Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: A Beautiful Lie

"They came not from the stars... but from our nightmares."

• Earth: Year 2325 - The Age of Peace

For over two centuries, Earth flourished.

Technological marvels solved hunger, war, and disease. Cities floated in the sky. Cars flew noiselessly across crystal-clear roads. Pollution had been reversed, the climate healed. Machines worked, humans dreamed. Governments cooperated. Crime rates dropped to near-zero.

Humanity believed — truly believed — they had won against time itself.

The new golden age had arrived.

Children no longer feared starvation. Scientists lived beyond 130 years. Virtual reality was indistinguishable from life. There were even whispers of colonizing Mars and lo.

For the first time in history, Earth had become something close to... perfect.

But perfection never lasts.

The Day the Sky Burned

It began as a comet. No, three comets. Blazing red across the sky, splitting clouds with thunderous trails.

The world watched in awe. News channels called it "The Red Wonder." People celebrated. Artists painted murals. Scientists monitored their trajectory with curiosity.

Until they stopped moving.

And then... descended.

The "comets" were not rocks. They were ships.

Black as oil, pulsing with crimson veins of light.

Massive, ancient vessels that hovered above Earth's atmosphere for a single day. Silent.Ominous.

Then came the broadcast.

A voice in every language, spoken in the minds of every human on Earth.

"We are the Drakos.

We are the Blooded Kin.

We claim this world now.

Kneel... or perish."

The first to arrive were giants.

Seven to nine feet tall. Covered in hardened obsidian-like scales. Muscular bodies — half-human, half-dragon. Their wings stretched twenty feet. Their eyes burned like molten suns.

Their roars could collapse buildings. They had no names but titles:

Skarn the Unshattered

Zol Vaath the Winged Executioner

Veleza the Sky Eater

The world united its armies.

Jets flew. Bombs fell. Lasers fired.

But nothing worked.

Not even nuclear weapons harmed them. They absorbed energy. Fire seemed to feed them.

Bullets bounced off their skin like paper balls.

In the first six months, 3.5 billion humans perished.

By month ten, Earth was nearly lost.

Only 30% of humanity remained.

Just as Earth prepared for its final stand... he appeared.

A lone man. Wearing no armor. No mask. No cape.

He landed from the sky in a burning meteor of gold. The ground cracked beneath him. The air shimmered from his presence.

He was tall. Barefoot. Black hair, glowing golden eyes. An aura like a living sun.

He spoke one word:

"Enough."

And the skies turned white.

He raised a single hand.

And the invaders — monsters that had massacred billions — were burned from existence in a single golden flash.

The world asked, "Who are you?"

He smiled, and replied:

"I am Jeet Sheera.

Your protector... and your last chance

Jeet Sheera, self-proclaimed Dragon God, made a single proposal:

"You cannot win this war alone.

But I can give you the strength to fight back."

From the ashes of broken cities, he selected five human families - the richest, most influential, most resourceful on Earth - and gifted each with a portion of his divine essence:

The Five Families:

1.Manoj Tiwari Clan - The Flamebearers ,Gift: Fire Manipulation - Pyrokinetic Combat

2.Ashu Sharma Clan - The Illuminated, Gift: Light and Healing - Speed, Illusions, Restoration 3.Ankush Singla Clan - The Tidal Lords,Gift: Water and Ice Control - Environmental

Mastery

4.Asha Dhull Clan - The Beast Whisperers Gift: Animal Communication - Summoning

Beasts

5.Sukha Singh Clan - The Mind Binders Gift: Super Intelligence - Telepathy, Strategic Warfare

In addition, he granted the Global Military Council the sixth "family" title — their gift was control over the Earth element itself, able to manipulate terrain, construct weapons from the ground, and build fortresses overnight.

Together, these Six Powers turned the tide of the war.

But the peace was temporary.

Using knowledge gifted by Jeet Sheera, the families developed power serums — injections that could awaken powers in normal humans.

But there was a catch.

Only the five families held the formulas. And they demanded money. Resources. Loyalty.

No power for the poor.

Only the elite awakened.

The rest became cannon fodder.

Manni Kumar.

Age: 15

Status: Powerless

Location: Sector 37, Slum District 5, India Once, he had a family.

His mother: Priya Kumar, a military combat specialist.

His father: Arjan Kumar, a technologist who secretly stole a forbidden artifact from Drakos labs — a strange, obsidian-black oro no one could understand.

They died in the war. Their bodies never returned.

The government took everything.

Manni was left alone.

He lived in a decaying apartment block. A government orphanage. One of many in the slums.

He didn't cry anymore.

He just... existed.

On the final day of school, Manni was shoved into a trash bin.

His face bruised. His ribs hurt.

The sons of serum-born elites laughed. They called him "Ant-Boy."

No teacher helped him.

No student cared.

Being powerless was a curse.

He limped home. Head low. Eyes empty.

Tomorrow, he would be sent to Military College

a place where every citizen, no matter their background, trained for 3 years in martial arts, weapons, and power control.

But without power...

He'd be prey.

He didn't care.

He just wanted to sleep.

That night, thunder cracked across the sky.

In his closet — wrapped in cloth — hidden inside a secret compartment, was the object his father had once stolen:

A black orb, the size of a fist. Always cold.

Always silent.

Until now.

It was glowing.

And whispering.

"Manni..."

He stared, frozen.

"You are not like them.

You are more.

Come. Touch me.

And awaken the blood of kings..."

His hands trembled.

He reached out.

The moment his skin touched the orb—

BLOOD EXPLODED INTO LIGHT.

His body lifted into the air.

Veins lit up with red and silver light.

Pain - endless, divine pain - ripped through him.

He screamed, but no sound came.

Scales grew beneath his skin. Wings pressed under his flesh. Fangs formed. His heartbeat slowed... then sped... then changed.

Something was being born.

Something forbidden.
