Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1: The Name Of The Past

Everyone loves to live, and everyone lives to love. In a few moments we don't know, that living won't be, and loving will not.

Chaos already emerged beyond all realms, the law is broken, the truth unfolded, and moral is nowhere near.

War started, murder joined in, and so does many sins. Life has truly betrayed everyone, cause everyone has betrayed life.

Life itself—went away, and I am the reason for the suffering.

A hand so cold yet so warm, "Do you want me to create something lovely?"

His tender fingers slip through my hair, "it's called Fleur"

His laughs was like sunlight, "it's beautiful."

"Just like you..."

The beauty of spring ended, and the start of winter started.

Whoosh...!

The air was cold, but it felt hot. The ground was in shade of black and was nothing but ashes, and the sky was colored in gray. I took steps each second, as my memory decay.

"Is this really... What I built?" I asked himself—with almost teary eyes.

I walks upon the land of ashes, there were no solid terrains, and also no light whatsoever.

"It's so ugly..." I whispered to myself as the cold breathe upon me.

1000 Years Ago...

In The Palace Of Justice

"Okay! Okay! Settle down please!"

A bunch of voices murmurs inside a palace in color of both shiny sunlight and blinding moonlight.

"He should be sentenced to ashes till nothing remains!" A reaper says, shouting confidently as the others agreed in repeat.

"Everyone calm down" replied one of the gods calmly.

"How can we? He did something forbidden, a rule of the universe at that, who knows what he'll do next." Countered the other.

"As the god of time, we shall think of a good and reasonable punishment, everyone may leave." Says the third, his skin was clear as water, and his hair was soft as silk.

After awhile, the ruckus stopped, and silence remained on the seat of 70 gods—or rather, 69.

"Is there anyone here who want to leave as well? The exit is wide open" says the god above all—yet no one uttered another word.

That one God left immediately after every other low beings was asked to leave. He left in a rush, heading to the bridge of Life and Death

In The Bridge Of Life And Death

A bridge torn in half, the other in death that was lifeless and another in life full of color, below was the river of blood and the other a river of pure water.

"Oho~ it seems like the God of Love left?" Mentions the Reaper full of mockery by the bridge, the others laughed along.

The so called God of Love ignored and narrowed his eyes from the Reapers mockery against him, "Hypocrites" he whispers to himself.

He kept taking steps till he reached the other half of the bridge, his eyes widened in surprise as petals of roses that was red as his lips fell while crossing the bridge of life.

Who knew that the beauty of roses, could wither so easily, his eyes could only see one flower and one petal, not noticing the thorns would cut him sharply.

He smiles as the light reached his face, his clothes that were as soft as web shone from the reflection of the golden light emitting from above. The so called God of Love continued to walk until he had reached the end of the bridge, he walked onto the colorful rift that appeared with such force.

On the other side of the rift was silence, there weren't any rain of petals anymore nor loud noise of the spirits and soul, it was nothing but peace of the trees, the birds, the grass, the clouds, waterfall, and fairies, it's a complete paradise—a paradise he himself created.

The rift closes and he walks upon a field of roses which smelled fragrant and delicate, the roses made way for him as a sign of respect, he continued to take a walk tree by tree and pond by pond on the field of roses till he reached a gazebo.

He sat and speaks at the emptiness of air, "Did you get it?"

No reply was given for a moment, until a breeze came crashing onto his pavilion—answering his call

"Owh!"

The unknown creature—that was nothing but a glowing and soft piece of flying leaves, was nothing more than a piece of gas which crashed on the ground and laughs, the god didn't seem too happy about it though.

"Oops..! Sorry..." The creature replied gently as it floated up.

The god didn't speak but rather stared daggers at him with a fake smile.

"Oh! Right, sorry." Says the creature in panic as it shivers in fear.

Without another word, it opened it's center, revealing a strong pressure of wind that could cut any mortal instantly, on that center was an old scroll that floated around. It floated out, handing it to the god.

"Just because of that damned guardian, I almost faced the void while trying to obtain that..." Mumbles the creature, expecting something.

But instead of a compliment, the God's gaze became more intense and without wasting a single second, the creature disappeared into thin air, leaving the leaves on the ground.

The God of Love opens the hard, burnt, and ancient scroll containing a lot of symbols written in sphere. He reads each and every symbol there is on the solid paper and as he does, his eyes sparkled of both excitement and fear.

The scroll was labeled as "The Chain Of Reflection" and is one of the most forbidden books to read. But the God is clearly stubborn and doesn't care.

He stood up and closed the scroll with care and hid it under his waterfall where no one could find.

After making sure the scroll was hidden, he left his territory and went to Gazafania, the biggest world in all universe where both powerful mortals and immortal beings were.

He disguised himself as a Panthom just like a reaper, but one's robe was white and instead of death, it brings bad luck so no one even dares to get close to one.

The world was bustling with many sounds and noise, language and vibrations, as well as big structures made out of black concrete and pentagonic-like roof as tall as the sky.

He ignored everyone and everything as he kept floating as a Panthom and went straight ahead his destination.

After reading the scroll, his eyes seemed to darken, and he was headed into the dark part of that world which is the forest of Night. It's one of the darkest place in the universe and one of the most dangerous place to be in.

Yet he didn't care and still headed, but not just any part of the forest—but rather the deepest part of the forest. The deeper you are in the forest, the more you get dragged below.

Instead of fear, he was intentionally smiling, "Farde, I'm back!" He shouted in the dark.

He closed his hand which made it glow for light, the glow was beautiful like a little Lily at night.

He was about to walk closer to the creature hiding in the dark when a deafening trumpet played out of nowhere like a scream of an elephant or the roar of the thunder. He heared someone calling out his name despite the loud sound.

"Lavian..." The dark spoke.
