to talk to a camera while on the toilet but this is actually really nice," Mike commented as he looked around the trailer for a bit before looking towards the camera with a sheepish smile. "So my first confessional. Well, gotta say I'm pretty excited to be here, a-a bit anxious too. I just hope the others like me, ya see I have this…um…'quirk' you could call it. I just hope my condition doesn't ruin things for me here…"

Chris then approached a large tent as he continued the tour. "To your left is the craft services tent. Catered by Chef." Just then some noises were heard from inside the tent and running out of it was a raccoon being chased by Chef wielding a mallet. Lindsay stood up and was about to take of picture of the chase leading Chris to floor it and sending Lindsay falling down to the floor of the cart she was in. "If you survive Chef you'll have to make it through our dramatic awards ceremony." Chris then passed by a large theater which had two podiums that had giant gold colored statues of Chris on them. "Where all but one loser will receive a Gilded Chris Award!"

CONFESSIONAL – Gwen

"The Gilded Chris? Hah! What a narcissist!" Gwen laughed before giving a blank look to the camera. "Don't get me wrong, I still want one."

"You done now dude?" Geoff asked in a bored tone, getting kinda cramped in the carts.

"I have an eject button," Chris informed Geoff with a glare. "And I'll use it."

"Please, continue," Geoff immediately said, making Chris smirk.

The tour continued, Chris pointing out other stuff the lot had to offer when-

Thump! Thump!

Suddenly Lincoln's bag began to move around a little, getting the attention of everyone nearby. "Hey Lincoln," Harold spoke up first as he looked down at Lincoln's bag, clearly seeing something moving around inside of it. "Your bag's moving around."

"Huh?" Lincoln looked and sure enough, his bag was moving around making him blink a few times. "What the…"

"What's going on?" Lindsay asked as she looked at the bag with a bit of worry. "Is this lot haunted?"

Fearing maybe a rat or something got inside of it while he was at the airport, Lincoln slowly began to unzip his bag and-

"AIR!!!" Coming right out of his bag was none other than…Lily?!

"Brbrbrb!" And not just her, but Edward came up from the bag too.

"…" Everyone was silent as they looked at the little girl and the platypus with varying reactions, even Ronnie Anne's eyes widened a bit after seeing Lily.

"Um…hi everyone!" Lily waved to all the teens around her with a nervous grin, Edward also looking sheepish himself.

"Aaaww," Lindsay gushed over the 6-year-old in Lincoln's luggage. "What a cute little ghost!"

"Lily?!" Lincoln shouted in shock. Why was his littlest sister here?! Why was she in his luggage?! Why was Edward with her!? "What are you-"

SCREEECH!!!

Just then Chris hit the breaks of the cart and looked back. "I feel like I'm being ignored." Chris pointed out with a less then happy tone. "What's going on!?"

"Lincoln's got himself a stow away," Duncan pointed out with an amused grin.

"Oh! Is it Edward?" Chris immediately perked up at the thought of the Platypus coming back for another season. "Little dude was awesome last season!"

"Yeah," Tyler nodded his head making Chris pump a fist up. "And a plus one too, a little girl."

"…" Chris looked back and saw that Edward was indeed there and in Dawn's arms…and in Lincoln's arms was said little girl, making the host frown. "NOT awesome! I can't have little kids here! Do you know the type of lawsuits we'll get!?"

"I promised I didn't plan this," Lincoln told Chris before giving Lily a scolding look and tone. "Lily what are you doing here?!"

"Well sorry for missing my big brother…" Lily told him with crossed arms.

"Missing me?" Lincoln blinked a few times, easing up a bit.

"Yeah, you were gone for a long time," Lily pointed up as she looked down a bit. "And then you had to leave again…I didn't wanna be apart from you…"

"Aaaaaawww." Beth, Lindsay, Bridgette, Jasmine, and Dawn all let out. Even the guys couldn't deny the cuteness of it, the only ones who didn't react at all were Justin, Heather, and Ronnie who all either scoffed and/or rolled their eyes.

Lincoln sighed but couldn't help but feel guilty, he supposed he could understand why Lily did that. As well as bring Edward along. "Lily look-"

Before Lincoln could get his words out, Chris came in and snatched Lily away from her brother. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, blah, blah, blah," Chris let out not looking all too happy about the situation of a 6-year-old on his set. "I'm takin' her to the director's tent. We can't have her here."

"Noooooooo!" Lily whined out with a pleading look. "Whyyyyyyy!"

THUD!

THUD!

Suddenly everyone froze as the ground started shaking, and the sounds of giant foot steps were heard. "Great…" Chris sighed out, this whole situation completely threw his plan out of whack. "We're behind schedule."

"What's going on?!" Mike yelled out in a panic as the ground continued to shake.

