As he started to lift his body off the cold floor, he noticed the noose hanging around his neck.
"What's going on?"
"last thing I remeber is studying for that got damn admissions test for the next space pilot frontier program.
Huh, these clothes look a bit weird, a blue robe, and what's with this noose? Is it some fashion or god forbid?"

'Is someone at the door?
Let's first get rid of this thing around my neck and go see.'
As he opened the door, a young man stood with golden hair and blue eyes wearing a simple shirt and old brown pants.
The simplicity of the clothes could not hide the attractive young man's features.
"You must be Sir Haku.
I heard that you are the new owner of this place. My name is Alexander. I came because I'm looking for work and heard that this bar is hiring."
'So my name is still Haku, at least something Familiar about this place'
"Tell me, Alexander, what do you know about this place and who I am?"
"Sure thing, Sir. This bar is called Baruga an old bar I heard that it belonged to your family that has passed away and that you are the last person of your family left so it naturally was tranfered to you after the passing I also heard that you didnt have contact with this part of your family and came to this town only after theyre passing"
'Hmm, at least I won't have trouble with people who know me. '
Did the original owner of this body kill himself here after he lost all his family? I wonder '
Haku turned around, signaling Alexander to come in
"Help me get this place cleaned up."
"Does that mean I got the job?"
A smile appeared on Alexander's face as he followed his new boss into the building.
"Master, why don't we stop here for a bit? I wouldn't mind getting a drink somewhere."
Said a young girl, looking up at an elderly Man while flying high above the clouds.
"Hohoho, why do you still act so juvenile? You are already 260 years old, but I do agree that taking a break here and there is also part of cultivating, and this small Plane we walk on is nearing its end. Seeing what it has to offer should be interesting."
"Yes, you're the best master, and I only act this way around you, and even that I can only do in the outside world since it's so strict and stuffy in the sect."
"Hohoho, you're right, this place also holds quite the charm. I can see a quiet bar below, let's just fly down there."
While Haku was trying to make sense of everything, Alexander was cleaning the floor.
Thanks to Alexander, Haku found out that this is quite a remote town, and the nearest city is at least a week's walk away. Furthermore, Alexander is an orphan and didn't know much about anything either.
The door opened, and two people walked in
seeming to be a young woman with her grandfather
"Are you open by any chance, young man?"
said the elderly man to Alexander
"Boss, we have customers."
'Oh, this might be my chance to find out more'
"Please take a seat, I will be right with you, Alex. Continue cleaning, I will handle this."
As the two guests sat down, the elderly man couldn't help but chuckle.
'How long has it been since someone wasn't afraid by my presence alone, let alone a mortal?
These types of outings are truly important to humble oneself.
"Hello, welcome to Baruga, where one can taste drinks out of this world. How can I help you?"
"Yes me my master, and I would like some ale if you have some."
"Coming right up."
'That girl said master, so is slavery a thing here? I guess not, since they are sitting together.
Then maybe he is a noble of some sort CHECKPOT!'
As time passed, the young girl and the old man drank enough for 10 people
'Do these people not get drunk? What the hell '
"Is everything to your liking? "
"Yes, young man, thank you for your hospitality.
May I ask what your name is? "
said the old man with a bright smile upon his face
"My humble name is Haku, sir, what is yours ?"
Haku looked at them both and could see that while their clothes seemed simple.
It was as white as snow and held a charm not easily described
'I can already smell the money, new world or not, money does rule the world'
Not seeing a reason to hide anything from a mortal, the old man spoke
"My name is Lu, and this girl who can't even stop drinking to introduce herself is my apprentice named Cinder."
'Hmm, so he must be a teacher, probably makes the girl a noble then'
"So what brings people of your status to my humble bar ?"
"We simply flew overhead and saw this place and wanted to take a break, nothing special."
'ow, they have flying machines in this world now, that's perfect as a pilot, I should be able to learn how to use these machines as well'
Not able to hide his excitement, Haku couldn't help himself as he spoke
"Yes, I like flying as well. Did you land far from here ?"
Surprised the young girl spoke first this time as she put the bottle down
"Huh, you can fly? That's weird. I didn't expect you to be able of that."
"Indeed, I didn't sense anything."
said Lu
'mustve taken me for some country kid that never saw a plane, I guess '
"You shouldn't judge a book by its cover, sir. I'm probably better than anyone you've ever met ."
' ow look at him, does he truly believe that? If he knew who I was, he would soil himself. Let's see how good your insight is, then, boy.
"Well, take a seat. Haku, was it let's discuss heaven and earth and see if you are all talk?"
Lu pushed a chair out with his foot.
"Ah, battle of knowledge then, I would expect no less from a teacher, but I ask that we keep the subject of history out of it."
"Hmm, fine."
said old man Lu annoyed.
