As the wise old troll finished his words, the sky above had already transformed into a sight never before witnessed:
Two swirling masses of mist—one white, the other blue—collided high above the clouds. A low hum echoed from their meeting point, and then, with blinding speed, they merged and shot like a meteor toward Arendelle.
The trolls' expressions changed instantly.
"Grand Pabbie—this is bad! The king and queen might be in danger!" one of them cried out in alarm.
But the wise old troll's voice remained deep and steady as his gaze followed the blazing trail in the sky.
"Fear not… these are but celestial omens. They herald either the rise of great hope… or the fall into inevitable ruin."
Then his eyes dropped to the child resting in his arms.
"This child… his fate is far from ordinary. From the moment of his birth, something—or someone—has watched over him. He… cannot be ignored."
His gaze then turned to Sosi, Harl, and Caron.
"And perhaps… these little ones shall become the hope of our people."
At that very moment, Allen was still wrestling with a flood of questions, staring up at the sky as the echo of the sage's voice lingered in his mind.
'Hey, system… what's going on? What are those clouds in the sky? And what did the wise old troll mean when he said someone was protecting my future? Didn't you say this was just the Frozen world?!'
The system responded with its usual calm tone:
[That's correct. You were born at the exact same moment as Elsa. Because of this, you possess an innate affinity for ice magic.]
'Yes! That means I'll be like Elsa—maybe even stronger, right?!'
Allen's thoughts buzzed with excitement.
But the system quickly crushed his enthusiasm:
[Yes… except I absorbed that power.]
'What?! You what?! Why would you absorb it?!'
[When I transferred you into this world, I used up all my remaining energy. I had to freeze you in a child's body until you matured enough to awaken. But when your life was threatened, I was forced to activate the system early… and I needed power. So I drew it from your innate magic. In return, I've restructured your body to be trainable in the future. Though for now… you are nothing but a powerless infant.]
'You cursed thing… I can't believe you!'
Allen grit his metaphorical teeth.
[Regardless, I also used what little I had left to conceal your fate from anyone who might attempt to glimpse your future. As a result, I will now enter dormancy to recover. But before I go… I've left you a gift. Good luck.]
And with that… the system fell silent.
Allen called out several more times—
No response.
'So it really did go into hibernation… Then what's the gift? Is it in my mind?'
He closed his eyes, reaching inward—
A strange flicker, like a faint glimmer of ice.
'A skill? Ice Manipulation? It's… unclassified. Well… better than nothing, I guess.'
But he still didn't feel satisfied. The wise old troll's words kept replaying in his head:
'Who's protecting me? Was he referring to the system?'
'And the mist that appeared at my birth—along with Elsa's… what they call a "Celestial Omen"… If that was truly caused by us…'
'Then where lies the hope? And where hides the ruin?'
'Even though I've watched Frozen dozens of times and know the story by heart… what lies ahead may not be what I expected.'
'The fate of this world… may not be the one I saw on screen.'
'Which means… everything I thought I knew about Frozen… may not be enough.'

The Next Morning – Arendelle Palace
"What did you say?! That mist we saw in the sky last night was caused by my daughter… and that child?!"
King Agnarr's voice rang out in disbelief as he recalled the vision of the white and blue mist rushing toward the palace before vanishing without a trace.
Beside him, Queen Iduna was equally stunned. She had heard about what had happened, but never imagined it could have been caused by their daughter.
The wise old troll answered gravely, "Yes, Your Majesty… According to ancient texts, this mist heralds the birth of two great powers. And your kingdom… will be the center of their future conflict."
The king's face grew tense."Is there any way… to prevent this fate?" he asked anxiously.
The wise old troll replied calmly, "I cannot say for sure… I can no longer see the future of these two children. However… I believe the best course of action is to raise them together. My heart tells me… that together, they may change everything."
King Agnarr hesitated for a moment, then asked, "And… this child? Where does he come from?"
The wise old troll smiled gently to reassure him. "Do not worry, Your Majesty. He is the last heir of the kingdom of Erlis. His parents were slain in a brutal power struggle by his uncle—his father's brother. We barely managed to save him. This… is his mother's dying wish. We found it wrapped with him in his blanket, alongside this pendant."
He then gestured to Sosi, who stepped forward and presented the letter and the pendant to the king. On it, a single name was engraved: Allen.
The king unfolded the letter, and Queen Iduna, holding Elsa in her arms, stepped closer to read it with him.
It was the final message of a dying mother—written in desperate hope that her son might find a safe home… and that hatred would never consume him.
The words struck a chord in Queen Iduna's heart, mirroring the same hopes she held for her own daughter.
Silence fell over the hall.
The wise old troll waited with a quiet, knowing smile.
The queen turned toward her husband, her eyes filled with a silent plea, longing for his verdict.
And King Agnarr… sank deep into thought, giving no reply.
In a quiet corner of the hall, Harl leaned toward Sosi and whispered, "Sosi… what did it feel like, standing before His Majesty the King?"
Harl knew full well that his friend had always dreamed of being recognized by the king.
Sosi whispered back, voice trembling with excitement, "I could barely breathe! But he was just as the people describe him… noble and strong. I think he'll lead Arendelle to greatness. One day… I'll make sure he remembers my name."
Just then, Caron interjected as he watched the king closely, "Shh… he's about to speak."
King Agnarr finally raised his voice:
"I believe…"

Hello everyone,
I hope you're enjoying the story so far! Just a small note: English isn't my native language, so I'd really appreciate your honest thoughts about the writing quality. If it feels too off or unnatural, I'll stop early—but if it reads well, I'll keep going! I'm aiming to upload daily, and the same goes for my other stories, too. Thanks a lot for reading and supporting!