"Welp, good as time as any to announce this," Chris put his grin back on, trying to salvage this. "The challenges of this season will be based around movie genres!"

ROOOOOOOOOOOAR!!!

Everyone looked back and their eyes widened in fear as they saw, looming behind them, a giant green animatronic monster glaring down at them. "Our first genre, the monster movies!" The giant monster let out a roar to emphasis what Chris said. "Or Kaiju if you so please. Chef has graciously offered to control the monster during your first challenge. It's simple, at the end of the film lot there are two trailers. Make it there first before the monster catches you. First then gets dibs on the trailers the rest of their fellow dudes or ladies will be staying for the duration of the show. Now, I'd start running if I was you! Hahahaha!"

Everyone was quick to try and leave the cart, constantly pushing shoving each other to escape and getting mixed up in the chaos. With Lincoln he tried to grab Dawn and push past everyone, but there was one obstacle in his way. "Move it Lame-O!" Ronnie Anne aggressively shoved past everyone and when she reached Lincoln the Hispanic teenager grabbed Lincoln shoulder and pushed him to the ground.

"Lincoln!" Dawn called out for in concern but was swept up in everyone leaving.

"Hey!" Bridgette yelled out to Ronnie Anne. When Ronnie Anne was about to pass her, Bridgette stuck her foot out and tripped Ronnie Anne making her fall face first on the floor. "Have some karma why don't you!?"

"Grrrrrr…" Ronnie Anne growled as she lifted her head up and saw Bridgette and Geoff already out and booking it. "When I catch you you're dead surfer girl!!!"

Eventually everyone made it out of the carts, all except DJ who was frozen in fear as he looked up at the monster. "Momma…" Was all the brick house could squeeze out as the monster reached a hand out to him and capture his fist teen.

"Look out!" But before the monster could grab DJ, Jasmine suddenly ran back and managed to grab DJ just in time and began carrying him in her arms as she ran away from the monster. "Come on big guy! You ain't out yet!"

"Wow!" DJ let out at what Jasmine just pulled off, as well as how easily she was carrying him and running. "Thanks for the save!"

"No problem mate!" Jasmine grinned at him as she set DJ down so he could run next to her. "Now work those bloody legs!"

"Heheh," Chris laughed as he watched all the contestants book it with the monster quickly following after them. "It fills me with such joy to see the terror in their eyes."

"…You got problems." Lily bluntly told him.

"…Off to the tent with you," Chris told Lily bluntly before walking away with her.

This producer tent that Chris took her too was actually the tent where Chef was wearing a skin tight black suit that covered his entire body with white balls all over it. The suit was meant for the purpose of controlling the monster and the TV monitors in front of Chef allowed him to see where he was taking the monster. As Chef was rampaging in place, Chris walked into the tent with Lily in his arms. "Um Chris," Chef slowly began as he saw the little kid Chris had. "What's with the kid man?"

"Lincoln's little sister," Chris said simply making Chef's eyes widened a bit. Chris then set her down in front of him as Chris pulled out his phone. "She stowed away in his luggage. Look just watch her, I gotta make some phone calls."

"W-What?! I'm not a baby sitter!" Chef yelled, but Chris didn't respond and simply walked away leaving the buff cook with the little girl. "Chris man! Chris!!!"

But Chris wasn't coming back, leaving Chef to look down as Lily smiled at him. "Hi!" She greeted him sweetly.

"Uh…..hi," Chef awkwardly greeted. He wasn't good with kids to say the least. He barley has any sort of experience with them. "Do…kids still play with marbles?"

"I like marbles." Lily grinned at him.

With the contestants they were scattered all around with some being by themselves and others forming groups to find the trailers. Currently with Owen, he and Mr. Coconut found themselves on a beach set with Owen heavily breathing from running so much. Looking around, the big guys eyes widened as he saw Izzy was also walking through the set, and it wasn't just them. The monster managed to catch up with them and was beginning to lower an arm towards Izzy. "Izzy!" Owen called out to the girl in concern. "Duck! Duck!"

"Hmph!" Izzy didn't response and simply turned away from Owen, unaware of the monster hand looming over her.

"Izzy please!" Owen continued to try and warn the girl despite her ignoring him. "I'm sorry ok! But I'm trying to warn you! The monster is right there!"

"Huh?" That did get Izzy's attention as she looked up and narrowly avoided the monster smooshing her with its hand, the shock wave of the monster slamming its hand down on the ground launched Izzy towards nearby lifter with her landing in the basket. "Hahaha! Again!"

Owen shook his head and watched in horror as the monster grabbed Izzy into its arms before walking away with her, taking her to wherever the eliminated contestants go.

