Congratulations. You made it to the first break chapter. This also counts as a sanity check. My parents told me I needed to add one here after they scanned my work and basically disowned me.
Since this is a work I randomly thought of after conversing with a pile of cashews at 3AM, I'm not really taking this too seriously so I'll proceed to disappear for a few days while I give time for people to read the first ten chapters.
But! The next chapter — "Carnival of the Lost" (Unless I get a revelation in my dreams and start to work on a new idea) — will start peeling back the layers. You'll get a taste of Thaniel's past… and maybe, just maybe, the horrors that shaped our adorably terrifying mimic girlfriend.
So stay tuned. Or don't. I already have abandonment issues.
