The revelation hits me like a sledgehammer to the chest. Gabriel Donovan. Not just some random affair, but a calculated attack from the family systematically destroying my business empire.
I grab my phone with shaking hands and dial Marcus Vance's number. He answers on the first ring.
"Marcus, listen carefully. I need you to find someone named Ethan Pierce. Find him tonight."
"Yes, sir. What do you need me to do?"
My voice turns deadly cold. "Castrate him."
Silence stretches across the line. Then Marcus clears his throat. "Sir, are you certain about this course of action?"
"Completely certain. And there's more. Find Gabriel Donovan's Aston Martin Valkyrie. I want it destroyed. Completely. Make it look like an accident."
"The Donovan heir? Sir, that could escalate things significantly."
"They escalated things when they decided to fuck my wife." The words come out as a snarl. "Do you have a problem following orders, Marcus?"