Izzy soon found herself laughing and jumping up and down in a bounce house by the trailers

CONFESSIONAL – Owen

"Maybe the monster won't find me in here…" Owen whispered as he looked around fearfully, crossing his fingers that he won't be grabbed while doing a confessional. "Look, I still like Izzy! A lot! But she's still mad at me over what happened last season! I just don't know what to do anymore…"

"…" Mr. Coconut let out.

"I know buddy, I know but I really am trying!" Owen sighed out as he looked down at his fruity pal. "Maybe it wasn't meant to be after all…"

Everyone else was booking it through different sets, Bridgette and Geoff were staying together but there were others running near them. "Ugh, how are we supposed to find them?" Bridgette let out as they also ran through the beach set once the monster left to deal with Izzy. "We can't just run around aimlessly."

"There's gotta be someway to find them." Trent spoke up as he and Gwen passed by the surfer couple.

"That's easy!" Justin spoke up as he ran through the set. "Just follow the good looking people!"

"Yeah! Follow Justin!" Beth gushed as she ran after the teen model.

"Well, don't have much other options," Lincoln shrugged and just decided to stay with the big group. Him and Dawn got separated in all the chaos so he just had to hope she and Edward were ok while he looked for the trailers. Lincoln ran up to Bridgette and Geoff and wanted to make sure it was alright for him to stick around. "Hey mind if I third wheel you guys?"

"Sure dude!" Geoff shrugged, not seeing an issue like that. "six eyes are better than four!"

"Hey, you ok?" Bridgette immediately asked with a concerned tone. "I can't imagine you're feeling good after…you know,"

"That's one way to put it…" Lincoln sighed out, that feeling of dread coming back to him.

CONFESSIONAL – Bridgette

"I still can't believe Chris would pull something like that," Bridgette stated with a scowl. She knew the host liked to mess with them, but pulling out something like this specifically to mess with Lincoln was just going too far. "That's just a new low, with any luck hopefully Ronnie Anne will get voted off soon,"

"This challenge isn't so bad!" Gwen stated as she and Trent ran through a city set, accompanying them was Mike who ended up sticking around Trent after their initial interaction. "What no explosions, no burning building, no bears?"

"Maybe it's not in the budget." Trent guessed with a smirk.

"Yeah this seems a lot more tame than what you went through last season," Mike commented…right as an explosion went off, and then a house prop caught fire…with a bear inside the remains of the house that let out an angry roar. "…I think we spoke too soon," The three teens screamed as they all ran away from the angry and crispy bear.

Back over at the beach set Leshawna just reached it and noticed Harold hiding under an umbrella. Not letting Harold give up that easily, Leshawna threw the umbrella to the side. "Come on string bean!" Leshawna encouraged Harold as she started running with Harold quickly following her. "I hope you can run because we got a challenge to win!"

"If I really wanted to I could run as fast as prong-horned antelope," Harold claimed as the two ran through the set. "It's the fastest land mammal after the cheetah."

ROOOOOOOAR!!!

Unfortunately the monster ended up catching up to them and roared loudly, knocking both off their feet. With the two down, the monster was easily able to scoop them up and take them to the bounce house.

With the group consisting of Bridgette, Geoff, Lincoln, Duncan, Owen, Justin, Beth, Lindsay, and Tyler ran through a city set together they all looking back and flinched as they saw the monster approaching them fast. "Oh man, it found us dudes!" Geoff yelled out in panic. "Everyone scatter!"

Everyone did just that as they all tried to run in various directions to avoid the monster. Unfortunately Geoff himself didn't follow his advice as he stuck around Bridgette, allowing the Monster to catch up to them and grab both surfers and take them away. "Oh no! It got Bridgette and Geoff!" Tyler yelled out as they all grouped together again after the monster left. "What do we do?!"

"Oh, Mr. Coconut has an idea!" Owen told everyone as he held up the coconut. "He says we need to make a virgin sacrifice to distract it!"

"Perfect, we'll just use him!" Duncan shrugged, not caring about what Owen just said as long as they could ditch the coconut.

"Oh sorry no can do," Owen waved Duncan off as he held Mr. Coconut close to him. "He's got a Mrs. Coconut back home."

"Owen I swear if you made another one of those things..." Tyler said with an irritated tone. One of those coconuts was bad enough but he did not want to deal with two!

"Fine then!" Duncan yelled out already annoyed with this conversation as he turned to Lincoln. "Lincoln, take one for the boys."

"…" Lincoln was silent as he looked around awkwardly as his face slowly grew red. "I…can't…"

"Why not?" Tyler asked with a raised brow.

"…" Lincoln's face only grew hotter.

"…" Everyone was silent as they looked at Lincoln with raised brows. But then Duncan began to figure things out as his eyes widened. "No way."

"I'M GONNA RUN THIS WAY NOW!!!" Lincoln was quick to book it.

"Make way for the beautiful!" Justin yelled out as he followed after Lincoln, a rather mischievous look on his face.

CONFESSIONAL – DUNCAN

"So…snowball actually did the deed with Dawn huh?" Duncan chuckled a bit as he shook his head. "Actually can't help but be proud of the kid, he's got game. Still though, can't help but wonder how the heck he and Ronnie Anne ended up happening."

THUD!

"What was that?" Duncan looked around before the roof of the trailer was torn off with the monster hand coming down and grabbing Duncan. "Oh that's just not fair!"

"Hey…Owen," Beth slowly began talking to the big guy with a worried tone. "Does Mr. Coconut ever tell you to…do things?"

"Sometimes," Owen shrugged as he began cradling the coconut in his hands. "He has a bit of a temper so sometimes I try to ignore him."

"…" And that was everyone else's queue to run away.

"Edward, what were you thinking?" Dawn scolded the platypus as they walked through the lot together. In the chaos she lost track of Lincoln and ended up deciding to go off on her own. Well, not counting the platypus in her hands that she was giving a good talking to. "Coming here when we told you, you couldn't was one thing but bringing Lily with you?"

"Brbrbrbr!" Edward defended himself.

"Even if it was her idea you shouldn't have encouraged her." Dawn informed Edward as the platypus looked down guiltily. "What if you two were hurt during the flight? Or other luggage fell on top of you? Not to mention this entire show and what could happen."

"Brbrbr…" Edward sadly let out.

Dawn let out a sigh and decided to stop being so hard on him. "Look I'm glad to see you but you need to think these things through more ok?" Dawn softly told the semi-aquatic mammal as she pet his head. "I don't want you or Lily getting hurt.

"Brbrb," Edward nodded his head, promising and-

ROOOOOAR!!!

Dawn and Edward flinched as they heard the roar of the monster, and it was close. Dawn tensed up and began looking around and walking backwards, trying to keep an eye out for the monster. As she was walking backwards she failed to notice someone else doing the same and soon the two's back connected. Immediately Dawn and whoever she bumped into turned around and much to Dawn's dismay it was the last person she wanted to see.

Ronnie Anne.

"You!" Dawn and Ronnie Anne shouted as they glared at each other. Once the madness started, and after surfer girl tripped her, Ronnie Anne separated from everyone wanting to win the challenge on her own but had no way of finding where the trailers were. And unfortunately she ended up running into the weird hippie girl.

"Tch, get lost," Ronnie Anne growled out at Dawn as she turned around and began walking away. "I'm looking around here, go bother someone else."

Dawn would love nothing more than to get away from Ronnie Anne, already having a dislike for the girl and her aura warranted it. So red with rage with an ugly mix of other colors showing all sorts of more negative emotions. But that darn peace loving side of her told her otherwise and convinced her to try and quench the flames of hate before they got too big. "Hold on," Dawn said firmly as she caught up with Ronnie Anne. "We need to talk about Lincoln."

"I'm not interested in discussing anything about Lame-O." Ronnie Anne immediately shut down Dawn's attempts at conversation, Dawn glaring at her for use of that awful name for Lincoln. "So buzz off!"

"Listen to me!" Dawn yelled as she continued following after the Hispanic teen, both failing to notice they were walking on top of something green. "I know you and Lincoln don't have the best history, but he has no desire to cause conflict with you so if you would just calm down and-"

"Listen here Miss Sunshine!" Ronnie Anne snapped towards Dawn and harshly pointed a finger at her. She might have done more but she didn't feel like getting attacked by the Platypus in her arms. "I'm not here to make friends, or amends, or any bull crap like that. I'm. Here. To. Win! And I'll tear down anyone in my way, especially Lame-O."

"Grrrrrr…." Edward growled right at Ronnie Anne.

"…You better stay away from him or else." Dawn threatened. Fine, if peaceful negotiations were off the table then anything goes.

"Hah!" Ronnie Anne laughed, not threatened at all. Dawn made it clear she was a pacifist and even if she wasn't Ronnie Anne could easily kick her butt. "Or what you little-"

Grrrrrrrr…

Both girls and Edward flinched and went silent as they heard growling…above them. Looking up, they saw the monster looking right at them…while they were standing on its foot. "Crap baskets…" Was all they could both let out as the monster grabbed them and escorted them to their bouncy prison.

With Chef and Lily, thankfully things weren't too bad. Sure enough Lily was fine with given a bag of marbles to play with while Chef did his thing with the girl occasionally looking up when she heard the screams of the contestants coming from the monitors. "AAAAAAAHHH!!!" Lily perked her head up again, and she knew who that screamed belonged to.

"Is that Heather?" Lily spoke up, frowning at the girl on the monitor that messed with her brother and his girlfriend last season.

"Hehe yep, girl's not running too fast to keep her wig from falling off." Chef grinned as he reached his hand down and used the monster to pick up Heather. "Ripe for the picking, haha."

"Oh! Oh!" Lily grinned as she ran up to the monitors and pointed at the one showing Heather in the monsters hand. "Hold her upside down so her wig falls off!"

Chef blinked a few times before grinning and doing just that, watching as Heather's wig fell off. "MY HAIR!!!" Heather yelled out in despair as she fruitlessly tried to reach for her wig that was all the way on the ground with one hand and using her other to try and cover her bald head.

"Now step on it!" Lily encouraged stomping on the ground for emphasis.

Chef kept grinning and did just that, lifting his foot up and making the monster stomp on Heather's one and only wig. "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"Heather let out a blood curling scream causing Chef and Lily to start laughing together.

After Chef tossed Heather in the bouncy house prison he once again went on the hunt and after some looking around he found the group of Trent, Gwen, and Mike and immediately began chasing them. "Ooooo, knock down a few of the buildings!" Lily suggested as she again pointed to the monitors. "Trap them in!"

"Oh I like you kid," Chef chuckled before waving his arms around to knock down the prop buildings.

With Trent, Gwen, and Mike they watched as the monster flailed its arms around and knocked down the nearby buildings, creating a wall of debris in front of them. "Crap!" Gwen let out as she looked up at the wall. "He boxed us in!"

"Oh great! Now we'll never get through!" Mike yelled out, holding his head in frustration. Suddenly Mike let out a deep gasp and…suddenly looked a bit different. He slouched down greatly putting one hand to his back like he had a hunched back. He pursed his lips into his mouth to cover his teeth and he squinted his eyes. "Oh ding dong kids! Always leaving their rubbles every which way and making it harder for us old folk to get around!"

Trent and Gwen immediately turned to Mike with odd looks. Why…was he acting like an old man right now? That wasn't exactly helpful. "Um…Mike?" Trent slowly spoke up to the new contestant. "You good man?"

"Mike? Name's Chester you whippersnapper!" Mike…er, rather Chester yelled out at Trent while pointing to the guitarist. "Don't you forget it!"

CONFESSIONAL – Trent

"Mike seems like a cool guy, a bit nervous but hey with this show I get it," Trent shrugged back with an easy going smile before putting on a confused look. "Don't get the old man thing though, maybe he just does it to cope in a stressful situation?"

"Uh Mike, did you get hit in the head or something?" Gwen asked Mike, giving him a weirded out look.

"Nevermind that!" Trent yelled out as he pointed to a nearby entrance to a building that was still standing. "Quick! Follow me! I found a place we can get away!"

CONFESSIONAL – Gwen

"That's what makes Trent such a good boyfriend," Gwen couldn't help but gush a little bit. "He's always looking out for others, it's one of the things I love about him."

Trent walked into the entrance of the building with Gwen and Chester following close behind...only for them to quickly realize the building was fake and didn't actually have an inside. "You mean…everything here is fake?" Trent finally realized.

CONFESSIONAL – Gwen

"That and Trent's keen powers of observation," Gwen pointed out playfully.

"Aaaaaah!" Chester yelled out as the monster went to grab the three of them after effortlessly tossing the fake building to the side. "I'm too old to die!"

With that the monster carried

the three of them off, leaving only 8 campers remaining.

"Go! Tyler go!" Lindsay and Beth cheered as Tyler climbed one of the building props. While escaping the monster, Beth had the idea of climbing up one of the buildings to try and find the trailers by finding a tall vantage point to spot them. Tyler of course volunteering to climb up to try and spot them.

"Almost…there!" Tyler grunted as he continued to climb up the building. Eventually he managed to reach the top and spotted a bird inside its nest. "Oh hey there, look I'm only gonna be here for a second ok?"

"Chirp! Chirp!" But the bird wasn't too happy with this intruder and immediately flew up to Tyler and began pecking his face.

"Ow! Ow! This looks so easy when Dawn does it! Ow!" Tyler let out before the bird pecked his eyes causing Tyler to fall down and hit a flower case. "Ow!" And then balcony railing. "Ow!" And then a sleeping cat that clawed at him. "Ow!" And then finally landing on the girls. "Ow!"

"Oooowww…" Beth and Lindsay groaned out.

"Sorry babe…" Tyler let out in a daze.

Thankfully the monster came by to take them to the one place where Tyler, hopefully, couldn't get himself injured.

With Justin and Lincoln, the two ended up hiding behind one of the many buildings as the monster came back on patrol with Lincoln peaking around the corner to keep an eye on the monster. "What's the situation?" Justin whispered to Lincoln. "Can it find us?"

"No, he's passing by," Lincoln let out in relief. "I think we're safe." Lincoln failed to see the devious look coming to Justin.

CONFESSIONAL – Justin

"I'm not just a pretty face you know, I'm also a master strategist." Justin bragged as he leaned back in his seat and pointed to his head. "See I wasn't a real competitor last season, but I plan on changing that. And first step to that is getting revenge on snowball,"

"Good to know~" Justin said before pushing Lincoln and exposing him.

"Gah!" Lincoln yelled out as his body hit the pavement. "H-Hey! What was that for!" Lincoln didn't get an answer and could only watch as the monster stomped up to him and easily grabbed him. "Wait! Wait! Wait! Before you take me away…Justin's behind the building."

"Huh?" Justin let out only to watch as the building he was hiding behind was tossed to the side and the monster was looking down at him.

CONFESSIONAL – Justin

"Don't get me wrong, pushing Lincoln to the monster like that was satisfying…but in hindsight maybe I could have thought that through more," Justin shook his head before putting on a confident look. "But that's fine, I'm just getting started. Just you wait,"

"Don't worry Mr. Coconut," Owen hugged his fruity pal as they hid behind a cardboard cut out of a car. Owen was too exhausted to run anymore so he stuck to his usual strategy. Cowering. "If we can't see him, he can't see us."

STOMP!

STOMP!

The monster then stomped up to them and knocked down the cardboard car, the monster looking down at the big guy. "Oh I can't do this!" Owen cried out as he fell to the ground, he wasn't even gonna try running away. He couldn't muster the energy. "Just take us away now! I surrender!"

"Kid needs to lay off the cheese puffs," Chef commented with Lily nodding.

The monster then grabbed Owen and attempted to lift him up…key word attempted as the hand started sparking.

CONFESSIONAL – Owen

"Wow am I glad that I didn't go on that diet!" Owen laughed as he patted his gut proudly. "Being big can really have its advantages! Like…ya know, uh, when you're trying not to get captured by an animatronic monster…for example. That's just off the top of my head."

Try as Chef might, the monster was not capable of lifting someone of Owen's weight forcing him to let go and free the big guy. "Yes! Haha! I'm too heavy!" Owen cheered as he hugged Mr. Coconut and jumped for joy. "I win! I win!"

"…" Mr. Coconut pointed out.

"Oh…right," Owen sheepishly chuckled. "Gotta find the trailers first! Come on little buddy!"

And after running for about 40 seconds Owen lost his second wind.

"It's gonna get us!" DJ yelled as he and Jasmine booked it away, hot on their tail was the monster as it tried to reach its hands out to grab them. "We're done for!"

"Not yet we're not! Just keep your eyes forward mate and keep running!" Jasmine told him as she narrowed her eyes and gasped. "Look! It's the trailers!"

"What!" DJ let out before looking forward and indeed saw the casting trailers that Chris talked about…along with a bounce house. "You're right! It is! We're gonna make it!"

"What'd I tell ya?" Jasmine grinned as she turned to DJ. "It ain't over till it's ov-AH!"

Unfortunately Jasmine wasn't watching where she was going in that brief moment, causing her to trip on a fire hydrant prop and hit the ground. "Jasmine! Oh no!" DJ yelled out as he stopped and watched as the monster managed to catch up to Jasmine and was about to grab her. DJ was scared, no questioning that. But seeing Jasmine about to be taken sparked something from within DJ causing him to run back and push her out of the way. "Look out!"

"Woah!" Before Jasmine could get scooped up, DJ sacrificed himself to save her. Pushing her out of the way and causing DJ to get taken instead. "DJ!"

"Go!" DJ yelled to her as the monster held him up. "Get to the trailers!"

Jasmine put on a hard look and nodded. "Right!" Jasmine wasn't gonna let DJ's sacrifice be in vain. Quickly dodging as the monster's other hand tried to grab her and the Amazon began sprinting to the trailers again. The monster tried to catch up with her but Jasmine was running faster than ever…and reached the trailers. "Yes! I won! I won! Take that ya bloody over sized lizard!"

"Jasmine! Is that you?" Jasmine blinked a few times and looked towards the bounce house that was set up next to the trailers. Speaking up to her was…what she believed was Bridgette's voice. "Did you make it?"

"Ya better believe I did mate," Jasmine smirked, proud of her victory, as she walked up the bounce house. "Guessing this is where the monster took you lot?"

"Yeah, and we're kind of stuck in here," Dawn pointed out. "Mind helping us out?"

"Sure thing," Jasmine grinned as she reached into her vest left pocket and pulled out a small dagger. With a single stab, Jasmine let all of the air out of the bounce house quickly deflating it and allowing everyone trapped inside to crawl out. "You all alright?"

"Yeah we're good," Duncan said as he stood up and dusted himself off. "So one of the girls won huh? Not sure what the point of this is, both trailers look the same,"

STOMP!

STOMP!

STOMP!

Just then the monster stomped up to the sight…stepping on one of the trailers in the process as it lowered DJ down to the group. "…I stand corrected." Duncan let out as the monster walked away.

"Hey, thanks for that mate," Jasmine thanked DJ as she stepped up to him. "Wouldn't have been able to win without that save there,"

"Hey, you saved me earlier," DJ waved it off, not needing any thanks for his actions. "Momma taught me I should always repay the kindness of others,"

Just then from the still standing trailer Chris stepped out and noticed the now squashed trailer. "Woah, am I ever glad I decide to wait in this trailer." Chris chuckled before approaching everyone. "Well Jasmine, congrats on being the first one here and successfully escaping the monster!"

"Hey wait, where's Owen?" Geoff asked as he noticed the lack of the big guy.

"I'm…right…here…" Crawling up to the set was an utterly exhausted Owen, drenched in sweat. "I…made…it…"

"Dude, your that tired from walking three city blocks?" Trent asked in disbelief.

"That's just sad man," DJ added with others nodding in agreement.

"Well Jasmine as I promise, you'll be picking the trailer for the girls." Chris pointed out with the girls all smiling and the guys slumping down. "You have the choice between trailer A and trailer…bleeeeeaugh…"

"Oh…" Jasmine frowned a bit as she looked between both trailers.

CONFESSIONAL – JASMINE

"Believe it or not, the choice was kinda hard," Jasmine admitted with a guilty looking expression. "On one hand DJ was the only reason I won, I'd feel bad if I just left him and the other guys with that. On the other hand if I did choose the squashed one I wouldn't exactly be popular with the other gals,"

"I guess…the not squashed one," Jasmine sighed out, still feeling bad for the guys situation.

The girls began cheering, and among them was a mocking laugh coming from Ronnie Anne. "Enjoy your scrap heap Lame-O!" Ronnie Anne laughed while pointing a finger at Lincoln.

She was met with many glares as-

SMASH!

The monster returned to smash the other trailer.

"…And you enjoy yours~" Duncan smirked at the Latina's direction.

"Grrrrrr…." Ronnie Anne's face went red with anger.

CONFESSIONAL – Jasmine

"Huh, suddenly I don't feel so bad anymore," Jasmine smiled a bit and shrugged.

CONFESSIONAL – LINCOLN

"I did feel bad for some of the girls…" Lincoln began before smirking a bit. "But I won't lie, that was satisfying to see."

THAT NIGHT

"Hey Chris," Lincoln walked up to Chris as Chef was finishing up fixing the trailers so they were good as new. "I didn't get a chance to ask due to all the craziness but how is Lily doing?"

"No need to worry Lincoln my man, I made some calls and I got the whole thing taken care of," Chris reassured Lincoln, making him breathe a sigh of relief. "Now then, you lot better get some shut eye. You have a 6 AM wake up call, so get plenty of rest."

After the day everyone had no one could complain with that and the guys and girls went into their respective trailers. With the guys everyone began calling bunks and began pairing up with various bunk mates. "I got top bunk," Trent said as he walked to one of the beds. "Hey Mike, you want the bottom."

"Oh yeah, sure," Mike, who was now acting like himself again, nodded as he walked up to Trent's bunk. "Thanks, and thanks a lot before being so cool with me."

"Hey man no problem, figured you could use a friend since your new here and all," Trent reassured Mike who couldn't help but be a bit taken aback. Friends…were a foreign concept for Mike so having someone say they were his friend was…nice. But soon Trent gave him a questioning look and asked Mike about something he was worried someone would ask about sooner or later. "Though I gotta ask, what was up with the old man thing earlier?"

"O-Oh right, t-that um…well…I'm a…method actor! Yes that!" Mike quickly tried to think of an excuse to give Trent. Hiding the true nature of it. "And sometimes when I get stressed out I go into character to help deal with it,"

"Aaah, ok, yeah I can get that." Trent nodded, buying it and allowing Mike to breathe a sigh of relief. "We got our own ways of dealing with stress. Well, have a good night man,"

"Good night," Mike relaxed as he hopped into bed and began to relax. His condition wouldn't ruin this, he could handle it.

Over at the end of the trailer, Lincoln and Harold were sharing a bunk bed with both the ginger and DJ checking in on Lincoln as he petted a sleeping Edward's back. "Hey dude," DJ spoke to Lincoln with concern. "Ya feeling ok?"

"I'm feeling a lot of things," Lincoln let out, the dread of Ronnie Anne being here returning in full force. "But 'okay' definitely isn't one of them,"

"Understandable," Harold nodded his head as he put a hand on Lincoln's shoulder. "I'd say I couldn't believe Chris did that but…it's Chris."

"Well look on the bright side," DJ smiled, trying to perk Lincoln up. "No one seems to like her, maybe she won't last long,"

"Heh, that's a nice thought," Lincoln smiled a bit, hopefully he'll be lucky enough for Ronnie Anne to get voted off early.

"Don't forget, us and a few of the girls are here for you," Harold reassured Lincoln before standing up. "And if she tried anything I'll unleash my mad skills on her! Hi-yah!" Harold then did some karate moves only for Duncan to throw a pillow at his face.

"Can it dweed I'm trying to sleep!" Duncan yelled in annoyance.

"Heh, sorry Duncan," Lincoln apologized before looking up at his friends gratefully. "You guys are the best, now let's get some shut eye. We're gonna need it." Harold and DJ nodded in agreement as they got ready to head to bed as well.

Over at the girls trailer things were much more…cattier. "I need to sleep on the east side!" Heather pointed out, notably grouchier than usual due to losing her hair during the challenge. "That way my head is closer to the ocean!"

"That's the dumbest thing I ever heard!" Leshawna yelled out in irritation. "We're in Toronto! We're nowhere near the ocean!"

"Well maybe I don't wanna lay my pretty head next to this big butted, loud mouth, mall shopping-" Heather began listing off insults to Leshawna.

"And maybe I don't wanna sleep next to some string bean of a prom queen!" Leshawna yeleld back, getting in Heather's face.

Just then a whistle got everyone's attention as Bridgette quickly tried to get things under control. "Girls! That's enough!" Bridgette yelled firmly as she took charge. "You heard Chris we need to be up by 6 AM, we need to get some rest."

"Bridgette's right," Gwen agreed with the surfer girl. "We just need a way to decide who gets what bunk."

"We could draw straws." Beth suggested.

"Or better yet, make up brushes!" Lindsay said as she went to go get some.

"That's actually a good idea," Gwen smiled, agreeing with Lindsay and surprised she came up with that.

Lindsay then returned with a whole bunch of make up brushes that everyone but Dawn and Jasmine took from. "Ok, long brushes get top. Short get the bottom." Beth stated with everyone nodding in agreement. "Dawn, Jasmine?"

"Eh, none for me thanks," Jasmine shrugged as she grabbed something from her bag. "I ain't fittin' into any of these any time soon. Luckily I brought me own tent! So I'm gonna hunker down outside!"

"I'll join her," Dawn said as she and Jasmine went to exit the trailer. "I much prefer the outdoors instead,"

"Hmph, nature freaks," Ronnie Anne said, immediately getting glares from Dawn and Jasmine, plus a lot of the girls as well.

Bridgette, who was also glaring at Ronnie Anne, smirked a little as she turned to Dawn. "Say Dawn I'm curious," Bridgette spoke up before turning to Ronnie Anne. "What does Ronnie Anne's aura look like?"

Dawn couldn't help but smirk a bit. "Like someone threw up on it," Dawn pointed out getting laughs from a bunch of the girls.

"Grrrrrr…" Ronnie Anne growled at everyone before looking at her brush. Short one, so she'd get a bottom bunk. Good, she could get some rest now and deal with all of these losers later.

And so all the girls began pairing up with Gwen and Bridgette sharing a bunk, Beth and Lindsay, and so on with Heather being stuck sharing a top bunk with Ronnie Anne. Outside, as Jasmine was setting up her tent Dawn was hanging upside down from the branch of the tree in between the two trailers. "Say Dawn," Jasmine spoke up, making some last-minute conversation with the aura reader. "You doin' alright?"

"I wish I could say I am…" Dawn sighed out as she looked towards Jasmine. "I'm worried about Lincoln, with Ronnie Anne here I'm afraid she'll erase the progress he's made on his confidence. I tried to talk to her peacefully but…she wasn't interested."

"Can't imagine she would be," Jasmine rolled her eyes before smiling at Dawn and sending her smirk. "Well hey, if you ever need help dealing with her just let me know. I think I can put her in her place. Consider me a friend ok mate?

"Thank you Jasmine, I greatly appreciate it," Dawn told Jasmine with a thankful smile. "And I must say your Aura is a great shade of pink and black."

"Guessing that's a good thing?" Jasmine asked with a chuckle, getting a nod from Dawn. "Well thanks mate, have a good night,"

"You as well," Dawn told her before closing her eyes.

In front of the two trailers, Chris walked up to the camera to wrap things up. "And this wraps up day one. How will our new competitors fair against the challenges we have in store for them? What will tomorrow hold for Lincoln and Dawn? Who knows what drama is in store for our cast, well, I do. But I ain't telling! See you next time for another thrilling episode of Total. Drama. Action! Mclain out!"

ROOOOOOOOOOOOOAR!!!

"Could someone please put a wrap on that monster!"
